Bengal Govt brings special food distribution scheme for the festive season
The Bengal Government has brought good news for the people of the state. The Food and Supplies Department has announced a special distribution scheme on the occasion of the major festivals of Durga Puja, Diwali and Chhat Puja.
According to the scheme drawn up, beneficiaries and families receiving special benefits from the State Government would receive the following additionally:
• 1 litre mustard oil at Rs 91.50 per litre
• 1 litre rice bran oil at Rs 79.50 per litre
• 500 gram subsidised flour (maida) at Rs 22 per kilogram
• 500 gram subsidised sugar at Rs 38.50 per kilogram
The distribution would be carried out in two phases, in accordance with the dates of the festivals – from September 15 to 27, and from October 11 to 25.

উৎসবের দিনগুলিতে বিশেষ ফুড প্যাকেজ রাজ্য সরকারের
রাজ্যবাসীদের জন্য সুখবর নিয়ে এল সরকার। খাদ্য সরবরাহ দপ্তর ঘোষণা করেছে উৎসবের সময় স্পেশ্যাল ফুড প্যাকেজ দেবে রাজ্য সরকার। এই প্যাকেজ চলবে দুর্গা পুজো থেকে ছট পুজো পর্যন্ত।
উপভোক্তারা এই অতিরিক্ত সুবিধা পাবেন:
১. ১ লিটার সর্ষের তেল ৯১.৫ টাকায়
২. ১ লিটার রাইস ব্র্যান তেল ৭৯.৫ টাকায়
৩. ৫০০ গ্রাম ভর্তুকি দেওয়া ময়দা ২২ টাকা কিলো দরে
৪. ৫০০ গ্রাম ভর্তুকি দেওয়া চিনি ৩৮.৫০ টাকা কিলো দরে
সেপ্টেম্বরের ১৫ থেকে ২৭ তারিখ ও অক্টোবরের ১১ থেকে ২৫ তারিখ দুই পর্যায়ে পাওয়া যাবে এই পরিষেবা।
