Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee, reacting to the Panchayat election results on Thursday evening, said that despite the tie-up between the Opposition parties in some places, including with the Maoists, “The Trinamool has won 90% of the seats where elections were held. This shows how strong we are at the grassroot level.”

“We had candidates in many seats that were uncontested. But the Supreme Court will decide on that. In today’s results, that include the re-polling in about 600 booths which, keep in mind, has not happened before, show that this has been a contest where the CPI(M), Congress, BJP and Maoists have fought together. Even then, Trinamool has won in 90% seats.

“There has been violence and some incidents have taken place. But Bengal panchayat elections are very political. They have been so from the early Left Front rule. We wanted peaceful polling but incidents have taken place, and which are related to both sides. It must be remembered that 10 Trinamool workers have also died. However, a lot of disrespect has been shown, and remarks made that are unconstitutional. We have kept quiet.

“Why did the BSF interfere in the border districts of Bankura, Purulia and Jhargram, bordering the BJP-ruled Jharkhand, and Murshidabad and Malda, bordering Bangladesh? Voting had to be stopped. A lot of money has come in from Assam and Jharkhand. All these will end democracy in the country. The Tripura elections have opened our eyes.

“The Opposition said the filing of nominations was prevented. But over 28,000 Opposition candidates had filed. Then why all these lies? Whenever an incident happened, action was taken. It is very sad for those who have died. We will look after the shahid families, whichever party they may be from.

The presiding officer (of a booth in Raiganj) left early, saying he had a headache. The train driver said his train knocked down a person at the spot where his body was found. The CID is probing the incident. But why are so many accusations flying around? If there was no democracy, then voting would not have taken place for so many seats.

“The BJP-Congress tie-up lost in Murshidabad. It was expected. They will go to any extent. Can you believe that the Maoists are working with the BJP? Lots of injustice have taken place. We want peace. For those who lost, I will say, let us work together.”

She also said monetary help will be provided “in whatever way we can” to the families of those who have lost their lives. On the horse-trading in Karnataka, Mamata Banerjee said, “I will not complain against the BJP or against a particular situation. In general, the situation is bad. Goa, Manipur, and now Karnataka are going that way. Please do not violate the Constitution. Why did the Governor not call Kumaraswamy even after he produced the list of 116 MLAs? This is a constitutional crisis. The Governor cannot decide on the basis of political choice. Democracy must be protected. I spoke with Mayawati ji and Chandrababu Naidu on this. I appeal to the President to please guide the country.”

“There may be differences between political parties. But we must all work for the nation. If regional parties can come together, I will be the happiest,” she concluded.

May 13 is one of the most important dates in the electoral history of Trinamool Congress. For on this date in 2011, Mamata Banerjee led the party in breaking down the 34-year-old Left citadel and coming to power; again in 2016, on this date, the party returned to power for a second consecutive term, again with a thumping majority.

The mandate of Ma, Mati, Manush has prevailed.

Seven years of running a cash-strapped Government is an inhuman job. However, Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has proved more than equal to the task.

Despite a lion’s share of the State’s revenues being taken away by the Centre to service the debt incurred by the Left Front Government, Mamata Banerjee has carried out development in every sector in the State. Unthinkable, yet true.

What has the Government achieved in these seven years? Democracy, peace and progress. Mamata Banerjee has given confidence to the people. There is hope in the air that Bengal can be the best; and it, slowly but surely, is inching its way to the top. From fair price medicine shops to the Kanyashree Scheme, from setting records under the 100 Days’ Work Scheme to massive developments in the Jangalmahal region, Bengal is a national model now.

Seven years ago, Bengal had little to boast about. Now it can boast of Brand Bengal, or Biswa Bangla. Trinamool Congress raised the slogan ‘bodla noy, bodol chai‘ (‘we want change, not revenge’) and has lived up to the principle during the last six years.

১৩ই মে বাংলার মানুষের কাছে এক ঐতিহাসিক দিন। ২০১১ সালে এই দিনেই বাংলার জনগণের রায়ে ৩৪ বছরের বাম অপশাসনের অবসান ঘটে। ক্ষমতায় আসে মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের নেতৃত্বাধীন তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস সরকার। ২০১৬ সালে আবারও বিপুল সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠতা নিয়ে ক্ষমতায় ফেরেন মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় প্রতিপক্ষদের কুৎসা, অপপ্রচার ও সন্ত্রাসকে জনগণের সাহায্যে পরাস্ত করে।

রাজ্য রাজ্যবাসীর উন্নয়নের প্রতি কতটা দায়বদ্ধতা থাকলে সাত বছর ধরে এই বিপুল দেনার বোঝা বহন করেও এই সার্বিক উন্নয়ন সম্ভব, সেটা প্রমাণ করেছেন মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়। বামেদের করা ঋণ শোধের জন্য প্রত্যেক বছর এক বিপুল পরিমান অর্থ রাজ্যের কোষাগার থেকে কেটে নিয়ে যাচ্ছে কেন্দ্র সুদ বাবদ। তার ওপর আবার রাজনৈতিক প্রতিহিংসার ফলে রাজ্যের বরাদ্দ অর্থ ঠিকমত পাঠায় না কেন্দ্র। তবুও একনিষ্ঠ ভাবে মা, মাটি, মানুষের সরকার কাজ করে চলেছে রাজ্যের প্রতি ক্ষেত্রে উন্নয়নের জন্য।

বাংলায় গণতন্ত্র স্থাপন হয়েছে। শান্তি ফিরেছে জঙ্গলমহলে। পাহাড়েও উন্নয়নের হাওয়া। একশো দিনের কাজ থেকে শুরু করে কন্যাশ্রী, ন্যায্য মূল্যের ওষুধের দোকান থেকে শুরু করে নির্মল বাংলা অভিযান, ই-গভর্ন্যান্স থেকে কৃষি – সবেতেই সেরা বাংলা।

বাংলা এখন সারা বিশ্বের কাছে একটি মডেল। মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় স্বপ্ন দেখেছেন বিশ্ব বাংলা গড়ার। ‘বদলা নয় বদল চাই’ এর স্লোগান দিয়ে যে যাত্রা শুরু হয়েছিল সেই ২০১১ সালে এখন তা বাংলাকে বিশ্ব সেরা করার অঙ্গীকারে পরিবর্তিত হয়েছে।

West Bengal Chief Minister was present at the convocation ceremony of West Bengal Health University. She heaped praises on the doctors and research scholars, while highlighting the work done in the health sector in the last seven years.

