Saugata Roy moves amendments to The National Institute of Design (Amendment) Bill, 2019

Sir I am moving Amendment Number 11 on which I seek a Division. Sir, in page 5, after line 34, ‘West Bengal’ may be inserted.
The National Institute of Design, Dumdum is run by a society registered under the Society Registration Act. It will be called National Institute of Design, West Bengal.
I demand Division. It will be proved who is for Bengal and who is anti-Bengal. I demand a Division.
