Sir, I am opposed to the introduction of this legislation. First of all, this is beyond the legislative competence of the Central Government to make the amendment in respect of land title which falls under the Seventh Schedule. Property is the subject which can be decided by the civil courts, and not by any other authority. I want to ask this question. Under which law has this power been given to the Central Government to decide the title of the property? How can it be done?
