The Honourable Law Minister has said so many things. I appreciate everything. But the point remains that vacancies are not being filled up. You were saying that we are taking steps. [But despite making] enquiries, further enquiries, re-enquiries, all enquiries, enquiries into enquiries, enquiry square, vacancies are not being filled up—the high court judge vacancies, the tribunals’ vacancies. You have referred to the Income Tax Tribunal, but what about CAT, the Central Administrative Tribunal? No, nothing is functioning.
Sir, I am not making any complaint to you; don’t take it otherwise and don’t be emotional so far my telling this to you is concerned. But I am concerned about the fact that the vacancies are not being filled up. Kindly do it.