 

 

Highlights of the Chief Minister’s speech:

  • The dream of many research scholars will come true today. The convocation is a special day for many. Hard work and sacrifice of several years bears fruit on this day. Your continuous efforts will be honoured. My best wishes to all.
  • The merit of Bengali students is unmatched elsewhere in the country. The health infrastructure of Bengal is also unparalleled.
  • I have written to the Centre about the lapses in NEET papers. How can there be mistakes in the question paper that will determine the future of lakhs of students? This must be pursued.
  • We are proud of our doctors and nurses.
  • 42 new multi super speciality hospitals have been set up.
  • 16 Mother and Child Hubs have been set up. 78 SNCUs and 307 SNSUs have been set up.
  • 115 fair price medicine shops. 85 fair price diagnostic centres. ICCU, HDUs set up in districts.
  • We provide free treatment in hospitals. Even people from other States are coming to Bengal for treatment.
  • From Rs 700 crore the health budget has increased to Rs 8000 crore in seven years.
  • 99% of doctors are honest and hard-working. For the wrong actions of just 1% the entire fraternity has to bear the brunt.
  • We must keep our heads held high and work for the people.
  • Institutional delivery rate has increased from 65% to 95% in six years.
  • We have increased seats in medical colleges by 1400, 9 new medical colleges have been set up.
  • I encourage my new generation to take up research – there are many unexplored avenues. Cancer cure is still not available, high blood sugar is becoming a concern. Research will only take the medical field forward.
  • Bengal will become the best in the world. One day people will say the health infrastructure in Bengal is the best.

Today is 25se Boishakh – the 157th birth anniversary of Rabindranath Tagore. The day is being observed across the State with full fervour.

A cultural programme was organised by the State Information and Culture Department today at Rabindra Sadan. Titled ‘Kobi Pronam’, the function was inaugurated by the Chief Minister.

Highlights of the CM’s speech:

It is impossible to discuss patriotism, education, culture, environment, love, separation or any other subject with a reference to Rabindranath. He was ‘Bishwa Kobi’ (world poet).

Rabindranath is omnipresent. He belongs to everyone. Poetry, plays, music, painting – he has left his mark in every sphere.

Rabindranath’s writings are our driving force, our inspiration.

Rabindranath showed the way to the rest of the world. It is our pride that he was born in Bengal.

Rabindranath epitomised humamnism, modernism, culture, senstivity, patriotism. Gandhiji gave him the title ‘Gurudev’.

Rabindranath loved people of all communities and classes equally. He stood for unity and harmony, which are burning issues in this day and age. Even, Netaji, Gandhiji and Ambedkar believed in these ideals.

This day is like Bengali new year. Some people call this day World Culture Day, while others celebrate this day as Rabi Dibas.

Rabindranath Tagore is timeless. He will live in our hearts as long as culture and civilization exists on earth.

Rabindranath’s “Where are the mind is without fear” is an inspiration for the youth.

Being oblivious about Rabindranath is like forgetting one’s culture. We will live with our heads held high, following the ideals espoused by Rabindranath. We will not be led astray by intimidation.

With the Panchayat elections in mind, Trinamool Congress Chairperson and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has turned playwright too. After giving ample examples of her talent as an artist, a poet and a writer, she has now turned her attention to street plays.

The play is titled ‘Jayatu’, meaning ‘be victorious’. The 15-minute play, performed by eight actors and actresses, has already been a huge hit in the various districts. On the opening day – May 7– 69 groups performed the play across all the 23 districts. As of now, the plan is for 100 theatre groups to perform 1,200 shows.

The issues highlighted in the play follow three broad themes – the developmental schemes undertaken by the Trinamool Congress Government since coming to power in 2011, which have brought about all-round development of the State, the negative policies of the BJP and the 34-year misrule of the Left Front.

Among the schemes and achievements highlighted are foodgrains at Rs 2 per kg, Kanyashree, Rupashree, fair-price medicine shops in government hospitals, Lokprasar Prakalpa (for folk artistes), Manabik (for the differently abled), setting up of new universities and Kisan Mandis. The various festivals initiated by the State Government across Bengal, Tele Academy Awards, theatre festivals in the districts, the annual Sangeet Mela and other entertainment programmes are also highlighted.

As far as the BJP is concerned, highlighted have been the communal politics that the party is indulging across the country, including in Bengal, like encouraging processions with weapons on Ram Navami, and disastrous policies like demonetisation. Through the play, the three-decade long disastrous rule of the Left Front has also been brought into focus.

Mahishadal Shilpakriti, Laksha Padatik, Rajarshi Raghunandan Chhau and Drama Academy, Bally Ankur, Sonarpur Abirbhab and many other theatre groups are staging the plays. The play was staged and its video, as well as the script, were sent to all the participating theatre groups to bring about uniformity in performances.

A delegation of AITC Parliamentary Party, along with the family members of party workers killed by BJP in pre-poll violence, today called on the Hon’ble President Ram Nath Kovind at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Every family member described in detail to the Hon’ble President the horrors unleashed upon them by the Opposition.

Respected President,

At the outset, we, the Members of the Parliament, belonging to the All India Trinamool Congress, would like to convey our highest regards to you.

We would like to apprise you of some issues which have been brought to your kind notice very recently by the Members of the Ruling political party at the Centre, which are distorted and misleading in nature.

Respected Sir, Panchayat election is a local election, where more than 58 thousand booths throughout West Bengal will go for the polls on 14 May 2018. At the time of filing nomination papers, the BJP started spreading rumours and misleading the people, saying that opposition parties are not being allowed to file nominations. This was spread through one particular ‘sponsored’ media group.

The fact that the Opposition has not been able to submit nominations is not at all true, as more than 96 thousand nominations have been filed by the Opposition parties. If they have not been allowed to file nomination papers, how is it possible that more than 2 lakh nominations in total have been filed? Out of these, more than 96 thousand are from the Opposition. During the period of filing nominations, the entire administration from district level to the block level, along with the police officials worked together for the common people.

Respected Sir, few incidents, however, did take place. These have been over-projected through one particular ‘sponsored’ media group to tarnish the image of the Government, which has worked wonders in West Bengal after being voted to power in 2011.

