The State Government’s West Bengal Livestock Development Corporation Limited has decided to open affordable fine dining restaurants in every district. Four of these are going to be opened in Kolkata too.

The restaurants will be opened under the brand, ‘Caviar’.

Given the prices at the better restaurants and the long waiting lists at these on holidays, this is a welcome step by the State Government. The selection of plots for setting up the restaurants is going to start in December.

পশ্চিমবঙ্গ লাইভ স্টক ডেভেলপমেন্ট কর্পোরেশন লিমিটেড সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে রাজ্যের প্রতি জেলায় কেতাদুরস্ত রেস্তোরাঁ খোলার। এর মধ্যে কলকাতায় ৪টি রেস্তোরাঁ খোলা হবে।

উৎকৃষ্ট মানের ‘কন্টিনেন্টাল ডিশ’ হিসেবে ইউরোপ সহ বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন প্রান্তে ‘ক্যাভিয়ার’ খাদ্য রসিকদের চিরকালের পছন্দের। তাই এই নামেই নিগমের নিজস্ব রেস্তোরাঁ ‘ক্যাভিয়ার’ গড়ে উঠতে চলেছে রাজ্যে।

এই রেস্তোরাঁগুলির জন্য জমি বাছাইয়ের কাজ ডিসেম্বর মাসেই শুরু হয়ে যাবে।
