Kalyan Banerjee’s Zero Hour mention stating that Union Minister Sukanta Majumdar had made a statement outside Parliament while it is in session, which is not the convention, and that too on dividing Bengal
Madam, this is the practice and rule of the Parliament that when the Parliament Session will be going on, the Ministers will not make any statement outside the Parliament. But unfortunately, one of the Ministers, Shri Sukanta Majumdar, the MoS, has made the statement outside the Parliament that the North Bengal will be divided, and North Bengal will be taken to another State.
