Today I visited Haldibari, Cooch Behar, after the historic Land Boundary Agreement between India and Bangladesh.
I have laid foundation stone of the longest bridge on Teesta River, which will connect Haldibari and Mekhliganj.I have named the bridge ‘Joyee’ meaning ‘Victorious’.
