The information technology sector in Bangla has progressed in leaps and bounds under the leadership of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. The Trinamool Congress Government has created a favourable environment for the growth of the sector and its related industries in Bangla.

This is evident from a comparison of the achievements of the Information Technology & Electronics Department in 2010-11, which was the last year of the Left Front rule, and 2017-18:

· Plan Budget of the department: More than doubled, from Rs 93.7 crore to Rs 201.53 crore, signifying an increased focus on the information technology and electronics sector;
· Software export turnover: Grew by almost 2.5 times, from Rs 8,500 crore to Rs 21,000 crore. Bangla is thus gradually turning into a hotbed of cutting-edge technology;
· Employment in IT sector: Significant rise from 90,000 to 1.5 lakh, ushering in a tech-savvy generation
· Investment for creation of IT hardware clusters: Nil earlier to Rs 14.86 crore; thus, the State Government, for the first time, under the direction of Trinamool Congress, is focussing on the creation of hardware clusters
· Investment for creation of IT parks: Grew by more than 16 times, from Rs 37.18 crore to Rs 612.11 crore, thus bringing about an unprecedented focus on infrastructure creation – 15 IT parks have been completed and 10 more are under construction.

Under the direction of Mamata Banerjee, the department is bringing about an all-round development, opening numerous employment opportunities, both in software and hardware.

The State Transport Department has decided to overhaul the bus connectivity in Jangalmahal. This is the latest of the many services that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has brought to the region, as a result of which the people of the region are in a much better state than during the Left Front years. She even created the district of Jhargram to better target developmental work.

Jhargram, Silda, Belpahari, Nayagram, Binpur, Jamboni, Jhalda, Baghmundi and Balarampur will be part of the new service structure. The first six places are in Jhargram district while the other three are in Purulia district. The Transport Department will spend Rs 12 crore to overhaul the structure.

New bus routes will be opened from Esplanade to Jamboni, Silda, Belpahari, Baghmundi, Jhalda and Balarampur.

A new bus terminus will come up near Jhargram town, and new bus services will be introduced between it and various places in the Jangalmahal region, and also Kolkata. A night shelter will also come up at this bus stand. After being made the district headquarters of Jhargram district, the place has become a very busy one. New bus terminuses will come up in Silda, Belpahari and Nayagram.

Besides for benefitting the regional populace, these new services are also aimed at enabling more tourist activities. In recent years, the State Government has been developing the region into a major tourist hub. The mostly forested Jangalmahal has a lot of tourist potential, and an effective transport system is a must for tourism to flourish. The government has constructed many guest houses and bungalows, and has modernised many of the guest houses belonging to the Forest Department. Home stay tourism is another area that the State Government has been laying a lot of stress on.

জঙ্গলমহলে পরিবহন ব্যবস্থা ঢেলে সাজাবে রাজ্য

জঙ্গলমহলে যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থা ঢেলে সাজানোর সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে রাজ্য পরিবহন দপ্তর। এই অঞ্চলের উন্নয়নের জন্য মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের নেতৃত্বাধীন রাজ্য সরকার ইতিমধ্যেই নানা পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করেছে। এর ফলে এই অঞ্চলের মানুষ বাম আমলের তুলনায় এখন অনেক ভালো আছেন। ঝাড়গ্রামকে পৃথক জেলা ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে উন্নয়নকে আরও ত্বরান্বিত করতে।

ঝাড়গ্রাম, শিলদা, বেলপাহাড়ি, নয়াগ্রাম, বিনপুর, জাম্বনী, ঝালদা, বাঘমুন্ডি ও বলরামপুর এলাকায় যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থার উন্নয়ন করবে পরিবহন দপ্তর। প্রথম ছটি জায়গা ঝাড়গ্রামে বাকি তিনটি জায়গা পুরুলিয়াতে। পরিকাঠামো তৈরীতে খরচ হবে ১২কোটি টাকা।
এসপ্ল্যানেড থেকে জাম্বনী, শিলদা, বেলপাহাড়ি, ঝালদা, বাঘমুন্ডি, বলরামপুর অবধি নতুন বাস রুট শুরু হবে।

