The Bengal Government has decided to set up an information technology (IT) hub in New Town, near Kolkata on the lines of the famous Silicon Valley in USA. In fact, during a recent administrative meeting, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had termed the hub ‘Silicon Valley Asia’.

The hub will come up on 100 acres and will create many jobs and thus, bring a new wave of job opportunities to Bengal.

It may be mentioned that IT giant Infosys has already registered 50 acre of land in New Town and will start construction soon. Another IT firm – Wipro – has also taken 50 acres, according to the additional chief secretary, IT Department, at a recent administrative review meeting.

বাংলায় গড়ে উঠবে সিলিকন ভ্যালি। রাজারহাটে ১০০ একর জমির ওপর গড়ে উঠবে ‘সিলিকন ভ্যালি এশিয়া’।

বীরভূমে জেলা প্রশাসনিক বৈঠকে এ বিষয়ে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী হিডকোর চেয়ারম্যানের উদ্দেশ্যে বলেন, ‘রাজারহাটে আমরা সিলিকন ভ্যালির একটি রেপ্লিকা করব বলে ঠিক করেছিলাম৷ পৌর ও নগরোন্নয়ন ও পৌর বিষয়ক মন্ত্রীর সঙ্গে আমার কথা হয়েছে৷ ১০০ একর জমি আছে৷ এটা তৈরী হলে, লক্ষ লক্ষ কর্মসংস্থান তৈরি হবে৷ তথ্যপ্রযুক্তিতে স্বর্ণযুগ আসবে৷ এই আইডিয়াটা নতুন, তাই সকলেই উৎসাহী হবেন৷ অর্থমন্ত্রীর সঙ্গে কথা বলে ওটা তাড়াতাড়ি ক্লিয়ার করে দিন৷ আপনি, পৌর ও নগরোন্নয়ন ও পৌর বিষয়ক মন্ত্রী এবং মুখ্যসচিব বসুন৷ খুব ভালো একটা ডিজাইন করতে হবে৷’

এর পরে পৌর ও নগরোন্নয়ন ও পৌর বিষয়ক মন্ত্রীকে বলেন, ‘এটা খুব তাড়াতাড়ি করতে হবে৷ সময় নষ্ট করা যাবে না৷’

Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today gave a stern warning to those who are indulging in hooliganism in the name of religion. From the dias of the administrative review meeting at South 24 Parganas, she said that this is not Bengal’s culture and will not be tolerated. The CM instructed the SPs of all districts to take appropriate action.

Full transcript of what the CM said:

Did Lord Ram ever say that armed rallies with pistols and swords should be organised in his name? We have read in our scriptures that Ram fought against Ravan with a bow and arrow. Some hooligans are trying to give Lord Ram a bad name. Should we leave law and order in their hands? Will they run the administration now?

Few mustans with pistols, swords, arms, cloths tied around their heads, are doing goondagiri on the roads. This is not Bengali culture. We worship Durga, Kali, Saraswati, Ganapati, Laxmi as well as Basanti. We observe all festivals with peace and harmony. We also celebrate Eid and Christmas.

We gave permission for holding peaceful rallies. Everyone is free to practice their religion. But carrying pistols and playing politics in the name of Ram will not be tolerated. No one has the right to go to the neighbourhood of a different community and kill someone.

I would ask the administration to take strong action against those who carried arms. Some people are opening organisations with religious names and doing business in the name of religion. They are bringing shame to their religion. Ramakrishna Mission, Bharat Sevasram Sangha, Gangasagar – these are symbols of Hinduism.

Hinduism is universal. People have been following this faith for hundreds of years. Hinduism preaches love, brotherhood, tolerance. We don’t need lessons in Hinduism from them.

What they practise is freak religion; religion of muscle power and goondaism. This is not even politics, which requires service to people and society at large. Politics requires culture, humanism and education. Killing people cannot be a part of politics.

What we witnessed yesterday is the handiwork of one party. Today I read in the papers that they carried pistols in their rallies. We saw on TV many people carried swords. Did Lord Ram ever carry a sword? They are importing a new religion (of violence) and dreaming of winning over the entire country. I am sorry to say this, I abhor them. I strongly condemn these actions.

The administration has a responsibility. The death of a person in Purulia is akin to the death of my own family member. Whether he was Muslim, Hindu, Sikh of Christian is immaterial. Why would they kill people? They are so afraid that they are hiring goons from outside. Bengal will not tolerate this.

I am instructing all SPs to take strong action. Do not spare any wrong-doer. If I come to know that police is colluding with them, I will not spare the police either.

People demand justice. They are horrified by yesterday’s events. This is not Bengal’s culture. This will not be tolerated. This is my clear message.

 

ধর্মের নামে গুন্ডাগিরি মানব না: মুখ্যমন্ত্রী

আজ দক্ষিণ ২৪ পরগনা জেলার প্রশাসনিক সভা থেকে হুঁশিয়ারি দিলেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী। তিনি বলেন, ধর্মের নামে গুন্ডাগিরিকে রেয়াত করা হবে না। তিনি আরও বলেন যে এটা বাংলার সংস্কৃতি নয়।

মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর বক্তব্য:

রাম কোনদিন বলে গিয়েছিলেন পিস্তল হাতে মিছিল করতে বা তরবারি হাতে মিছিল করতে? আমরা ইতিহাসে দেখেছি রামচন্দ্র ধনুক নিয়ে রাবণের বিরুদ্ধে লড়াই করেছিলেন। কতগুলি hooligans রামের বদনাম করছে – তাদের হাতে কি আমরা রাজ্যের শাসনভার, আইন শৃঙ্খলা ছেড়ে দিতে পারি? প্রশাসন কি বলে?