Before 2011, political violence was the maximum in West Bengal. In Jangal Mahal itself, more than 300 people were killed. At that time, man-days lost due to bandhs and strikes were about 78 lakh.

The picture changed dramatically after the All India Trinamool Congress Party came to power in 2011. While Darjeeling and Jangal Mahal are totally peaceful, there is zero man-days loss in the State of West Bengal.

Respected Sir, you would no doubt appreciate that West Bengal now has become Number One in the country in the spheres detailed below:

  • Number One in man-days generation and total expenditure under 100-Days’ Work
  • Number One in Bank Credit Flows to the MSME Sector
  • Number One in the Ease of Doing Business
  • Number One in Minority Scholarships
  • Number One in Minority Loans (for self-employment)
  • Number One in Rural Housing
  • Number One in Rural Connectivity
  • Number One in Skills
  • Number One in Transparency and e-Tendering

 

In order to tarnish the image of West Bengal and to mislead the people by citing some incidents, the BJP got themselves involved in lynching and killing by hiring people from outside the State and fomenting communal violence.

Respected Sir, you will be shocked and saddened to learn that 5 murder cases took place very recently and all the persons killed belong to the All India Trinamool Congress Party. The list of persons killed is given below:

  1. On 11.04.18, around 17.00 hrs, some supporters of TMC Party assembled near Beliaghata Bridge Party Office under Shasan Police Station, Basirhat Police District to celebrate the uncontested victory in c/w the Falti Beliaghata Gram Panchayat. During the celebration, one Rajab Ali of Uttar Falti stabbed one Saifar Rahaman of Dakshin Baidyapur and fled away. The said Saifar expired on the way to hospital.
  2. On 22.04.18, around 05.00 hrs, one Abdul Ali Mondal along with three others all of Nityananda Kati under Basirhat Police Station, North 24 Parganas allegedly murdered one Amirul Mollick of the same area by slashing the throat and dumped the body in the drain near his house. The deceased belongs to TMC Party.
  3. On 14.04.18, around 16.30 hrs, one Kala Das of Fulbari along with 15 others restrained and assaulted one Bablu Sarkar, member of TMC, of Kethi near Nabaganj Bazar under Ghoksadanga Police Station of Coochbehar district, with the intention to kill, while returning home riding a bike. He was taken to the nearest hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on 20.04.2018. Arrest-03.
  4. On 23.04.18, around 11.30 hrs., while one Dildar Khan along with his wife was proceeding towards Suri-I BDO Office under Suri Police Station, Birbhum for filing nomination in respect of his wife as a TMC candidate in c/w ensuring Panchayat Election 2018, some armed BJP supporters led by one Shyamsundar Lorain shot dead the said  Dildar Khan over political rivalry.
  5. On 19.04.18, one Ajit Debnath of Sundarpore Satberia, PS Gopalnagar was shot at night while at home; hesubsequently succumbed to his injuries in hospital on 22.04.18. His wife Padma was also injured in the attack; however, she survived.

 

It is very unfortunate that we have to bring this to your kind attention that in each and every murder, as described above, the BJP is involved.

Respected Sir, we do sincerely hope and know that your high office would appreciate the true situation on the ground perpetrated by a section of political parties opposed to peaceful democratic processes in Bengal. We appeal to you in the best interest of peace and democracy, to outright reject their malicious campaign and unfounded allegations.

Mati Utsav being celebrated regularly; it has been appreciated by the United Nations’ Food and Agricultural Organisation (FAO) for being a platform for exchanging knowledge and opinions on agriculture, pisciculture, animal husbandry and related sectors

MGNREGS (100 Days’ Work Scheme): About 16.68 crore person-days created at an expenditure of more than Rs 3,637 crore

Rural housing: About 30,000 people benefitted; on January 29, 2018, it was announced that another 42,287 people would be distributed houses under various schemes

Rural roads: About 415 km roads built under Grameen Sadak Yojana; on February 13, 2018, it was announced that another 398 km is being built/renovated

Samabyathi: About14,141 people benefitted from this scheme

ODF: Purba Bardhaman has been declared a ‘Nirmal Zila’, that is, open defecation-free (ODF); about 4.14 lakh toilets built, which is about 72% of the target

 

Minorities’ Development

Scholarships: About 9.61 lakh students from minority communities given scholarships worth about Rs 280 crore

Swami Vivekananda Swanirbhar Karmasuchi Prakalpa: Youths given loans worth about Rs 58 crore

IMDP& MSDP: About Rs 205 crore spent for various schemes under Integrated Minority Development Programme (IMDP) and Multi-sectoral Development Programme (MSDP) – more than 12,640 health sub-centres, additional classrooms, anganwadi centres, houses, etc.

Karmatirtha: 30 Karmatirthas built to increase employment of local people

 

Backward Classes Welfare Department

Shikshashree: More than 5.57 lakh students have received scholarships under the scheme

SC/ST/OBC certificates: More than 4.37 lakh people handed over SC/ST/OBC certificates

 

Women and Child Development and Social Welfare

Kanyashree: More than 3.14 lakh girls brought under the ambit of the Kanyashree Scheme

Combating malnutrition: To decrease cases of malnutrition, children are being fed nutritious diet through the anganwadi centres – powderedroasted Bengal gram flour (sattu), roasted peanuts and Bengal gram (chola), diet laddu

 

Food security

Khadya Sathi: As part of the scheme, about 86% of the eligible population of Purba Bardhaman (about 47.79 lakh) being given foodgrains at Rs 2 per kg (or at half the market price)

 

Industry

MSME: 41 MSME clusters established in the micro, small and medium enterprises sector – among which the important ones are 4 MSME clusters, 32 handloom clusters and 5 khadi clusters

 

PWD and Transport

Projects completed: PWD Department has completed more than 171 projects like roads, bridges, etc. by investing about Rs 1,070 crore

Roads: About 1,180 km of roads built/re-built/widened including National Highway-2B, Saptagram-Tribeni-Kalna-Katwa road (State Highway-6), Muchipara-Shibpur road, Bhatar-Banpas road

Baitarani: As part of Baitarani Scheme, 38 burning ghats being renovated and 1 electric furnace being constructed

Gatidhara: Through Gatidhara Scheme, about 470 youths managed to buy vehicles for commercial use