ঝাড়গ্রাম টাউনের কাছে তৈরী হবে নতুন বাস টার্মিনাস। এই টার্মিনাস থেকে জঙ্গলমহলের বিভিন্ন অঞ্চলে ও কলকাতায় বাস চালু করা হবে। এই টার্মিনাসে একটি নাইট শেল্টারও তৈরী করা হবে। শিলদা, বেলপাহাড়ি, নয়াগ্রামেও নতুন বাস টার্মিনাস তৈরী হবে।

স্থানীয় মানুষদের যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থার উন্নয়নের পাশাপাশি এই নতুন সার্ভিসের ফলে এই অঞ্চলে পর্যটনেরও প্রসার হবে। গত কয়েক বছরে রাজ্য সরকার এই অঞ্চলটিকে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পর্যটন হাব হিসেবে তৈরী করছে। ঘন জঙ্গলে ভরা জঙ্গলমহলে পর্যটনের বিপুল সম্ভাবনা আছে। এই নতুন বাস পরিষেবা নিঃসন্দেহে পর্যটন শিল্পকে আরও সাহায্য করবে।

After the Mamata Banerjee government’s immense success in returning land to farmers in Singur, it has decided to return the same to 52 families in Kawakhali who had their lands seized by the then-Left Front government to set up a residential township at Kawakhali in Siliguri.

It may be recalled that the Left Front government had acquired plots in the Kawakhali, Purajhar and Tikulikatha areas for the township. Despite opposition, the acquisition process continued till 2007. Most people who lost their land, were owners of small plots and they had raised slogans against the then-Chief Minister and the then-Urban Development minister.

Recollecting the days when land was “forcibly” acquired by the erstwhile Left Front government, State Parliamentary Affairs Minister, Partha Chatterjee said: “There was protest against land acquisition in Kawakhali. We had raised our voices against it and faced several hurdles when we went to Siliguri at that time. Now, we are returning the land. They will be getting the land in the area under the jurisdiction of Siliguri Jalpaiguri Development Authority (SJDA).”

It may be recalled that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had kept her word of returning land to the farmers in Singur as it was forcefully acquired by the Left Front government “going against the will of land owners”. It was in September 2016 that the Supreme Court had directed the state government to return the land to the farmers after returning to its earlier condition. The apex court had observed the land acquisition as a “farce”.

Within the time set by the Supreme Court, the Mamata Banerjee government had once again turned the land to its previous condition and distributed it to its actual owners. The Chief Minister had said that Singur would be a model in the agriculture sector of the world. The people of Kawakhali have appreciated the move of the state government to return the land to those who had lost them to “forceful” acquisition.

 

সিঙ্গুরের পথেই কাওয়াখালিতে জমি ফেরত মানবিক রাজ্য সরকারের

সিঙ্গুরের পর উত্তরবঙ্গের কাওয়াখালি। জোর করে কৃষকদের কাছ থেকে অধিগ্রহণ করা জমি ফিরিয়ে দিল মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের সরকার। সোমবার এই সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে রাজ্য মন্ত্রীসভা।

২০০৪ সালে বাম আমলে শিলিগুড়ি-জলপাইগুড়ি ডেভেলপমেন্ট অথরিটি দার্জিলিং-এর মাটিগাড়া ও জলপাইগুড়ির রাজগঞ্জে ৩০২একর জমি অধিগ্রহণ করে। এর মধ্যে ওখানকার ৫২টি পরিবার ক্ষতিপূরণের টাকা গ্রহণ করেনি। জমি ফেরতের জন্য মামলাও করেছিল। তৃণমূল ক্ষমতায় আসার পর সেই মামলা প্রত্যাহার করে নেন পরিবারগুলি। টাউনশিপ তৈরির নামে জমি নেওয়া হয়েছিল, কিন্তু, এই জমির বেশীর ভাগ ব্যাক্তিগত মালিকানায় চলে যায়।

