CD of songs written and composed by Mamata Banerjee launched
Veteran singer Dwijen Mukhopadhyay on Friday released “Matri Maa”— a CD comprising nine songs with the lyrics written by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee – during a function at Nazrul Mancha. The CM has also composed its music.
Mamata Banerjee, who is proficient with the electric organ, composed the music of the songs which were sung by well-known singers.
The Information and Cultural Affairs department also revived “Anurodher Ashor” to relive the golden days of Bengali music. Many sweet memories are associated with “Anurodher Ashor”. Aired in Akasbani between 5.45 pm and 6.15 pm, “Anurodher Ashor” was a platform from where the songs requested by listeners were played.
মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর লেখা ও সুরারোপিত গানের সিডি প্রকাশ পেল
প্রকাশিত হল মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের লেখা ও সুরারোপিত গানের সিডি ‘মাতৃ মা’।
শুক্রবার নজরুল মঞ্চে রাজ্য সরকারের ‘অনুরোধের আসর’ অনুষ্ঠানে এর উদ্বোধন করেন দ্বিজেন মুখোপাধ্যায়। মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর লেখা গান গুলি গেয়েছেন প্রথিতযশা শিল্পীরা।
মুখ্যমন্ত্রী জানান, ‘স্বর্ণযুগের গান’ ফিরিয়ে আনতে রাজ্যের উদ্যোগেই শনি ও রবিবার দু’টি টেলিভিশন চ্যানেলে ফিরবে ‘অনুরোধের আসর’।
এ দিন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী তাঁর বক্তৃতায় ঘোষণা করেন, আরও ১ লক্ষ লোকশিল্পীকে সরকারি ভাতার আওতায় আনা হবে। তাঁরা গ্রামে গ্রামে গান গেয়ে সরকারি প্রকল্প প্রচার করবেন। বর্তমানে ৮২ হাজার শিল্পীকে ওই ভাতা দেওয়া হয়।
