WB CM Ms. Mamata Banerjee inaugurates `Pragati Utsav` at Milan Mela complex. She would prefer the masses to decide whether there has been any `paribartan`in the past one-year. She maintains that her prime concern will be Maa, Mati, Manush.`I am committed to development in Bengal`, added Ms. Banerjee.
