CPM suicide squad in Lalgarh – Mamata
Determined to visit the Maoist stronghold of Lalgarh on August 9, Trinamool Congress chairperson Ms. Mamata Banerjee said in Kolkata on Saturday that if there is an attempt on her life the onus would lie with the West Bengal government and the Centre. Rather than the Maoists, Ms. Banerjee feared that the attack on her and on Trinamool MP Subhendu Adhikary could come from a suicide squad that had been formed by CPM. She had information that this suicide squad was being raised in some camps CPM was running in and around Lalgarh.