Traffic awareness programmes: Safe Drive Save Life and Slow Drive Save Life traffic awareness programmes have reduced accidents by a significant number

 

Power – Non-renewable and Renewable Energy

Sabar Ghare Alo: Through implementation of Sabar Ghare Alo Scheme, 100% rural electrification achieved

Power plant: NTPC project being built in Katwa

 

Irrigation

Dams repaired: About 68 km of dams repaired

Riverbank anti-erosion measure: Bank of Bhagirathi river in Charsahapur mouza in Katwa-2 block set with boulders to prevent erosion

 

Public Health Engineering

Projects completed: Public Health Engineering Department has completed 73 projects at a cost of about Rs 282 crore

Drinking water project: Surface Water-Based Project completed to serve arsenic-affected areas in Purbasthali-2 block

 

Forest and Tourism

Sabujshree: Saplings given to more than 56,000 newborns (as per the scheme, after crossing 18 years of age, the tree will be sold and the student’s education funded out of that money)

 

Labour

রাজ্য ও অন্যান্য জেলার সাথে তাল মিলিয়ে অভূতপূর্ব উন্নয়ন ঘটেছে পূর্ব বর্ধমান জেলায়।

 

স্বাস্থ্য ও পরিবার কল্যাণ:

এই জেলার কালনাতে ১টি মাল্টি-সুপার স্পেশালিটি হাসপাতাল গড়ে তোলা হচ্ছে।

বর্ধমান, কাটোয়া, মেমারি, কালনা, অনাময় হাসপাতালে ৫টি ন্যায্য মুল্যের ঔষধের দোকান চালু হয়ে গেছে। জেলার এই সকল দোকান থেকে ঔষধ কেনার ফলে ২৮ লক্ষ ৫৮ হাজারেরও বেশি মানুষ, ৬৪ কোটি ১৭ লক্ষ টাকারও বেশি ছাড় পেয়েছেন।

বর্ধমান হাসপাতালে ১টি ন্যায্য মুল্যের ডায়াগ্নস্টিক পরিষেবা চালু হয়ে গেছে।

এই জেলায় ১৭টি SNSU চালু হয়ে গেছে (কালনা, কাটোয়া, ভাতার, জামালপুর, সিঙ্গট, মন্তেশ্বর, মেমারি, মাধবডিহি,বননবগ্রাম, কান্দ্রা, রামজীবনপুর, আটঘরিয়া, মঙ্গলকোট, বাহাদুরপুর, শ্রীরামপুর, মহেশবাড়ি এবং পাহারহাটি)।

বর্ধমান,কালনা ও কাটোয়া হাসপাতালে ৩টি SNCU চালু হয়ে গেছে।

এই জেলায় প্রায় ৩ লক্ষ ১৪ হাজারেরও বেশি মানুষ নথিভুক্ত হয়েছেন ‘স্বাস্থ্যসাথী’ প্রকল্পে ।

‘শিশুসাথী’ প্রকল্পে, এই জেলার ১০৯৭টিরও বেশি বাচ্চার সফল অস্ত্রোপচার করা হয়েছে।

 

শিক্ষা:

এই জেলার, মঙ্গলকোট, কালনা-১, ভাতার, গোতান, তেহট্টে ৫টি নতুন সরকারি কলেজ গড়ে তোলা হয়েছে।

পূর্বস্থলী-১, পূর্বস্থলী-২, ভাতার, মঙ্গলকোট, আউশগ্রাম-২, মন্তেশ্বর, গলসি-১, জামালপুর, কাটোয়া-১, কেতুগ্রাম-২, খন্ডঘোষ ও মেমারি-২-এ ১২টি নতুন আই.টি.আই কলেজ নির্মাণ করা হচ্ছে।

মেমারিতে ১টি পলিটেকনিক কলেজ গড়ে তোলা হয়েছে।

‘উৎকর্ষ বাংলা’ কর্মসুচিতে, জেলার ২২ হাজারেরও বেশি যুবক-যুবতীকে প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া হয়েছে।

এই জেলায়, ৩ লক্ষেরও বেশি ছাত্র-ছাত্রীকে ‘সবুজসাথী’ প্রকল্পে সাইকেল প্রদান করা হয়েছে।

গত সাড়ে ৬ বছরে এই জেলায়, প্রায় ১৮০টি মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয়কে উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয় স্তরে উন্নীত করা হয়েছে।

সব স্কুলে মিড-ডে মিল চলছে, যার ফলে পুষ্টি এবং উপস্থিতির হার বেড়েছে এবং স্কুল-ছুট ছাত্র-ছাত্রীর সংখ্যা কমেছে।

প্রায় সব বিদ্যালয়ে ছেলে ও মেয়েদের জন্য পৃথক শৌচাগার নির্মিত হয়েছে।

 

ভূমি সংস্কার, কৃষি ও পশুপালন

জেলার প্রায় ১৬ হাজার যোগ্য ভূমিহীন পরিবারের হাতে ‘নিজ গৃহ নিজ ভূমি’ প্রকল্পে পাট্টা তুলে দেওয়া হয়েছে। এছাড়া, সাড়ে ৩ হাজারেরও বেশি কৃষি ও বনাধিকার পাট্টা প্রদান করা হয়েছে।

এই জেলার, প্রায় ৯০% কৃষক পরিবারকে কিষাণ ক্রেডিট কার্ডের আওতাভুক্ত করা হয়েছে। বাকীদেরও খুব দ্রুত কিষাণ ক্রেডিট কার্ড প্রদান করা হচ্ছে।

নিয়মিত অনুষ্ঠিত হচ্ছে ‘মাটি উৎসব’।

কৃষি, মৎস্যচাষ, পশুপালন ও সহযোগী ক্ষেত্রগুলির জন্য মত বিনিময় ও আদানপ্রদানের স্থায়ী পরিকাঠাম হিসাবে বর্ধমানে গড়ে তোলা হয়েছে ‘মাটি তীর্থ কৃষি কথা’। এটি United Nations-এর Food & Agricultural Organisation (FAO) দ্বারা প্রশংসিত হয়েছে।

এই জেলার পূর্বস্থলী-১, গলসি-১, ভাতার, মঙ্গলকোট, পূর্বস্থলী-২, কেতুগ্রাম-১, কেতুগ্রাম-২, কালনা-১, রায়না-১, রায়না-২, কাটোয়া-১, বর্ধমান, জামালপুর, মেমারি-১, মেমারি-২, আউশগ্রাম-১, আউশগ্রাম-২, মন্তেশ্বর, কালনা ও কাটোয়ায়

