WB CM Ms. Mamata Banerjee at Siliguri indicates that the Panchayat polls will be held as per schedule. `I wanted to hold it in February. People would have found it easier to vote in the winter. However, the Congress and the CPM complained and now it will be held as per schedule`, she said.
