Thank you, Sir. I want to know whether it is a fact that the government is planning to cover 800 gram panchayats under the Bharat Net project in West Bengal? If so then how many gram panchayats will be selected in North 24 Parganas district, especially in Basirhat, which is an area that lags behind and is almost backward in the State. How can they help?