২০ টি ‘কিষাণ মান্ডি’ গড়ে তোলা হয়েছে।

জেলায় প্রাণী সম্পদ উন্নয়ন দপ্তর, ২১ লক্ষ ৩০ হাজারেরও বেশি হাঁস ও মুরগীর বাচ্চা বিতরণ করেছে।

 

পঞ্চায়েত ও গ্রামোন্নয়ন

এই জেলায় ১০০-দিনের কাজে, ৩৬৩৭ কোটি টাকারও বেশি ব্যয় করে প্রায় ১৬ কোটি ৬৮ লক্ষ শ্রম দিবস সৃষ্টি হয়েছে।

জেলার প্রায় ৩০ হাজার মানুষ গ্রামীণ আবাসন যোজনায় উপকৃত হয়েছেন।

এই জেলার আরও প্রায় ৪২ হাজার ২৮৭ জন উপভোক্তাকে বাড়ি তৈরির সহায়তা দেওয়া হয়েছে।

জেলায় গ্রামীণ সড়ক যোজনায় ৪১৫ কি.মি. রাস্তা নির্মিত হয়েছে।

এই জেলায় আরও প্রায় ৩৯৮ কি.মি. রাস্তা নির্মাণ/সংস্কারের সূচনা করা হয়েছে।

‘সমব্যাথী’ প্রকল্পে জেলার প্রায় ১৪ হাজার ১৪১ জন উপকৃত হয়েছেন।

জেলায় ‘মিশন নির্মল বাংলা’ প্রকল্পে প্রায় ৪ লক্ষ ১৪ হাজার শৌচালয় নির্মাণ করা হয়েছে- যা লক্ষ্যমাত্রার ১০০%।

 

 

সংখ্যালঘু উন্নয়ন

বিগত সাড়ে ৬ বছরে, এই জেলায় প্রায় ৯ লক্ষ ৬১ হাজার সংখ্যালঘু ছাত্র-ছাত্রীকে প্রায় ২৮০ কোটি টাকার স্কলারশিপ দেওয়া হয়েছে।

এছাড়া, স্বনির্ভরতার জন্য সংখ্যালঘু যুবক-যুবতীদের, প্রায় ৫৮ কোটি টাকা ঋণ দেওয়া হয়েছে।

IMDP ও MSDP-তে, প্রায় ২০৫ কোটি টাকা ব্যয় করে সংখ্যালঘু সম্প্রদায়ের উন্নয়নে বিভিন্ন প্রকল্প রূপায়িত করা হয়েছে।

এই দুটি প্রকল্পে, জেলায় ১২ হাজার ৬৪০টিরও বেশি হেল্‌থ সাব-সেন্টার, অতিরিক্ত শ্রেণী কক্ষ, অঙ্গনওয়ারী কেন্দ্র, বাসগৃহ ইত্যাদি গড়ে তোলা হয়েছে।

এই জেলায় ৩০টি ‘কর্মতীর্থ’ গড়ে তোলা হয়েছে।

 

অনগ্রসর কল্যাণ ও আদিবাসী উন্নয়ন

বিগত সাড়ে ৬ বছরে, এই জেলায় ৫ লক্ষ ৫৭ হাজারেরও বেশি ছাত্র-ছাত্রী ‘শিক্ষাশ্রী’ প্রকল্পে সহায়তা পেয়েছে।

জেলায় বিগত সাড়ে ৬ বছরে, ৪ লক্ষ ৩৭ হাজারেরও বেশি SC/ST/OBC Certificate প্রদান করা হয়েছে।

 

নারী ও শিশু এবং সমাজকল্যাণ

এই জেলায়, ৩ লক্ষ ১৪ হাজারেরও বেশি ছাত্রী ‘কন্যাশ্রী’র আওতায় এসেছে।

শিশুদের মধ্যে অপুষ্টির হার কমানোর জন্য অঙ্গনওয়াড়ী কেন্দ্রের মাধ্যমে পরিপূরক পুষ্টি সরবরাহ করা হচ্ছে।অতিরিক্ত খাবার হিসাবে ছোলার ছাতু, ভাজা বাদাম ও ছোলা, পৌষ্টিক লাড্ডু সরবরাহ করা হচ্ছে।

 

খাদ্য সুরক্ষা কর্মসুচী- খাদ্য সাথী প্রকল্প

এই জেলার ১০০% যোগ্য মানুষকে (প্রায় ৪৭ লক্ষ ৭৯ হাজারেরও বেশি মানুষকে), ২ টাকা কেজি দরে (অথবা বাজার দরের অর্দেক দামে) খাদ্যশস্য দেওয়া হচ্ছে- যা জেলার মোট জনসংখ্যার প্রায় ৮৬%।

 

শিল্প

জেলায় ক্ষুদ্র, ছোট ও মাঝারি উদ্যোগের ৪১ টি ক্লাস্টার গড়ে উঠেছে।

 

পূর্ত ও পরিবহন

বিগত সাড়ে ৬ বছরে, এই জেলায় পূর্ত দপ্তর ২৭৮ টিরও বেশি রাস্তাঘাট, ব্রীজ ইত্যাদি প্রকল্প রূপায়ণের কাজ হাতে নিয়েছে, যার মধ্যে ১৭১ টিরও বেশি প্রকল্পের কাজ প্রায় ১০৭০ কোটি টাকা ব্যয়ে ইতিমধ্যেই সমাপ্ত হয়েছে। এর ফলে, প্রচুর মানুষ উপকৃত হবেন। বাকি প্রকল্পের কাজ খুব শীঘ্রই সমাপ্ত হবে।

জেলার সড়ক ব্যবস্থা উন্নয়নে বিশেষ গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হচ্ছে।জেলায় বিগত সাড়ে ৬ বছরে, প্রায় ১১৮০ কিমি রাস্তা নির্মাণ/পুর্ননির্মাণ/সম্প্রসারণ ও উন্নতিকরণের কাজ সম্পন্ন হয়েছে।

‘বৈতরনী’ প্রকল্পে, ৩৮ টি শ্মশান ঘাটের উন্নয়ন সহ ১টি বিদ্যুতের চুল্লি বসানোর কাজ চলছে।