কতজন হুজুগে মাস্তান হঠাৎ করে এসে জুটেছে, পিস্তল নিয়ে, তরবারি নিয়ে, মাথায় ফেট্টি বেঁধে রাস্তায় গুণ্ডামি করতে বেরিয়েছে। এটা বাংলা সংস্কৃতি নয়। বাংলার সংস্কৃতি সম্পূর্ণ আলাদা। আমরা দুর্গাপুজো করি, কালী পুজো করি, সরস্বতী পুজো করি, গণপতি, লক্ষ্মী, বাসন্তী পুজো করি। আমরা সব পুজো করি শান্তি, সংহতি, উলুধ্বনির মধ্যে দিয়ে, অশান্তির মধ্যে দিয়ে নয়। আমরা রমজান পালন করি, বড়দিনও পালন করি।

আমি শান্তিপূর্ণ মিছিলের অনুমতি দিয়েছি। যে কোন ধর্মের লোক যে কোন ধর্মের অনুষ্ঠান পালন করতে পারেন। কিন্তু রামের নাম নিয়ে রামকে বদনাম করার জন্য পিস্তল তরোয়াল হাতে নিয়ে অন্য কমিউনিটির পাড়ায় ঢুকে গিয়ে তাঁকে খুন করার অধিকার কাউকে দেওয়া হয়নি।

আমি প্রশাসনকে এর বিরুদ্ধে কড়া ব্যবস্থা নিতে বলব। হঠাৎ করে এবার কয়েকজন হাতে অস্ত্র তুলে নিয়েছে। যেই হাতে অস্ত্র তুলে নিক, তাদের বিরুদ্ধে কড়া ব্যবস্থা নিতে হবে। ধর্মীয় একটা করে নাম ঢুকিয়ে দিয়ে নানারকম ভাবে ধর্মের নামে ব্যবসা করছে। আর ধর্মকে বিক্রি করে তার বদনাম করছে। রামকৃষ্ণ মিশন, ভারত সেবাশ্রম সংঘ, গঙ্গাসাগর – তারা হিন্দু ধর্মের নামে এই কাজ মানে?

হিন্দুধর্ম সার্বজনীন। শত শত বছর ধরে এই ধর্ম পালন হয়ে আসছে সবাইকে ভালবেসে, সহনশীলতার মধ্যে দিয়ে। ওরা এখন হিন্দু ধর্ম শেখাচ্ছে।

এ কোন ধর্ম? খামখেয়ালি ধর্ম, গায়ের জোরে গুণ্ডামির ধর্ম। এটা দিয়ে রাজনীতি হয় না। রাজনীতি অনেক বড় ব্যাপার। রাজনীতি করতে গেলে সমাজ ও মানুষের জন্য কাজ করতে হয়। রাজনীতি সভ্যতা – সংস্কৃতি – মানবিকতা – শিক্ষার জন্য। রাজনীতি মানে মানুষকে খুন করা নয়।

গতকাল আমরা যা দেখলাম, শুধুমাত্র একটা রাজনৈতিক দলের কাজ। আজ পেপার খুলে দেখলাম পিস্তল নিয়ে মিছিল করছে। অনেক কাগজ ও টিভি তে দেখলাম তলোয়ার নিয়ে মিছিল করছে। রামচন্দ্রর হাতে কখনো তলোয়ার ছিল? নতুন ধর্মের আমদানি করেছে এরা। এই ধর্ম নিয়ে ভাবছে সারা ভারতবর্ষ জয় করবে। I am sorry to say, আমরা এদের ঘৃণা করি। এই ধরণের আচরণকে আমরা ধিক্কার জানাই।

প্রশাসনের একটা দায়িত্ব আছে। পুরুলিয়ায় যদি একজনেরও মৃত্যু হয়ে থাকে তবে আমার ঘরের ভাই মারা গেছে। সে হিন্দু-মুসলমান- শিখ না খ্রিস্টান আমার জানার দরকার নেই। তোমরা কেন মানুষ মারবে? একজন ভয় পেয়েছে বলে তাকে বাইরে থেকে গুন্ডা আনিয়ে তাড়া করে মারবে কেন? এসব বাংলায় সহ্য করা হবে না।

আমি সব এসপি কে নির্দেশ দিচ্ছি কড়া ব্যবস্থা নেওয়ার জন্য। কাউকে সহ্য করা হবে না। আইন আইনের কাজ করবে। যদি পুলিশ সমঝোতা করে কোন ব্যবস্থা না নেয় তাহলে আমি সেই সেই পুলিশের বিরুদ্ধে ব্যবস্থা নেব।

জনগণ আপনাদের কাছে বিচার চায়। মানুষ কাল এই সব মিছিল দেখে শিউরে উঠেছে। এটা বাংলার সংস্কৃতি নয়। আমরা এসব সহ্য করব না। এটা আমার clear message।

The Bengal Tourism Department has chalked out an elaborate plan to develop the ‘Bhorer Aalo’ tourism hub at Gajoldoba in North Bengal. The new tourist facilities that the hub entails would possibly be introduced before Durga Puja this year.

As a part of the initiative, visitors can take part in boating along the River Teesta. Another attraction would be hot air balloon rides. People visiting the area can also take a stroll inside the Saraswatipur tea garden. There would also be facilities like a jungle safari by car.

These announcements were made recently by the State Tourism Minister, after he held a high-level meeting to accelerate the process with representatives from 12 Departments.

The Minister also said there are plans to introduce houseboats in Gajoldoba and Mirik. Watching birds while riding on a boat can be a favourite pastime of the tourists. Plans are also afoot to start an elephant safari.

It may be mentioned that around 52 overseas delegates from 30 countries have already visited Bhorer Alo, the dream tourism hotspot being developed by the State Government in Gajoldoba, in January to get a first-hand experience of the unique eco-tourism project.

