Saugata Roy moves an Amendment to The Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill, 2019

Sir, this is the only Amendment I will move. The minister has moved that agar kisi ka gadi ke peeche ambulance aa giya, aur woh nahin hata, toh usko chhay (6) mahina ka jail hoga aur Rs 10,000 ka fine hoga. Aisa samjhe ke rasta pura jam hain aur hum idhar udhar nehi ja sakte, toh uska bhi chhay (6) mahina ka jail ho jayega? I want this to be reduced and that is why I move this Amendment.