এই জেলার প্রায় ৪৭০ জন যুবক-যুবতী গাড়ি কেনার ঋণ পেয়ে আত্মনির্ভর হয়েছেন।

হাতে নেওয়া হয়েছে Safe Drive Save Life এবং Slow Drive Save Life কর্মসূচি। ফলে, উল্লেখযোগ্য ভাবে কমেছে দুর্ঘটনা এবং হতাহতের সংখ্যা।

 

বিদ্যুৎ ও অচিরাচরিত শক্তি

সমগ্র জেলায় ‘সবার ঘরে আলো’ প্রকল্পে ১০০% গ্রামীণ বৈদ্যুতিকরণের কাজ সম্পন্ন হয়েছে।

গড়ে তোলা হচ্ছে কাটোয়ায় এনটিপিসি প্রকল্প।

 

সেচ

জেলার প্রায় ৬৫ কিমি দৈর্ঘের বাঁধ সংরক্ষণের কাজ সম্পন্ন হয়েছে।

কাটোয়া-২ ব্লকের চরসাহাপুর মৌজায় ভাগীরথী নদীর পাড় বোল্ডার দিয়ে বাঁধাই হয়েছে।

 

জনস্বাস্থ্য কারিগরী

বিগত সাড়ে ৬ বছরে, ৮১টি জলপ্রকল্পের কাজ শুরু হয়েছে, এর মধ্যে প্রায় ২৮২ কোটি টাকা ব্যয়ে ৭৩টির কাজ সমাপ্ত হয়েছে। এর ফলে, জেলার প্রচুর মানুষ উপকৃত হচ্ছেন।বাকী জলপ্রকল্পগুলির কাজ শীঘ্রই সমাপ্ত হবে।

পূর্বস্থলী-২ ব্লকের আর্সেনিক অধ্যুষিত এলাকায় আর্সেনিক দূষণ মোকাবিলায় ১টি Surface Water Based Project গড়ে তোলা হয়েছে।

 

বন ও পর্যটন

‘সবুজশ্রী’ প্রকল্পে, ৫৬ হাজারেরও বেশি সদ্যোজাত শিশুকে মুল্যবান গাছের চারা দেওয়া হয়েছে। ১৮ বছর উত্তীর্ণ হলে, গাছ বিক্রির টাকায় শিশুটির পড়াশুনা, বিয়ে ইত্যাদির খরচ মেটানো যাবে।

 

শ্রম

এই জেলায় ‘সামাজিক সুরক্ষা যোজনা’য়, প্রায় ৩ লক্ষ ৮৬ হাজার অসংঘটিত ক্ষেত্রের শ্রমিকরা নথিভুক্ত হয়েছেন। এখনো পর্যন্ত, প্রায় ৮৭ হাজার ৫১৯ জন উপভোক্তা, ৩৫ কোটি টাকারও বেশি সহায়তা পেয়েছেন।

‘যুবশ্রী’ প্রকল্পে, এই জেলায় প্রায় ১১ হাজার যুবক-যুবতী উৎসাহ ভাতা পাচ্ছেন।

 

স্বনির্ভর দল ও স্বনিযুক্তি কর্মসূচী

‘আনন্দধারা’ প্রকল্পে, প্রায় ২৯ হাজার স্বনির্ভর দল গঠিত হয়েছে।

বিগত সাড়ে ৬ বছরে, ‘স্বামী বিবেকানন্দ স্বনির্ভর কর্মসূচী’ প্রকল্পে, প্রায় ১৮ হাজার উদ্যোগকে অনুমোদন দেওয়া হয়েছে এবং প্রায় ১১১ কোটি টাকা অনুদান প্রদান করা হয়েছে।

 

তথ্য ও সংস্কৃতি

এই জেলায় ১২ হাজার ৭০০-রও বেশি লোকশিল্পী, ‘লোকপ্রসার প্রকল্পে’ বহাল ভাতা এবং পেনশন পাচ্ছেন।

বর্ধমান ও কাটোয়া রবীন্দ্রভবনকে নবরূপে সাজিয়ে তোলা হয়েছে।

 

আবাসন

জেলায় আর্থিক ভাবে দুর্বল মানুষদের জন্যে গীতাঞ্জলী ও অন্যান্য প্রকল্পে প্রায় ২২ হাজার মানুষ উপকৃত হয়েছেন।

ভ্রমনার্থীদের সুবিধা এবং স্থানীয় মানুষদের কর্মসংস্থানের জন্য করজোনা,শক্তিগড়, সমুদ্রগড়, গুশকরা, সাগরাই, বুদবুদ ও কালনাতে ৭টি ‘পথসাথী’ মোটেল গড়ে তোলা হয়েছে।

 

ক্রীড়া ও যুব কল্যাণ

ক্রীড়ার মান উন্নয়নে জেলায় ১৫০০ টিরও বেশি ক্লাবকে ৪৭ কোটি টাকারও বেশি অর্থ সাহাজ্য করা হয়েছে।

জেলায় প্রায় ১৮৯ টি মাল্টিজিম ও ২৬ টি মিনি ইন্ডোর স্টেডিয়াম গড়ে তোলা হয়েছে প্রায় ৯ কোটি ৬৫ লক্ষ টাকা ব্যয়ে।

 

আইন-শৃঙ্খলা

এই জেলায় স্থাপন করা হয়েছে নতুন নাদনঘাট, শক্তিগড়, ও দেওয়ানদিঘী থানা এবং বর্ধমান মহিলা থানা।

The State Irrigation and Waterways Department has undertaken important administrative reforms and is about to start work on a major project, to benefit the South Damodar Sub-basin.

West Bengal Major Irrigation and Flood Management Project (WBMIFMP)

The State Government is on course for implementing the West Bengal Major Irrigation and Flood Management Project (WBMIFMP). It is meant for rehabilitation and rejuvenation of the DVC canal system and the improvement of flood management infrastructure in the Lower Damodar Sub-basin. It is going to be majorly funded by the World Bank and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.

 

E-Governance

The Irrigation and Waterways Department has introduced the e-office application to achieve transparency and efficiency in decision-making. Now exchange of files and other communications are being done in electronic mode.