 

 

গাজলডোবায় সেজে উঠছে ‘ভোরের আলো’ পর্যটন কেন্দ্র

গাজলডোবায় ‘ভোরের আলো’ সেজে উঠছে জোরকদমে। তৈরী হয়েছে ৬টি সরকারি কটেজ। আরও ২০টির কাজ চলছে। কিছুদিনের মধ্যে ওই কটেজগুলিও থাকার জন্য খুলে দেওয়া হবে।

এরই মধ্যে আবার নেওয়া হয়েছে বেশ কিছু পরিকল্পনা। তিস্তা থেকে মংপো পর্যন্ত রাফটিংয়ের কথা ভাবা হচ্ছে। তিস্তা সেচখালে প্যাডেলিং বোট নামানো হবে। তিস্তার কোলে এখন স্থানীয় স্তরে নৌকাবিহারের ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে। সেই নৌকাগুলি পর্যটন দপ্তর সাজিয়ে দেবে। রঙিন ছাউনি দিয়ে আরও আকর্ষণীয় করে তোলা হবে। প্রকল্প এলাকার পাশে দেড় একর জায়গায় করা হবে ১০ শয্যার আপৎকালীন হাসপাতাল।

এ ছাড়া হচ্ছে হেলিপ্যাড। রয়েছে আরও বহু বিনোদনের আয়োজন। যেমন হট এয়ার বেলুন। গাজলডোবা থেকে সরস্বতীপুর চা–বাগান পর্যন্ত জঙ্গলের ভেতর দিয়ে জঙ্গল সাফারি, হাতি সাফারির পথ করবে বন দপ্তর। গাজলডোবায় তিস্তার ওপর হচ্ছে আরেকটি সেতু। ১০০ কোটি টাকায় তৈরী হবে ওই সেতুটি। সেচ দপ্তর এই সেতুটি তৈরী করবে। এপ্রিলেই এই সেতুর কাজ শুরু হবে বলে আশা করা হচ্ছে।

মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের স্বপ্নের প্রকল্প হল গাজলডোবার এই পর্যটন হাব। তিনি এর নাম দিয়েছেন ‘ভোরের আলো’। একদিকে বৈকুণ্ঠপুর জঙ্গল, একদিকে তিস্তা সেচখাল, তিস্তায় বিশাল বাঁধ এবং জলাধার। উত্তরে তাকালেই হিমালয়, কাঞ্চনজঙ্ঘা।

স্থায়ী থানা হচ্ছে গাজলডোবায়। প্রকল্প এলাকায় অর্কিড পার্ক করা হবে। দুটি হাউসবোট আনা হবে। একটি রাখা হবে মিরিকের লেকে। গাজলডোবায় ফুড অ্যান্ড ক্রাফ্ট ইনস্টিটিউট খোলা হচ্ছে। ভবিষ্যতে এখানে হোটেল ম্যানেজমেন্টের ধাঁচে কোর্স চালু হবে।

মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় চাইছেন এখানে ভারতের সেরা পর্যটন হাব করতে। তারই রূপায়ণ হচ্ছে।

Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today addressed a public meeting at Debra in Paschim Medinipur district. She inaugurated and laid the foundations stones for a series of schemes and projects.

The projects that were inaugurated include, primary health centres, Anganwadi centres, irrigation projects, new roads, bridges etc. She also laid the foundations stones for hostels, water supply projects, upgradation of central nursery among others.

She also distributed benefits of various schemes like Kanyashree, Sabuj Shree, Siksha Shree, Anandadhara, Sabuj Sathi etc.

Highlights of her speech:

We must protect our farmers. We must love them. Earlier they were neglected, even after devastating floods. We have compensated nearly 30 lakh farmer families. Compensation worth Rs 1200 crore have been paid.

Centre does not give us funds. They take away the revenue collected by us. They are supposed to pay us 60% but we get only 40%. That too, is often not paid. We don’t want their alms. We want the money they owe us. Why should Bengal be neglected?

We are paying off the installments for the debt incurred by the previous government. We have paid Rs 48,000 crore as installments this year. No other State runs so many welfare schemes, despite such financial constraints.

Bengal is the only State which waived off tax on agricultural land and mutation fee on agricultural land. Farmers’ income has doubled in Bengal. We have received Krishi Karman award five years in a row.

We are No. 1 in 100 Days’ work, rural employment, Bangla Abas Yojana, Skill Development, MSME.

Jadavpur University is No. 1 among 21 State universities. This is a new feather in Bengal’s cap.

We have set up 43 multi super speciality hospitals in six years. Centre is planning to launch health insurance scheme now. We already have free healthcare at government hospitals. We are running the ‘Swasthya Sathi’ scheme successfully. ICDS, Asha, civic volunteers, home guards, contractual workers, green police, panchayat and municipal workers have been brought under this scheme.

We provide rice at Rs 2/kg to 8.5 crore people. Adivasis in Jangalmahal receive 35 kg rice, tea garden workers get rice at 47 paise per kg.

We have set up critical care units, trauma care units, mother and child hubs. 80 SNCUs and 300 SNSUs have been set up. We have launched Matri Jaan and Nischay Jaan for pregnant women, new mothers and neonates. 1000 Matri Jaans have been launched across Bengal.

We have launched the social security scheme for construction workers, housemaids, auto drivers, workers in the unorganised sector. They will have to pay Rs 25 and the government will pay Rs 30. At the age of 60 they will receive Rs 2 lakh, along with pension.

Girls recieve Rs 25,000 at the age of 18 to pursue higher education. From April we are launching the ‘Ruposhree’ scheme. Government will give Rs 25,000 to families with annual income less than Rs 1.5 lakh to assist in their daughter’s wedding. Girls are our pride.

We have increased Kanyashree stipend to Rs 1000. We have launched K-3 for university students. They will receive Rs 2000 for studying humanities, and Rs 2500 for studying science.

We have given scholarships to 1.7 lakh minority students, 57 lakh SC/ST students and 45 lakh girls. We have started a pension scheme for the physically handicapped.

Farmers’ pension has been increased from Rs 750 to Rs 1000. 1.94 lakh folk artistes have been registered under Lok Prasar scheme and they receive monthly stipend of Rs 1000. They also perform at government functions.

The government has stopped 90% funds for the ICDS scheme, yet we are running this project with our own funds.

The term of contractual and casual workers has been increased till 60 years of age.

70 lakh students of Classes IX-XII have been given free cycles. We also provide free uniform, free test papers to students. My best wishes to all those who are appearing for board exams.

I urge everyone to celebrate Ram Nabami peacefully. Celebrate Annapura Pujo, Basanti Pujo. Good Friday is around the corner, so is Mahavir Jayanti. We must ensure that the politics of religion should not hurt people of other faiths.

We were, we are and we will always be with the people. Maa-Mati-Manush are our biggest strength.

Medinipur is the district that produced Bir Singha, Matangini Hazra, Satish Samanta. You lead the way for other districts of Bengal.

Our actions speak louder than words. Others only beat their own drums and try to incite tension between different religions.

