Trinamool Core Committee felicitates Mamata Banerjee for Singur victory and national party status
The Core Committee of Trinamool Congress met today at the Kalighat residence of Chairperson Mamata Banerjee. This was the first meeting of the month.
Scheduled for the first Saturday of every month, it could not be held earlier because of Mamata Banerjee’s foreign tour; and it cannot be held tomorrow (Saturday) because of Vishwakarma Puja.
The district presidents of Trinamool Youth Congress were also present at the meeting.
Mamata Banerjee was also felicitated at the meeting on the occasion of Trinamool Congress getting the status of a national party.

আজ দলের কোর কমিটির সদস্যদের সঙ্গে কালীঘাটের বাড়িতে বৈঠক করেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়।
নীতি নির্ধারণ কমিটি তৈরি হওয়ার পর মাসের প্রথম শনিবার মমতা বৈঠক করেন। সেপ্টেম্বরের প্রথম শনিবার বিদেশে থাকায় এই বৈঠক হয়নি।
বৈঠকে যুব তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসের জেলা সভাপতিরা সহ অন্যান্য সিনিয়র নেতারাও উপস্থিত ছিলেন। শিল্প ও শৃঙ্খলারক্ষা নিয়ে আলোচনা হয় বৈঠকে।
সিঙ্গুরের ঐতিহাসিক জয় এবং দল জাতীয় দলের মর্যাদা পাওয়ার জন্য এদিনের এই বৈঠকে সংবর্ধনা দেওয়া হয় মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়কে।