Major administrative reforms undertaken

  • Bringing out Unified Schedule of Rates with effect from January 19, 2018-04-21
  • Periodical scrutiny of Plan projects by internal Technical Assessment Teams (TET)
  • Commissioning of three departmental Quality Control Laboratories at the zonal level, and continuation of execution work for four more introduction of biometric assessment system at Jalasampad Bhaban, the departmental headquarters
  • Major restructuring of the civil wing of directorate-level offices, including redeployment of manpower, and creation of new setup for the newly created Jhargram and Paschim Medinipur districts
  • Organising short-term training programmes for departmental officers at River Research Institute (RRI) and submitting proposals to Higher Education Department for starting post-graduate courses on Hydrology and Hydroinformatics during financial year (FY) 2018-19
  • Organising State-Level Bidders Conference before commencement of working season for clearance of doubts and sharing of information regarding implications of the newly-promulgated Goods and Services Tax on work contracts

 

Thus, under the leadership of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, the Irrigation Department has undertaken and fulfilled a lot of projects, be it for the people or administrative reforms on how the department functions. Adoption of e-governance has enabled much smoother and quicker functioning of communication needs.

গত কয়েক বছরে প্রশাসনিক সংস্কারের জন্য নানা পদক্ষেপ নিয়েছে রাজ্য সেচ ও জলপথ বিভাগ। সাথে, দক্ষিণ দামোদর বেসিনে বন্যা নিয়ন্ত্রণের জন্য চালু হয়েছে এক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ প্রকল্প। আসুন দেখে নিই এক নজরে।

বিশ্ব ব্যাঙ্ক ও এশিয়ান ইনফ্রাস্ট্রাকচার ইনভেস্টমেন্ট ব্যাঙ্কের আর্থিক সহায়তায় গত বাজেটে ঘোষিত ডিভিসি খালের পুনর্বাসন ও পুনরুজ্জীবনের প্রকল্প পাশাপাশি দক্ষিণ দামোদর অঞ্চলে বন্যা নিয়ন্ত্রণ পরিকাঠামোর উন্নয়ন করা হয়েছে।

 

ই-গভর্ন্যান্স

২০১৮ সালের জানুয়ারি থেকে এই দপ্তর কাজে স্বচ্ছতা ও গতি আনতে ই-অফিস ব্যবস্থা শুরু করেছে। এখন সমস্ত ফাইলের আদান প্রদান হয় ইলেক্ট্রনিক মাধ্যমে।

প্রশাসনিক সংস্কার

  • আগের বাজেটে ঘোষণা করা ইউনিফায়েড শিডিউল্ড রেট ১৯শে জানুয়ারি ২০১৮ থেকে চালু করা হয়েছে।
  • অভ্যন্তরীণ টেকনিক্যাল অ্যাসেসমেন্ট টিমগুলি দ্বারা পরিকল্পনা খাতের প্রকল্পগুলির পর্যায়ক্রমিক পরীক্ষা করা হয়েছে।
  • জোন স্তরে তিনটি কোয়ালিটি কন্ট্রোল গবেষণাগারের কাজ শুরু হয়েছে, এবং আরও চারটি গবেষণাগারের কাজ সম্পন্ন করা হবে ২০১৮-১৯ সালের মধ্যে।
  • ২০১৭ সালের সেপ্টেম্বর মাস থেকে জলসম্পদ ভবনের সমস্ত কর্মচারীদের জন্য বায়োমেট্রিক অ্যাটেন্ডেন্স সিস্টেম চালু করা হয়েছে এবং জেলাস্তরেও একইরকম ব্যবস্থা করা চালু করা হচ্ছে।
  • ডিরেক্টরেট স্তরের অফিসগুলোর সিভিল উইঙে পুনর্গঠন করা হয়েছে। ঝাড়গ্রাম ও পশ্চিম বর্ধমান জেলায় নতুন পরিকাঠামো তৈরী করা হয়েছে।
  • নদী গবেষণা কেন্দ্রেগুলির কর্মীদের জন্য প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মসূচীর ব্যবস্থা করা হয়েছে
  • ২০১৮-১৯ সালে হাইড্রোলজি ও হাইড্রোইনফরমেটিক্স নিয়ে স্নাতকোত্তর পাঠ্যক্রম চালু করার প্রস্তাব দেওয়া হয়েছে উচ্চ শিক্ষা দপ্তরকে।
  • সবরকম তথ্য আদানপ্রদান করতে রাজ্য স্তরে একটি দরদাতাদের নিয়ে সম্মেলন করেছে দপ্তর।

Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee put out a post on Facebook today, mentioning the fact that the Central Government has congratulated the Bengal Government for not only bringing down rapidly the revenue gap with respect to the State GST, but in fact registering a revenue surplus in March 2018.

While in August 2017 Bengal had a revenue gap of 33.4 per cent, in March 2018, the State had registered a surplus of 3 per cent.

Another significant fact the Chief Minister mentioned is that Bengal’s performance is far better than that of the country as a whole. In March 2018, while Bengal achieved a surplus of 3 per cent, the country as a whole registered a revenue deficit of 17.9 per cent.

Mamata Banerjee congratulated everyone concerned for achieving this feat.

মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় আজ একটি ফেসবুক পোস্ট করেন। জিএসটি থাকা সত্ত্বেও রাজ্য সরকার মার্চ ২০১৮ পর্যন্ত যেভাবে রাজ্যের রাজস্ব উদ্বৃত্ত করতে সমর্থ হয়েছে, তার জন্য কেন্দ্র প্রশংসা করে রাজ্যের। মুখ্যমন্ত্রী সেই ব্যাপারটিই তুলে ধরেন তার ফেসবুক পোস্টে।

আগস্ট ২০১৭ পর্যন্ত রাজ্যের রাজস্ব ঘাটতি ছিল ৩৩.৪ শতাংশ, সেখানে মার্চ ২০১৮ পর্যন্ত রাজ্যের রাজস্ব বেড়ে হয়েছে ১০৩ শতাংশ।

আরেকটি বিষয় মুখ্যমন্ত্রী স্পষ্ট করে বলেন, বাংলার কর্মক্ষমতা সারা দেশের থেকে অনেক ভালো। যেখানে মার্চ ২০১৮ তে শেষ হওয়া আর্থিক বর্ষে বাংলার রাজস্ব উদ্বৃত্ত হয়েছে ৩ শতাংশ, সেখানে সারা দেশের রাজস্ব ঘাটতি হয়েছে ১৭.৯ শতাংশ।

মুখ্যমন্ত্রী এই সাফল্যের জন্য সবাইকে অভিনন্দন জানান।

Under the leadership of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, the Bengal Government has brought in a lot of positive changes in the lives of farmers. One of the ways has been through the application of information and communication technology (ICT).