 

আমরা কথা কম বলি, কাজ বেশী করি: মুখ্যমন্ত্রী  

আজ পশ্চিম মেদিনীপুর জেলার ডেবরায় পরিষেবা প্রদান অনুষ্ঠানের মঞ্চ থেকে একগুচ্ছ প্রকল্পের উদ্বোধন করলেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়। তিনি বিভিন্ন প্রকল্পের শিলান্যাসও করেন।

মুখ্যমন্ত্রী যে সকল প্রকল্পের উদ্বোধন করেন, তার কয়েকটি হল, প্রাথমিক স্বাস্থ্য কেন্দ্র, অঙ্গনওয়াড়ি কেন্দ্র, ক্ষুদ্র সেচ প্রকল্প, নতুন রাস্তা, খালের ওপর সেতু ইত্যাদি।

তিনি যে সকল প্রকল্পের শিলান্যাস করেন, তার কয়েকটি হল, ছাত্রাবাস, জল সরবরাহ প্রকল্প, সেন্ট্রাল নার্সারির সম্প্রসারন  ইত্যাদি। এছাড়াও তিনি কন্যাশ্রী, সবুজশ্রী, শিক্ষাশ্রী, সবুজসাথী, আনন্দধারা ইত্যাদি পরিষেবা প্রদান করেন।

তাঁর বক্তব্যের কিছু অংশঃ-

কৃষকদের রক্ষা করতে হবে, তাদের ভালবাসতে হবে। আগে বন্যায় জমির ক্ষতি হলে সরকার তাকিয়েও দেখত না। আমরা ৩০ লক্ষ কৃষক পরিবারকে প্রায় ১২০০ কোটি টাকা ক্ষতিপূরণ দিয়েছি

কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার আমাদের প্রাপ্য টাকা টুকুও দেয় না। রাজ্য থেকে যে কর কেন্দ্র আদায় করে নিয়ে যায় সেই টাকা থেকে থেকে ৬০% রাজ্যকে দেওয়ার কথা কিন্তু ওরা ৪০% দেয়। তাও ঠিক করে দেয় না। কোনরকম দয়া নয়, আমাদের টাকাই আমাদের দেওয়ার কথা। তাও বাংলা কেন বঞ্চিত হবে?

আগের সরকারের দেনা শোধ করতে হচ্ছে। এ বছরও ৪৮ হাজার কোটি টাকা দেনা শোধ করেছি। এত দেনা শোধ করে কেউ যদি এত সরকারী প্রকল্প করতে পারে তাহলে আমি মাথা নত করে নেব। বাংলায় যত প্রকল্প আছে সারা ভারতের কোথাও নেই।

একমাত্র বাংলায় কৃষকদের কৃষিজমির খাজনা মুকুব করে দেওয়া হয়েছে।কৃষিজমির মিউটেশন ফি দিতে হয় না। বাংলায় কৃষকদের রোজগার দ্বিগুন হয়েছে। বাংলা পরপর ৫ বছর ‘কৃষি কর্মন’ পুরস্কার পেয়েছে।

১০০ দিনের কাজে সারা ভারতের মধ্যে এক নম্বরে বাংলা। ও এমএসএমই তেও বাংলা এক নম্বরে।

২১ টি স্টেট ইউনিভার্সিটির মধ্যে যাদবপুর বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ১ নম্বরে। বাংলার মুকুটে আরও একটা পালক যোগ হল।

৬ বছরে ৪৩ টি মাল্টি সুপার স্পেশ্যালিটি হসপিটাল নির্মাণ করা হয়েছে।কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার এখন স্বাস্থ্যবীমা করছে। আর বাংলায় ইতিমধ্যেই বিনামূল্যে সরকারী চিকিৎসা পাওয়া যায়। আমরা ‘স্বাস্থ্য সাথী’ প্রকল্প চালু করেছি। আইসিডিএস ও আশার কর্মী, সিভিক ভলেন্টিয়ার, হোম গার্ড, অস্থায়ী ও চুক্তিভিত্তিক কর্মী, গ্রিন পুলিশ, পঞ্চায়েত ও মিউনিসিপালিটি কর্মী দের ও এই প্রকল্পের আওতায় নিয়ে আসা হয়েছে।

সাড়ে ৮ কোটি লোককে আমরা ২ টাকা কিলো চাল দিই। জঙ্গলমহলে আদিবাসীরা ৩৫ কেজি চাল পায়, চা বাগানের শ্রমিকরা ৪৭ পয়সায় এক কেজি চাল পায়।

ক্রিটিক্যাল কেয়ার ইউনিট, ট্রমা কেয়ার ইউনিট, মাদার অ্যান্ড চাইল্ড হাব তৈরী করা হয়েছে। ৮০ টি SNCU ও ৩০০ টি SNSU তৈরি করা হয়েছে। গর্ভবতী মহিলা ও সদ্যজাত শিশুদের জন্য ‘নিশ্চয় যান’ ও ‘মাতৃযান’ এর ব্যবস্থা করা হয়েছে। সমগ্র বাংলায় ১০০০ মাতৃযান দেওয়া হয়েছে।

যারা কন্সট্রাকশানের কাজ করেন,  গৃহস্থালিরর কাজ করেন,  অটো চালক সহ অসংগঠিত ক্ষেত্রের শ্রমিক দের জন্য ‘সামাজিক সুরক্ষা’ প্রকল্প চালু করা হয়েছে (১৮ বছর বয়সে একটি কার্ড করতে হয়। শ্রমিকরা দেয় ২৫ টাকা আর সরকার দেয় ৩০ টাকা) ৬০ বছর বয়সের পর সরকার তাদের ২ লক্ষ টাকা দেবে এবং সাথে তারা পেনশনও পাবেন।

‘কন্যাশ্রী’ প্রকল্পের আওতায় মেয়েদের পড়াশোনার জন্য ২৫০০০ টাকা দেওয়া হয়। আগামী এপ্রিল থেকে একটি নতুন প্রকল্প চালু হবে যার নাম

‘রূপশ্রী’। যে সব পরিবারের বার্ষিক ইনকাম দেড় লক্ষ টাকার কম তাদের মেয়েদের বিবাহের জন্য (১৮ বছর বয়সের পর) সরকার ২৫০০০ টাকা আর্থিক সহায়তা দেবে। মা বোনেরা সমাজের সম্পদ। তারা আমাদের গর্ব।

