Imagine a government that steals food from children, wages from the poor, and roofs from homeless families. That is the grotesque reality Bengal faces today under the BJP-led Centre.
From Mid-Day Meal money for schoolchildren to MGNREGA wages owed to labourers, from housing funds for homeless families to critical allocations for rural roads and drinking water, Delhi has frozen it all. A government that siphons off Bengal’s taxes and then withholds basic entitlements as punishment has abandoned every claim to moral authority.
Today our MPs took their outrage to Parliament, staging a powerful protest, refusing to be silenced, and demanding justice for every Bengal family left starving, unemployed, and homeless because of a vindictive Centre.
