Sudip Bandyopadhyay’s question during Question Hour in the Lok Sabha on the viability and the progress of the project of interlinking of rivers across the country
Sir, the main context of the question asked by Hemamalini ji was interlinking of the rivers throughout the nation which was once proposed by Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji. It was followed up by the next Government also. But I would like to know whether this proposal is at all viable. It is at all possible and can it be implemented in the country? If so, how far you have taken a lead or progress in this proposal?