‘কন্যাশ্রী’ প্রকল্পের ভাতা ৭৫০ টাকা থেকে বারিয়ে ১০০০ টাকা করা হয়েছে। কন্যাশ্রী-১ ও কন্যাশ্রী-২ এর পর কন্যাশ্রী-৩ চালু করা হয়েছে এর মাধ্যমে মেয়েরা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে পড়াশোনা করার সুযোগ পাবে। ‘শিক্ষাশ্রী’ প্রকল্পের আওতায় উচ্চ শিক্ষার জন্য স্কলারশিপ দিচ্ছে সরকার।

১.৭১ কোটি সংখ্যালঘু ছেলেমেয়ে, ৫৭ লক্ষ তপসিলি জাতি ও উপজাতি ছেলেমেয়ে ও ৪৫ লক্ষ মেয়েকে স্কলারশিপ দেওয়া হয়েছে। আমরা প্রতিবন্ধীদের জন্যও প্রকল্প চালু করেছি।

কৃষক ভাতা ৭৫০ টাকা থেকে বারিয়ে ১০০০ টাকা করে দেওয়া হয়েছে। ১ লক্ষ ৯৪ হাজার শিল্পীকে ‘লোকপ্রসার’ প্রকল্পের আওতায় মাসে ১০০০ টাকা আর্থিক সাহায্য দেওয়া হয়, পাশাপাশি সরকারী বিজ্ঞাপন ও অনুষ্ঠানেও কাজ করার সুযোগ দেওয়া হয় তাদের।

আইসিডিএস-এর ৯০% টাকা দিল্লী সরকার বন্ধ করে দিয়েছে। আমরা কষ্ট করে এই স্কিম চালিয়ে যাচ্ছি।

ক্যাসুয়াল ও কন্ট্রাকচুয়াল ওয়ার্কারদের চাকরির মেয়াদ ৬০ বছর পর্যন্ত করে দেওয়া হয়েছে।

ছাত্রছাত্রীরা ক্লাস ৯-এ উঠলেই সবুজ সাথীর সাইকেল পাচ্ছে, এর আগে ক্লাস ১০, ১১, ১২-এ দিয়েছি। এছাড়া বিনা পয়সায় পড়াশোনা, স্কুল ড্রেস, মাধ্যমিকের ছাত্রছাত্রীদের বিনা পয়সায় টেস্ট পেপারও দেওয়া হয়। পরীক্ষার্থীদের জন্য আমার অনেক অভিনন্দন রইল।

সবাই সুন্দর করে রামনবমী পালন করুন। অন্নপূর্ণা উৎসব পালন করুন। বাসন্তী পুজো পালন করুন। গুড ফ্রাইডে, মহাবীর জয়ন্তীও ভালো করে পালন করুন। রাজনীতির নাম করে ধর্মীয় উন্মাদনা নিয়ে কোনও মানুষ যেন কাউকে আঘাত না করতে পারে, সেদিকে লক্ষ্য রাখতে হবে।

আমরা মানুষের সাথে ছিলাম, আছি, থাকবো। মা মাটি মানুষ আমাদের বড় শক্তি।

মেদিনীপুর জেলা স্বাধীনতা সংগ্রামের জেলা, বীর সিংহের জেলা, মাতঙ্গিনী হাজরার জেলা, সতীশ সামন্তর জেলা। আপনারা বাংলাকে পথ দেখান।

আমরা কথা কম বলি, কাজ বেশী করি। অনেকে কাজ করে না, মন্দির মসজিদ নিয়ে গণ্ডগোল লাগায়, হিন্দু-মুসলিম, শিখ-খৃষ্টানের মধ্যে ঝগড়া লাগিয়ে দেয়।

The Department of Forests, Bengal manages 11,879 sq km of forests in the state, i.e. 13.38% of the total geographical area.

The forest cover of the State has been on the increase. Between 2011 & 2014, it has gone up by 3810 sq.km, 4.29%, the highest in the country.

Some of the notable achievements, between 2011-2017, are:

  • Between 2011-17, The Department has afforested 72,697 hectares of forest area, besides extensive soil & moisture conservation works. It has also created production capacity of 2 crore planting stock through ‘Modern Nurseries’, thereby replacing almost entire capacity of conventional nurseries.
  • Inspired by the Hon’ble Chief Minister, the ‘Sabuj Shree’ program was launched with effect from 27 May, 2011 to provide a sapling to every new born child in the state to inculcate emotional bonding between the child and nature and also to provide an incentive of economic benefit in the future. Being implemented at the block level throughout the state, nearly 15 lakh seedlings were distributed to mothers of newborns.
  • The Wild Life Wing of Forest Directorate manages 4692 sq km of protected area network, i.e. 5.28% of geographical area of state, up from 4.56% prior to 2013. Emphasising the importance of conservation, two new wildlife sanctuaries have been created:
    1) the ‘West Sunderbans WLS’ in 2013 over 556 sq km in Dakshin 24 Parganas for keystone species of Sunderbans; and,
    2) ‘Pakhibitan Wildlife Sanctuary’ over 14.09 sq. km of water body for aquatic and migratory birds at Gajoldoba, Jalpaiguri in North Bengal.
  • W.B. State Forest Development Agency was institutionalised in 2014. It is implementing plantation programme of WB Pollution Control Board and MPLAD funding programme in forestry sector.
  • Online reservation & payment gateway for 20 eco-tourism centres in the state was started in May, 2015.