ক্ষমতায় এসেই মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় যেমন সিঙ্গুরের জমি ফেরত দেওয়ার কথা ঘোষণা করেছিলেন, তেমনই কাওয়াখালির জমি ফেরতের ব্যবস্থা করলেন। কাওয়াখালির জমিতে বেশ কিছু আইনি জটিলতা ছিল, তাই, সময় লাগে। কিন্তু, নিজের নীতিতে অনড় থাকেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী।
মুখ্যমন্ত্রী কখনোই শিল্পের বিরুদ্ধে ছিলেন না, তিনি বহু ফসলি জমি জোর করে ছিনিয়ে শিল্প করার বিরুদ্ধে। সব জায়গায় তৃণমূল এই জোর করে জমি অধিগ্রহণের বিরোধিতা করেছে।

ক্ষমতায় আসার পর রাজ্যের শিল্পায়নকে পাখির চোখ করেছেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী। পাশাপাশি নিশ্চিন্ত করেছেন কোনও বলপূর্বক জমি অধিগ্রহণ হবে না। সিঙ্গুরে অধিগৃহীত জমি ইতিমধ্যে ফেরত পেয়েছেন কৃষকরা। সেখানে এখন চাষ আবাদ হচ্ছে। এদিন কাওয়াখালিতে জমি ফেরতের প্রস্তাবে সম্মতি দিয়ে মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর নীতিতেই সিলমোহর দিল মন্ত্রীসভা।

State Panchayat and Rural Development minister Subrata Mukherjee on Friday said that the state government had constructed 12,000 km rural roads in the past five years and steps have been taken to ensure that the remaining rural roads are completed in the next five years.

He said, the detailed project report for another 2,000 km rural road had been submitted to the Centre and the Centre is likely to give clearance shortly.

It may be mentioned that the erstwhile Left Front government had constructed only 10,000 km roads in 10 years and in those days, the entire money was given by the Centre under PMGSY. Earlier the Centre used to fund the entire construction cost of rural roads. But now, it is providing funds on a 60-40 basis and it is the responsibility of the states to maintain them.

It may be recalled that after coming to power in 2011, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had given priority to setting up rural roads and ensuring that drinking water problem in the rural areas is resolved.

 

গ্রামীণ রাস্তা তৈরীতে অসামান্য সাফল্য বাংলার

কেন্দ্র বরাদ্দ কমিয়েছে। সরাসরি টাকা দেবে পঞ্চায়েতে। তবুও গ্রামীণ পাকা রাস্তা সংস্কার তো বটেই নির্মাণেও ঢিলেমি দিতে চায় না রাজ্য।

প্রথম পাঁচ বছরে ১২ হাজার কিলোমিটার সড়ক তৈরি করে রেকর্ড করেছে তৃণমূল সরকার। পরবর্তী ধাপে ৮০০ ও ১২০০ কিলোমিটার রাস্তা গড়ার কাজ চলছে। তার ডিপিআর শেষ। যে সব সড়ক ভেঙ্গেচুরে গিয়েছে সেগুলির দিকেও নজর দিচ্ছে পঞ্চায়েত ও গ্রামোন্নয়ন দপ্তর।

উল্লেখযোগ্য, বাম আমলে ১০ বছরে মাত্র ১০০০০ কিমি রাস্তা তৈরী হয়েছিল। সেই সময় প্রধানমন্ত্রী গ্রাম সড়ক যোজনার পুরো টাকাটাই দিত কেন্দ্র। কিন্তু এখন কেন্দ্র নিজের বরাদ্দ কমিয়ে দিয়েছে। রাজ্যকে দিতে হয় ৪০% টাকা।

২০১১ সালে ক্ষমতায় আসার পর মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের অন্যতম ফোকাস ছিল গ্রামীণ রাস্তা উন্নয়ন ও জলের সমস্যা মেটানো।

Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today said landowners in Singur will get possession of land after Durga Puja festival.

“After Puja all land owners will get their land back. It will be fit for agriculture,” Chief Minister said after an administrative review meeting here in Hooghly district.

She said she was happy to be part of the fight of farmers who were getting back their land.

1,768 land owners have so far taken cheques from the government while 10,747 ‘parchas’ (land deeds) have been given so far, Partha Chatterjee said.

