Constantly work for the people: Subrata Bakshi to Trinamool workers
Trinamool will move ahead following the path set by the party Chairperson Ms Mamata Banerjee, said All India General Secretary of the party and South Kolkata MP Subrata Bakshi on Wednesday. He was addressing a conference of party workers at Chinar Park in New Town.
He congratulated the party workers for their tedious campaign leading to Trinamool’s record victories in the bypolls held for Krishnaganj Assembly seat and the Bongaon Lok Sabha seat.
He reminded the party workers that it is necessary to constantly work for the people. He reiterated that people brought the party to power and it was duty to serve them.
He also said that if any party worker indulges in any shameful work, the party will take measures against them. He asked everyone to follow the path of transparency and honour.
Trinamool MP Saugata Roy, State Agriculture Minister Purnendu Bose, Food and Supplies Minister and party’s North 24 Parganas district head Mr Jyotipriya Mullik and AITTUC State President Ms Dola Sen were present at the conference.