 

বন সংরক্ষণে প্রতিবদ্ধ মা-মাটি-মানুষের সরকার

পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বনদপ্তর রাজ্যের ১১,৮৭৯ বর্গকিলোমিটার এলাকা জুড়ে অরণ্য অর্থাৎ মোট ভৌগলিক এলাকার ১৩.৩৮% দেখাশোনা করে।

২০১১-২০১৪ সালের মধ্যে এই রাজ্যের বনাঞ্চল বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে। এই বৃদ্ধির পরিমাণ ৩৮১০ বর্গকিলোমিটার অর্থাৎ ৪.২৯% যা দেশের মধ্যে সর্বোচ্চ।

২০১১-২০১৭ সালের মধ্যে বেশ কয়েকটি উল্লেখযোগ্য সাফল্য হলঃ-

  • ২০১১-২০১৭ সালের মধ্যে এই দপ্তর অরণ্য এলাকার মধ্যে ৭২,৬৯৭ হেক্টর বনাঞ্চল বৃদ্ধি করেছে। পাশাপাশি ব্যবহারে মৃত্তিকা ও আর্দ্রতা সংরক্ষণের কাজও হয়েছে। চিরাচরিত নার্সারিগুলির প্রায় সম্পূর্ণ মজুত খমতার পরিবর্তে এই বিভাগ ২ কোটি রোপণযোগ্য চারা উৎপাদনের ক্ষমতাসম্পন্ন ‘আধুনিক নার্সারি’ নির্মাণ করেছে।
  • মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর অনুপ্রেরণায়, ২০১১ সালের ২৭ মে থেকে ‘সবুজশ্রী’ প্রকল্প চালু হয়েছে। এই প্রকল্পে রাজ্যের প্রত্যেক নবজাতককে গাছের চারা উপহার দেওয়া হয়। এর মূল উদ্দেশ্য হল, শিশুর সাথে পরিবেশ-প্রকৃতির একটা আবেগের বন্ধন তৈরী করা এবং ভবিষ্যতে এই গাছটি থেকেই আর্থিক সাহায্য পাওয়ার পথ সুগম করা। রাজ্যের প্রতিটি ব্লক স্তরে চালু হওয়া এ প্রকল্পে, ২০১৭-র মার্চ পর্যন্ত, ২ লাখেরও বেশী চারা বিলি হয়েছে।
  • বন-অধিকার এর অধীনে বন্যপ্রাণ বিভাগ রাজ্যের ৪৬৯২ বর্গকিলোমিটার সংরক্ষিত এলাকা দেখাশোনা করে, যা রাজ্যের মোট ভৌগলিক এলাকার ৫.২৮%। ২০১৩ সালে এই সংরক্ষিত এলাকার পরিমাণ ছিল ৪.৫৬%। সংরক্ষণের গুরুত্বের কথা চিন্তাভাবনা করে দুটি নতুন বন্যপ্রাণ অভয়ারন্য তৈরী করা হয়েছে।

 

১. ‘ওয়েস্ট সুন্দরবন ডবলু এল এস’ সুন্দরবনের মূল প্রজাতির বন্যপ্রাণ সংরক্ষণের জন্য দক্ষিণ ২৪ পরগনায় ৫৫৬ বর্গকিলোমিটার এলাকা জুড়ে ২০১৩ সালে তৈরী হয়।

২. ‘পাখিবিতান বন্যপ্রাণ অভয়ারন্য’ উত্তরবঙ্গের জলপাইগুড়ির গাজলডোবায় জলচর ও পরিযায়ী পাখিদের জন্য ১৪.০৯ বর্গকিলোমিটার এলাকা জুড়ে তৈরী হয়েছে।

  • ২০১৪ সালে রাজ্য বন উন্নয়ন এজেন্সি প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছে। অন্য সমস্ত কাজের সঙ্গে এটি রাজ্য দূষণ নিয়ন্ত্রণ পর্ষদ এবং সাংসদ তহবিলের অর্থে বনাঞ্চলে চারা লাগানোর কাজ করছে।
  • ২০১৫র মে থেকে রাজ্যের ২০টি ইকো-ট্যুরিজম কেন্দ্রের অনলাইন সংরক্ষণ এবং অর্থপ্রদানের পথ চালু হয়েছে। তাকদা, পোখরিয়াতার এবং চিম্নিতে ইকো ট্যুরিজম ইউনিট চালু হয়েছে।

In a bid to increase the storage capacity of food grains in Bengal, the state Co-operation department has decided to develop 23 modern storage facilities in the districts.

The step has been taken following directions and vision of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to strengthen the cooperative infrastructure that will ensure increase in storage capacity of food grains.

The 23 store houses will be developed at a cost of Rs 240 crore and each of the store houses will be of a capacity of 10,000 metric tonne. So with construction of the store houses by the cooperation department, there will be an increase in the storage capacity by 2.30 lakh metric tonne.

The store houses will be developed on the land owned by the department and there would be requirement of around three acres to set up each of the store houses. The land will also be identified soon.

The state co-operation department has also set a target of procuring 30 lakh metric tonne paddy through co-operative societies in the current procurement year and a seminar was recently held at Netaji Indoor Stadium in this regard in which the Chief Minister had directed to take measures to create the necessary infrastructure.

At the same time, as many as 17 more store houses will be set up by the state Food and Supplies department. NABARD is giving the amount to the state government as loan to set up the store houses under the Warehousing Infrastructure Fund of the Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF).

It may be mentioned that the storage capacity of food grains is 62,000 metric tonne in 2010-11. At present, it has increased to around 6.10 lakh metric tonne with several steps being taken by the state government in the past six years that will further increase with the setting up of the upcoming store houses.

 

রাজ্যে তৈরী হবে আরও ২৩টি গুদামঘর

জেলায় জেলায় ২৩টি অত্যাধুনিক গুদাম তৈরীর সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে রাজ্য সমবায় দপ্তর। রাজ্যে খাদ্যশস্য ঘাটতি মেটানোর যে প্রচেষ্টা শুরু করেছেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়, সেই উদ্দেশ্যে এই সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে।

প্রতিটি গুদামের ধারন ক্ষমতা হবে ১০০০০ মেট্রিক টন। সুতরাং ২৩টি গুদামঘর নির্মাণ সম্পন্ন হলে, রাজ্যে গুদামের ক্ষমতা আরও ২.৩ লক্ষ মেট্রিক টন বাড়বে।
রাজ্য সমবায় দপ্তরের লক্ষ্য চলতি বছরে সমবায়ের মাধ্যমে ৩০ লক্ষ মেট্রিক টন চাল উৎপাদনের। সম্প্রতি এই উদ্দেশ্যে নেতাজী ইনডোর স্টেডিয়ামে একটি সেমিনার অনুষ্ঠিত হয়, যেখানে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ নিতে নির্দেশ দেন। এর পাশাপাশি আরও ১৭টি গুদাম নির্মাণ করবে খাদ্য ও সরবরাহ দপ্তর।