 

সিঙ্গুরের চাষীরা পুজোর পরে চাষযোগ্য জমি পাবেন:‌ মমতা

পুজোর পর সিঙ্গুরের জমি চাষযোগ্য করে কৃষকদের ফিরিয়ে দেওয়া হবে। বৃহস্পতিবার চূচূঁড়া ময়দানে এক সভায় একথা জানিয়েছেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা ব্যানার্জি।

হুগলি জেলা প্রশাসনের সঙ্গে বৈঠকে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন, ২১ অক্টোবরের মধ্যে সিঙ্গুরের জমি চাষের উপযুক্ত করে তুলতে হবে। এই লক্ষ্যমাত্রা সামনে রেখে সব দপ্তরকেই কাজ জোরদার করতে হবে।

‘‌রাজনৈতিক স্থিরতা মানেই উন্নয়নে গতিশীলতা। আর সবাই ভাল না থাকলে আমি ভাল থাকি না’‌, বলেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী। সিঙ্গুর প্রসঙ্গ টেনে বলেন, সিঙ্গুরের মানুষ জমি ফিরে পেয়েছেন। তাঁরা পরচা পেয়েছেন, চেকও দেওয়া হয়েছে। পুজোর পরে জমিও ফিরিয়ে দেওয়া হবে। সেখানে তাঁরা চাষ শুরু করতে পারবেন।

A day after Mamata Banerjee offered 1,000 acre land for setting up of a factory either by Tata/BMW or any other car manufacturing company at Goaltore in West Midnapore, the district authorities have started chalking out places on war footing to develop the area.

Upbeat with the CM’s announcement, as many as 100 labourers working in the Goaltore state seed farm started clearing the shrubs in the area. Garbeta-II BDO went to visit the spot. “We are in the process of preparing the land,” the BDO said.

The Midnapore zilla parishad has already taken up a proposal to give a blacktop to the road leading to the project site. A proposal for setting up a 132 kV power substation has also been submitted.

 

 

গোয়ালতোড়ে জমি প্রস্তুতির কাজ শুরু হয়ে গেল

বৃহস্পতিবার সকাল থেকেই গড়বেতা-২ ব্লকের বিডিও নিজে উপস্থিত থেকে শ্রমিক লাগিয়ে ওই জমিতে আগাছা পরিষ্কারের কাজ শুরু করেন৷  বিডিও জানিয়েছেন, এখানে পাশে জলের জন্য খাল রয়েছে৷ ১০ কিমির মধ্যে শিলাবতী ও কংসাবতী নদী রয়েছে, হাইওয়ে হচ্ছে, বিদ্যুতের সংযোগ শুরু হচ্ছে৷ সব মিলিয়ে শিল্পের উপযুক্ত জমি এটি৷ সেটাকেই শিল্পের জন্য তৈরি করা হচ্ছে৷

The historic Singur Andolan will now be chronicled in a book which has been written by none other than Mamata Banerjee, who had been at the helm of the mass movement. The movement had lent a voice to millions of the farmers and working-class people who have been fighting for their rights.

At the Singur Diwas rally, Mamata Banerjee said that she has already started penning a book on Singur.

It was the Singur Land Movement that started a nationwide debate on the draconian 1894 land acquisition act and finally forced the Centre to draft a new legislation.

The new book, which is expected to be released at the Kolkata International Book Fair 2017, will feature the leader’s experiences and thoughts relating to the Singur Movement.

Mamata Banerjee has so far authored 63 books, including ten in English, all of which have been bestsellers.

 

সিঙ্গুর আন্দোলন নিয়ে বই লিখছেন মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়

সিঙ্গুরের ১০ বছরের ঐতিহাসিক আন্দোলন এবার নথিভুক্ত হবে বইয়ের পাতায়। মাননীয়া মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় কৃষক ও শ্রমিদের অধিকার রক্ষার লড়াইয়ের বৃহত্তর আন্দোলন নিয়ে বই লিখবেন।

সিঙ্গুর দিবসের সভা থেকে মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় ঘোষণা করেন যে, ইতিমধ্যেই সিঙ্গুরের আন্দোলন নিয়ে তিনি একটি বই লিখছেন।

এটি সিঙ্গুরের সেই জমি আন্দোলন, ১৮৯৪ সালের ভূমি অধিগ্রহণ আইন যা নিয়ে দেশব্যাপী বিতর্ক শুরু হয়েছিল এবং পরিশেষে কেন্দ্র একটি নতুন আইন প্রণয়ন করতে বাধ্য করেছিল।

