Sudip Bandyopadhyay asks a Question on whether the Government has a master plan to face the challenges of water crisis in the country

Sir, my question is very particular and specific because the West Bengal Government has introduced a plan since the last eight years, called ‘Jal Dharo, Jal Bharo’, or ‘Catch water and preserve water’, and we have benefited from that. I would want to know whether the Government of India has any proposal or plan to make a master plan for the coming days to face the challenge of water crisis in the country.