প্রসঙ্গত, ২০১০-১১ সালে রাজ্যের গুদামে খাদ্যশস্য রাখার ক্ষমতা ছিল ৬২০০০ মেট্রিক টন। বর্তমানে সেই ক্ষমতা বেড়ে ৬.১০ লক্ষ মেট্রিক টনে পৌঁছেছে। ভবিষ্যতে এই ক্ষমতা আরও বাড়ানো হবে রাজ্য সরকারের সহায়তায়।

The Bengal Government plans to create around one lakh new jobs in the field of cyber security annually.
Based on the instructions of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, the Government will introduce a course on cyber security at the undergraduate level so that students get an edge in getting jobs, not only in the Information Technology (IT) sector but also in the police force.

Bengal would be the first State in the country which will ensure a supply pool of cyber security specialists for various Government departments to counter cyber threats, which are a major cause of concern for the Government and the public. With the rapid digitisation that has been going on, cyber security has become of utmost importance.

The State Information Technology (IT) and Electronics Department will assist the Higher Education Department in framing the syllabus. The IT Department, according to its additional chief secretary, is working closely with the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) in Kalyani, whose experts will decide the course content.

According to the initial plans, the course will commence at IIIT and in all the colleges under Calcutta University. Students would be provided with basic knowledge on networking and operating systems.

The IT Department is also working in coordination with the police, academics and industry, to see that unscrupulous persons with vested interests cannot tamper Government documents.

The Government has already set up the West Bengal Cyber Security Centre of Excellence (WBCS-CoE) in New Town to deal with the increasing number of cyber offences in the State. A workshop was also held on cyber security at the Biswa Bangla Convention Centre in New Town on March 16.

 

সাইবার নিরাপত্তা: বছরে ১ লক্ষ কর্মসংস্থান করবে রাজ্য

বাংলায় সাইবার নিরাপত্তার ক্ষেত্রে এক নতুন অধ্যায়ের সূচনা হবে, যার ফলে বার্ষিক এক লক্ষ কর্মসংস্থান হবে।

মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের নির্দেশ মেনে, রাজ্য সরকার খুব শীঘ্রই স্নাতক স্তরে সাইবার নিরাপত্তার ওপর একটি পাঠ্যক্রম চালু করতে চলেছে। এর ফলে এই বিষয়ে স্নাতকরা তথ্যপ্রযুক্তি ক্ষেত্র ছাড়াও পুলিশেৱ চাকরিও পেতে পারেন।

এই পাঠ্যসূচী তৈরী করতে রাজ্য তথ্য প্রযুক্তি ও ইলেক্ট্রনিকস দপ্তর উচ্চ শিক্ষা দপ্তরকে সাহায্য করবে। কল্যাণীর আইআইআইটির বিশেষজ্ঞদের সাহায্যও নেওয়া হচ্ছে এই পাঠ্যসুচী তৈরী করতে।

প্রাথমিক পরিকল্পনা অনুসারে, এই পাঠ্যক্রম আইআইআইটি ও কলকাতা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সমস্ত কলেজে শুরু হবে। পড়ুয়াদের নেটওয়ার্কিং এবং অপারেটিং সিস্টেমের সম্বন্ধে প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া হবে।

এই উদ্যোগের ফলে আগামী দিনে সাইবার নিরাপত্তার ক্ষেত্রে বাংলা দেশে অগ্রণী ভূমিকা নেবে এবং বিভিন্ন সরকারি দপ্তরের সাইবার নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করতে পেশাদারদের যোগানও দিতে পারবে। সাইবার হানা এই মুহূর্তে দেশের অন্যতম চিন্তার বিষয় হয়ে দাঁড়িয়েছে। রাজ্য সরকার ইতিমধ্যেই সাইবার হানা রুখতে নিউটাউনে ‘ওয়েস্ট বেঙ্গল সাইবার সিকিউরিটি সেন্টার অফ এক্সসেলেন্স’তৈরী করেছে। নিউ টাউনের বিশ্ব বাংলা কনভেনশন সেন্টারে ১৬ই মার্চ এই বিষয়ে এক কর্মশালাও আয়োজিত হয়েছে।

In a move expected to draw much appreciation, the State Government has decided to make available aromatic varieties of rice like Gobindobhog and Tulaipanji at prices 20 to 25 per cent less than the market rates at selected stalls across Bengal.

The special price rice would initially be available at the Sufal Bangla stalls, which are run by the State Government, and later from the various public distribution scheme (PDS) outlets, better known as ration shops.

The service is expected to begin soon after this year’s Durga Puja or some time early next year.

Gobindobhog is grown in certain areas of Purba Bardhaman district while Tulaipanji is grown in certain areas of Uttar and Dakshin Dinajpur districts.

The Bengal Government had applied for and was successful in getting geographical indication (GI) tags for both types of rice at the initiative of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.

 

মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর উদ্যোগে কম দামে তুলাইপঞ্জি ও গোবিন্দভোগ

রসনাপ্রিয় বাঙালির জন্য সুখবর। বাংলার দুই সেরা সুগন্ধী চাল গোবিন্দভোগ ও তুলাইপঞ্জি সস্তায় সাধারন মানুষের হাতে তুলে দেবে রাজ্য সরকার। এবছরে পুজোর পর বা আগামী বছরের শুরুতে বাজারদরের অন্তত ২০ থেকে ২৫ শতাংশ কম দামে রাজ্যের বিভিন্ন স্টলে বিক্রী করা হবে এই চাল। প্রথমে সুফল বাংলার স্টল ও পড়ে রেশন দোকান মারফত বিক্রী করা হবে এই চাল।