২০১৭ সালের আন্তর্জাতিক কলকাতা বইমেলায় যে নতুন বইটি মুক্তি পাবে বলে আশা করা হচ্ছে তা সিঙ্গুর আন্দোলন নিয়েই রচিত হবে।

এর আগে মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের লেখা ৬৩টি বই (এর মধ্যে ১০টি ইংরেজি) ইতিমধ্যেই জনপ্রিয়তা অর্জন করেছে।

Stating that people’s notion on present generation’s apathy in agriculture is a myth with youths realising that the state is awaiting a boom in the agriculture sector, farmers in Singur lauded the role of the Mamata Banerjee’s government in helping them get back their land within 14 days of the Supreme Court’s verdict.

Most of the farmers who received the compensation cheques and deed of land from Mamata Banerjee on the dais of Singur Diwas on Wednesday shared the same view saying that at present, the state government is taking several steps to help farmers augment their produce and at the same time stringent steps were taken to ensure maximum profit for farmers. The state government is opening up new avenues in the agriculture sector by introducing need based farming and setting up of more agro-based industries.

“There is no question of using the land that we have got back today (Wednesday) for any other purpose apart from cultivating crops. Earlier there used to be three to four crops a year on the plot that was acquired by the erstwhile Left Front government for setting up of Tata’s Nano project. It may take some time, but we are confident that the land will get back its characteristics,” said Alochaya Manna, who received the compensation and deed of land for her plot.

Manna said that her son, who was the lone earner of the family, had struggled a lot for the past few years in earning livelihood. He had to move from one place to another in search for a job. “So we are eagerly waiting for the day from when my son can start farming on our land for which we had been fighting for a decade,” she said.

A 30-year-old farmer Prosenjit Das, who also received deed of land on Wednesday, said that his father had 4 bigha land that was forcefully taken away by the erstwhile Left Front government.

“Today (Wednesday) I am getting it back. There can be nothing better than getting back the plot as it will help us earn our livelihood and at the same time we can go for tie-ups with agro-based industries,” he said that the Supreme Court’s verdict in favour of farmers is not only the victory of the people of Singur but it has also paved a way for better days for farmers in the entire nation.

 

জমি ফেরত পেয়ে মুখ্যমন্ত্রীকে ধন্যবাদ জানালেন সিঙ্গুরের কৃষকরা

বেশির ভাগ কৃষক যারা ঐতিহাসিক সিঙ্গুর দিবসে তাদের ক্ষতিপূরণের চেক ও জমির পরচা ফিরে পেলেন এ কথা মুক্তকণ্ঠে স্বীকার করে নিয়েছেন যে রাজ্য সরকার কৃষকদের সাহায্যার্থে অনেক পদক্ষেপ নিয়েছেন। রাজ্য সরকার।

কৃষিজীবী আলোছায়া মান্না বলেন, “এরপর আর কোনো বাধা রইলো না এই ফেরত পাওয়া জমিতে কৃষিকাজ করতে। আগে এই জমিতে বছরে তিন চার বার ফসল ফলত। আমরা আশাবাদী একটু সময় লাগলেও এই জমি আবার উর্বর হবে।”

জমির পরচা ফেরত পাওয়ার পর আরেক কৃষক প্রসেনজিত দাস বলেন তার বাবার চার বিঘা জমি ছিল যা আগের বামফ্রন্ট সরকার জোর করে কেড়ে নেয়।

“এর থেকে ভালো আর কিছুই হতে পারে না। আমরা আবার চাষবাস শুরু করতে পারি ও কৃষি-কেন্দ্রিক শিল্প গুলোর সঙ্গে চুক্তি করতে পারি,” তিনি বলেন।

Stating that industry and agriculture can coexist, Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today said that the State has 1000 acres of land in Goaltore ready and any investor – whether it is Tata or BMW – is welcome to set up an automobile manufacturing unit there.

She was speaking at Singur Diwas rally. The Chief Minister said had procedures been followed and land not been taken forcibly, Tatas could have set up industry in Bengal.

