21st July 2011 – A minute to minute update of the day`s programme
12:35 PM: Brigade Parade Ground has never seen so big a rally in its history. Not withstanding the heavy rain, enthusiastic supporters are pouring in to the parade ground from different parts of West Bengal. Celebrities, Film stars, people from every strata of the society have joined this historic event. Dr Anup Ghosal started the cultural programme with songs. MP, Shatabdi Roy performed the song ‘Aamraa Nutan Joubaneri Doot’ from Rabindranath Tagore`s `Tasher Desh` on stage to give all present a feeling of rejuvenation.
12:39 PM: AITMC State President Subrata Bakshi makes a short speech.
12:46 PM: The structure of the stage is divided in to 5 parts. The stages on the extreme left and right are for cultural programmes. The stages left and right to the center will be for the victims and the families of Nandigram, Singur and the Martyrs of July 21, 1993. The Center stage will be the place where the Trinamool MPs, Central and State Ministers, MLAs Mayor of Kolkata and other senior members of the party will be present. Chairperson of AITMC, our Didi, Ms. Mamata Banerjee will be present on this stage.
1:00 PM: MLA, Deboshri Roy starts dance performance on stage with Rabindra Sangeet. Pays homage to the Martyrs of July 21st.
1:10 PM: In spite of the massive turnout, excellent planning has nullified the chance of any disorder.
1:15 PM: MP, Shatabdi Roy presents dance performance with popular Bangla song.
1:17 PM: Chairperson of All India Trinamool Congress and the Chief Minister of State, our Didi, Ms. Mamata Banerjee takes stage. The wait is over.
1:20 PM: Ms. Mamata Banerjee meets the families of the Martyrs of 21st July 1993.
1:32 PM: Ms. Mamata Banerjee meets the dignitaries present on stage.
1:34 PM: MLA, Deboshri Roy starts dance performance on stage. The song and dance depicts Poribartan.
1:35 PM: Ms. Mamata Banerjee presents Uttariya to dignitaries. The Brigade Parade ground is experiencing an unprecedented Holi, the colour is green all the way with abir being splashed.
1:43 PM: Ms. Mamata Banerjee requests the gathered supporters to stay calm.
1:51 PM: Nachiketa performs in front of the gathered millions. Didi calls upon Bratya Bose, Satabdi Roy, Tapas Paul, Deboshri Roy, Chiranjeet, Joy Goswami and other dignitaries for a singing ensemble alongside Nachiketa. The song is penned by Didi.
1:54 PM: The ensemble of dignitaries performs song by Tagore – ` Badh Bhenge Dao'. Familes of the Martyrs from Singur, Nadigram, Netai, Saibari are present with Didi. Didi felicitates actors, artistes.
1:55 PM: Ms. Mamata Banerjee calls upon noted painter Jogen Chowdhury to say a few words.
1:57 PM: Ms. Mamata Banerjee calls upon Ranjit Mullick, the veteran actor, to say a few words.
2:00 PM: Ms. Mamata Banerjee calls upon Sandhya Roy, the veteran actress, to say a few words.
2:02 PM: Ms. Mamata Banerjee calls upon Joy Goswami, the noted poet, to make a speech.
2:04 PM: Ms. Mamata Banerjee calls upon Dipankar Dey, the veteran actor, to say a few words.
2:05 PM: Ms. Mamata Banerjee calls upon noted painter Suvaprasanna to say a few words.

2:31 PM: Trinamool YUVA officially launched.
2:40 PM: Ms. Mamata Banerjee, Chairperson, All India Trinamool Congress starts her historic speech on July 21, 2011.
2:50 PM: Ms. Mamata Banerjee announces that her government is on a way to fulfill the per-poll promises. Hill issue, Jangal Mahal, Singur are examples.