মুখ্যমন্ত্রী উদ্যোগ নেওয়ার পর কৃষি বিজ্ঞানী ও আধিকারিকদের কাছ থেকে ফলন বাড়ানো ও আনুসাঙ্গিক প্রক্রিয়া নিয়ে আলোচনা করেছেন রাজ্যের কৃষিমন্ত্রী।
তুলাইপঞ্জি মূলত উত্তর দিনাজপুরের রায়গঞ্জ মহকুমা ও দক্ষিণ দিনাজপুরের একটি অংশে উৎপাদিত হয়। উত্তরবঙ্গের আরও কিছু এলাকায় এই চালের উৎপাদন করা যেতে পারে বলে কৃষি বিজ্ঞানীদের মতে। সেক্ষেত্রে ফলন অনেকটাই বাড়বে।

তেমনই গোবিন্দভোগ চাল মূলত পূর্ব বর্ধমানের রায়না-১ ও ২ নম্বর ব্লক ও খণ্ডকোষে খুব ভালো উৎপাদন হয়। এই পূর্ব বর্ধমান জেলারই আউশগ্রাম, মন্তেশ্বর, জামালপুর ছাড়িয়ে অনেকটা দূর পর্যন্ত এই চাল ফলন করা যেতে পারে বলে মনে করেন বিজ্ঞানীরা। এছাড়া, হুগলী, নদীয়া, বীরভূম, দুই ২৪ পরগনা, হাওড়াও এই চাল উৎপাদনের জন্য উপযোগী বলে মনে করছেন তারা। বাঁকুড়া, পুরুলিয়াতেও চাল তৈরীর প্রক্রিয়া চলছে।

প্রসঙ্গত, এই দুই চালের পেটেন্ট নিয়ে রেখেছে রাজ্য সরকার।

On the heels of the two-day long Hill Business Summit, a “Synergy” meet was organised in Darjeeling by the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) department in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII).

Proposals amounting to a sum of around Rs 9 crore have been submitted by different enterprisers in the micro and small sector.

“Synergy”, a one stop destination provides logistical support to MSMEs by providing single point contact; scheme procedures; schemes for startups; upgradation of existing old industries; know how on formation of industrial cooperatives and market access.

Stalls were put up by different departments under the State Government and the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration including MSME, Land, Labour, Power, Fire and Emergency Services, Finance, Tourism, Horticulture. Around 200 entrepreneurs visited.

 

পাহাড়ে অনুষ্ঠিত হল ‘সিনার্জি’ বৈঠক

দার্জিলিং পাহাড়ে উত্পাদিত চকোলেট, নুডলস, ঝাড়ু সহ অন্যান্য সামগ্রী বিশ্ব বাংলা স্টলের পাশাপাশি বিভিন্ন শপিংমলের বিপণনকেন্দ্রে রেখে বিক্রিতে রাজ্য সরকার ব্যবস্থা নেবে। এরই সঙ্গে ক্ষুদ্র ব্যবসায়ীদের ঋণ পেতে যে সমস্ত সমস্যা তৈরি হচ্ছে সেগুলিরও দ্রুত সমাধান করা হবে বলে জানিয়েছেন ক্ষুদ্র ও কুটিরশিল্প বিভাগের ডিরেক্টর।

দার্জিলিঙে স্থানীয় উদ্যোগপতিদের নিয়ে ‘সিনার্জি’ নামে আলোচনা সভায় তিনি জানান, পাহাড়ের ছোটো উদ্যোগপতিদের তৈরি জিনিসপত্র বিক্রিতে ‘এক জানালা’ ব্যবস্থা চালুর চেষ্টা চলছে। এই বৈঠকে ৯ কোটি টাকার লগ্নি প্রস্তাব এসেছে।

ক্ষুদ্র-মাঝারি শিল্পের জন্য ‘এক জানালা’ ব্যবস্থার মাধ্যমে সব পরিষেবা প্রদানই হল সিনার্জি বৈঠকের লক্ষ্য। বিভিন্ন প্রকল্পের প্রক্রিয়া সম্বন্ধে তথ্য থেকে শুরু করে, স্টার্টআপগুলির জন্য কি কি প্রকল্প আছে সেই সম্বন্ধে তথ্য দেওয়া হয় সিনার্জিতে। তাছাড়া, পুরোনো শিল্পের আপগ্রেড, শিল্প সমবায় তথা মার্কেট এক্সেস সম্বন্ধেও জানা যায় এখানে।

The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has decided to pull out of National Democratic Alliance (NDA). The party has also brought a No-Confidence Motion against the Centre in Lok Sabha.

Mamata Banerjee tweeted in support of TDP’s decision this morning. She wrote:

“I welcome the TDP’s decision to leave the NDA. The current situation warrants such action to save the country from disaster. I appeal to all political parties in the Opposition to work closely together against atrocities, economic calamity and political instability.”

At a press conference held at Uttarkanya, the Chief Minster further said, “Every state has their own problems and issues. TDP also has its own issues, initially they were with the NDA & now they have left the NDA for a better cause. So whatever TDP has decided is correct.”

আজ এনডিএ ছাড়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নেয় তেলেগু দেশম পার্টি। তারা সংসদে সরকারের বিরুদ্ধে অনাস্থা প্রস্তাব আনতে চলেছে। মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় তেলেগু দেশম পার্টির এই সিদ্ধান্তকে স্বাগত জানিয়ে টুইটারে লেখেনঃ-

বর্তমান পরিস্থিতির প্রেক্ষিতে তেলেগু দেশম পার্টির এনডিএ থেকে বেরিয়ে আসার সিদ্ধান্তকে স্বাগত জানাই। দেশের বর্তমান পরিস্থিতিতে, বিপর্যয় আটকাতে, এই সিদ্ধান্ত দরকার ছিল। আমি প্রতিটি বিরোধী রাজনৈতিক দলকে নির্যাতন, আর্থিক বিপর্যয় এবং রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতার বিরুদ্ধে একসাথে কাজ করার আবেদন জানাচ্ছি।

আজ বিকেলে উত্তরকন্যায় সাংবাদিক বৈঠকে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী আরও বলেন, প্রতি রাজ্যের নিজস্ব সমস্যা এবং ইস্যু আছে। টিডিপিরও নিজস্ব কিছু ইস্যু আছে। আগে তারা এনডিএ তে ছিলেন, এখন বৃহত্তর স্বার্থে এনডিএ থেকে বেরিয়ে এলেন। টিডিপির সিদ্ধান্তের সাথে সম্পূর্ণ সহমত আমি।
