Sukhendu Sekhar Ray makes a Point of Order on bringing in Bills next week

Sir, as per Rule 12, the Council shall sit on such days as the Chairman, having regard to the state of business of the Council, may from time to time direct. The Rajya Sabha Secretary has issued a calendar under the orders of the Chairman that the House will be commenced up to July 26.
So tomorrow it is going to be concluded, if at all it will be extended, then there will be an announcement from the Chair in the House. It will thereafter be reported in the Bulletin as per the explanation given in the book, Rajya Sabha at Work.
Now, the Honourable Minister for Parliamentary Affairs said that some Bills will be taken up next week. Therefore, either the Honourable Minister should withdraw that portion of his remark or that portion should be expunged from the records of the House.
