Saugata Roy raises the demand of moratorium on interest payment for debt stressed states | Transcript
I want the following points to be included in the List of Government Business for the week commencing on 14th July, 2014:
1. Need to offer moratorium on interest payment for debt stressed States like West Bengal, Punjab and Kerala by giving them a separate package – financial.
2. Need to restore 100 per cent packaging mandatory for jute sacking in food grains, sugar and fertilizer and to increase the same for cement industry packaging.