“We have a land bank and a land use police. We can give 1,000 acres in Goaltore in West Midnapore. We also have land in Panagarh and Howrah. Our message is clear. We want more IT and manufacturing industries in Bengal,” she added.

Mamata Banerjee made it clear that she was not against industry and mentioned that Bengal has been organising Bengal Global Business Summit for the last few years.

শিল্প ও কৃষি একসঙ্গে সহাবস্থান করবে একথা জানিয়ে বাংলার মাননীয়া মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় বলেছেন, রাজ্য শিল্পের জন্য প্রস্তুত এবং কোনো বিনিয়োগকারী যদি ইচ্ছুক থাকেন তারা আস্তে পারেন। গোয়ালতোড়ে ১০০০ একর জমি আছে।  টাটা বা বিএমডব্লিউ যে কেউ সেখানে অটোমোবাইল উৎপাদন ইউনিট স্থাপন করতে পারেন।

এদিন সিঙ্গুর দিবসের সভামঞ্চ থেকে তিনি বলেন, সুপ্রিম কোর্টের নির্দেশ অনুসরণ করছে সরকার। জোর করে জমি অধিগ্রহণের বিপক্ষে আমরা। টাটারা বাংলায় কারখানা স্থাপন করতে পারেন।

তিনি বলেন, “আমাদের ল্যান্ড ব্যাঙ্ক এবং ল্যান্ড পলিসি আছে। পশ্চিম মেদিনীপুরের গোয়ালতোড়ের ১০০০ একর জমি আমরা শিল্পের জন্য দিতে পারি। পানাগড় এবং হাওড়াতেও আমাদের জমি আছে। আমাদের বার্তা স্পষ্ট। আমরা বাংলায় আরো আইটি এবং উত্পাদন শিল্প চাই।”

Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday handed over land parchas (land deeds) and compensation cheques to farmers in Singur.

Around 9,117 land deeds were handed over. Around 800 compensation cheques – to unwilling farmers – were handed over by the Chief Minister and her Cabinet colleagues.

“In the first lot 9,117 parchas were given. All land will be returned in cultivable form within eight weeks,” she said during her visit to Singur.

The CM said that the government will be setting up check dams and small tube wells for irrigation in Singur. She added that soil testing is going on and all fertilisers for making the land fertile and cultivable will be provided to farmers.

“We will provide Rs 10000 to all farmer families to aid them in farming,” she added.

A Customs Hiring Centre will be set up in Singur to help farmers get loans. A training and demonstration centre for farmers will also be set up here.

 

কথা রাখলেন দিদি, জমি ফেরত দিলেন সিঙ্গুরের কৃষকদের

মাননীয়া মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দোপাধ্যায় বুধবার সিঙ্গুরের কৃষকদের হাতে জমির পরচা ও ক্ষতিপূরণের টাকার চেক তুলে দেন।

৯১১৭ জনকে জমির পরচা ও ৮০০ জনকে ক্ষতিপূরণের টাকার চেক তুলে দেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী ও তাঁর মন্ত্রিসভার সতীর্থরা।

“প্রথম দফায় ৯১১৭ টি পরচা তুলে দেয়া হবে। পুরো জমিটিকেই আগামী আট সপ্তাহের মধ্যে চাষযোগ্য করে ফেরত দেয়া হবে ” সিঙ্গুরে বললেন তিনি।

মুখ্যমন্ত্রী জানান সরকার চেক বাঁধ ও টিউবয়েল তৈরী করে দেবে সেচের জন্য। তিনি আরও বলেন যে জমি পরীক্ষার কাজ চলছে এবং সরকারের তরফে সার যোগান দেয়া হবে জমিকে চাষযোগ্য করে তোলার জন্য।

দিদি বলেন যে প্রতি কৃষক পরিবারকে ১০০০০ টাকা করে দেয়া হবে ও সহযোগিতা করা হবে।

তিনি সাথে সাথে ও বলেন যে সিঙ্গুরে একটি Customs Hiring কেন্দ্র স্থাপিত হবেও যেখান থেকে কৃষক রা প্রয়োজনীয় ঋণ পেতে পারবেন। এছাড়াও আরেকটি কৃষক প্রশিক্ষণ কেন্দ্র গড়ে তোলা হবে।
