Bangla Tourism: District-wise achievements
Under the administration of the Trinamool Congress Government, the State Tourism Department has developed projects across all the districts, helping Bangla become one of the most attractive destinations in the country.
Some of the major tourism projects in the districts are as follows:
Alipurduar
Ratneswar Jhil Project, Alipurduar
Bankura
- Accommodation facilities, basic infrastructure, parks, etc. at Baroghutu Hill, Biharinath Hill, Sushunia Hill and in Mukutmanipur
- Renovation of the gate of Old Fort, Bishnupur Gate
- Accommodation facilities at Sri Sri Matri Mandir, Joyrambati
- Lalgarh Day Care Centre, Bishnupur
Birbhum
- Accommodation facilities with 10 cottages at Bakreshwar and at Rangabitan Eco-Tourism Park, near Sriniketan

Cooch Behar
