Sir, is ghatana mein jabtak thanedar ne complain darj kiya tabtak is lady doctor ke sath balatkar sirf nahi hua, balki unko badi berahami se zinda jala diya gaya. Ab police bolta hain ki humara jurisdiction nahi, doosra thana mein jao.
On the ground of jurisdiction they are avoiding it, but the Supreme Court in umpteen number of cases has directed the States that jurisdiction kuch bhi ho, kahin bhi ho, jab sexual harassment ka koi case banta hain tab uska complain koi bhi thana mein hota hain; FIR karna hai. Lekin is baar bhi nehi hua.
Is liye main aap ke madhyam se Home Minister se aarj korta hu ki sare States ko ek nirdeshika bheja jai, taki police agar yeh register nahi karta hain to usi waqt usko suspend kiya jaye, uske khilaf karwayi kiya jai.
