When a ten-member parliamentary delegation demanded accountability from the Union Jal Shakti Minister, the response was shocking: the Centre “has no money.” That is not a financial explanation. That is a confession of political bias and constitutional betrayal. The message is clear: if Bengal refuses to bow, the BJP will attempt to starve it of funds.
