The manner in which innocent people have been killed by the bomb blast, is tragic. We cannot talk of human rights while killing people at the same time. We will not tolerate loot, murder and riots. Investigation is on; strict action will be taken against the perpetrators. Our sympathies are with the families of the victims. (Mamata Banerjee on Jalpaiguri blasts 31.12.2013)