All departmental offices at all levels – block, subdivision, district, range and state – have been adequately computerised.

The three primary aspects of the e-governance structure that the Bengal Government has put in place are the Matir Katha web portal, Matir Katha-Krishoker Katha app and Matir Katha Online Licensing System.

Matir Katha web portal

Matir Katha is an ICT-based farmer-centric agri-extension project of the Agriculture Department. It is implemented through a web portal (of the same name) that disseminates information and advisories to farmers. It was launched by the Agriculture Department during financial year (FY) 2014-15 and is being extensively implemented throughout the state from FY 2015-16.

Under the project, all field-level functionaries of all blocks have been provided with hand-held devices having built-in content. The content is of two broad categories – scientific packages of practice (POP), both in Bengali and in English, for 93 crops and interactive modules on crop-related questions and answers, farmers’ training, integrated nutrient management (INM), integrated pest management (IPT), fertilizer and pesticide calculators, and agricultural advisories and activities.

Farmers’ queries are getting answered in the shortest possible time. Answers and advisories are also being sent through SMS. Till date, 2.6 lakh queries have been handled through Matir Katha.

Other services being offered through the website are soil sample collection for issuing soil health cards to farmers, applications for financial assistance for farm mechanisation, automation of crop-cutting experiments, tracking of crop insurance applications and reporting of schemes.

Matir Katha-Krishoker Katha app

Through the Matir Katha-Krishoker Katha app for smartphones and tablets, launched through the Matir Katha portal, farmers post their queries directly to officials of the department, which whose answers are given promptly. There is also a toll-free phone number for the same purpose – 18001031100.  The Matir Katha Call Centre operates from Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 7 pm. All the services are free of cost.

Matir Katha Online Licensing System

The Matir Katha Online Licensing System facilitates ease-of-doing-business in the field of agriculture. Entrepreneurs interested in doing business in seed, fertilizers and chemicals can now just log in on the relevant page of the Matir Katha portal and apply for licenses, which is issued within 30 days of application. The process of issuing of licenses is automated. The applicant would just have to visit the relevant office of the department once for the verification of documents, the date being communicated through SMS.

E-governance implemented through Matir Katha has brought about a huge change in the way farmers in the state access information. This convenience has, in turn, resulted in much better outputs in all aspects of farming and has also made entrepreneurship in agriculture a bright avenue for livelihood.

 

মাটির কথা – কৃষিতে অনলাইন-ব্যবস্থা 

২০১১ সালে ক্ষমতায় আসার পর থেকে কৃষিজ ক্ষেত্রে ধীরে ধীরে স্বয়ংসম্পূর্ণ রাজ্য হিসেবে আত্মপ্রকাশ করার জোর দিয়েছেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী। এর জন্য দিয়েছেন কৃষিতে ব্যাপক গুরুত্ব। অন্যান্য বিষয়ে উন্নয়নের পাশাপাশি কৃষিকেও ই-ব্যবস্থার আওতায় আনা হয়েছে।

এই মুহূর্তে রাজ্যের সমস্ত ব্লকের কৃষি দপ্তরে অন্তত তিনটি করে কম্প্যুটার আছে ইন্টারনেট পরিষেবা যুক্ত। এছাড়া ল্যাপটপ, প্রোজেক্টর ও ট্যাবলেট কম্প্যুটার আছে ই-গভর্নেন্স প্রকল্পের অধীনে। এছাড়া মহকুমা, জেলা, রেঞ্জ ও রাজ্য কৃষি দপ্তরগুলিও উপযুক্তভাবে কম্প্যুটার ও ইন্টারনেট পরিষেবা পাচ্ছে।

মাটির কথা

ইন্টারনেট নির্ভর চাষিদের জন্য এই প্রকল্পের সূচনা হয় ২০১৪-১৫ সালে, সারা রাজ্যে এই প্রকল্প শুরু হয় ২০১৫-১৬ সালে। এই পরিষেবা পেতে মোবাইল ফোনে ইন্টারনেট প্রয়োজন শুধু। এই অ্যাপ্লিকেশনে ৯৩টি শস্যের জন্য সমস্ত বিজ্ঞানসম্মত উপায় বাতলানো হয়। এখানে এই চাষ সংক্রান্ত নানারকম জিজ্ঞাসাও করা যায়, যেমন সার ও কীটনাশক কি ব্যবহার করা উচিত, সমস্ত তথ্য পাওয়া যাবে। সমস্ত উত্তর পাওয়া যাবে এসএমএস মারফত। এ পর্যন্ত ২৬০০০০ প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া হয়েছে। ওয়েবসাইটটি হল, www.matirkatha.gov.in

২০১৭-১৮ সালে কৃষকদের অ্যাপ্লিকেশন ‘মাটির কথা কৃষকের কথা’ চালু হয় বিশ্ব বঙ্গ বাণিজ্য সম্মেলনে মাটির কথা পোর্টালের মাধ্যমে। একটি টোল ফ্রি ফোন নম্বর আছে, 18001031100, যা সোম থেকে শনি সকাল ৭টা থেকে সন্ধ্যে ৭টা পর্যন্ত খোলা।

সদ্য, ‘মাটির কথা অনলাইন লাইসেন্সিং’ সিস্টেম শুরু করেছে। উদ্যোগপতিরা বীজ, সার, রাসায়নিক নিয়ে ব্যবসায়ে আগ্রহী। পুরো লাইসেন্সিং প্রক্রিয়া হল স্বয়ংক্রিয়। আবেদনকারীকে শুধু ১বার যেতে হবে দপ্তরে নথী যাচাই এর জন্য। ১ মাসের মধ্যে লাইসেন্স পাওয়া যাবে।

২০১৬-১৭ সাল পর্যন্ত রাজ্য ১৯.৪০ কোটি টাকা ব্যয় করেছে কৃষিতে ই-ব্যবস্থার জন্য। ২০১৭-১৮ সালে আরও ৪.৩৫ কোটি টাকা বরাদ্দ করা হয়েছে এই বাবদ।
