Manas Bhunia asks a Question on violence against migrant labourers

Thank you, Sir. The hon’ble minister has replied that the department is considering a review of the entire system and the law concerning migrant labours. But in India, with its federal structure, any person, in a group or individually, can go to any other State freely to work under any concern or individual.
My question is, what is the present set up of law to protect those individuals, in light of the Jammu and Kashmir incident in November?
