Kalyan Banerjee raises the issue of purchase order for the urban stationary department

I am grateful to you, Sir. Before 2014, there was an attempt to shift the office of the In urban stationary department (Urban Development Ministry) from Kolkata. We had protested and so it is still there. Now the problem is this, Sir.
Although budgetary allocation is there, no purchase order is placed in the urban stationary department’s Kolkata office. Therefore, the employees who are there, they are going but no job is there.
I will request Urban Development Ministry, through you Sir, to kindly issue the purchase order so that the urban stationary department can be utilised, they can purchase and their existence remains. That is my point in short.
