Madam, Mantri ji ka jo answer aaye hain usme dekhe hain, ki bol rahe the ki sansad ki, usme answer mein kuch nahi hai. Doh cheez mujhe poochna hain ki domestic traveller ke barein mein bhi soch rahe hain Government ya nahi , kyunki international travellers ke liye toh kafi, toh yeh GST ke barein mein bhi 28 per cent jo lag raha hain woh toh think hain par domestic travellers ke liye jaise Bangali aur Gujrati bahut ghumte hain, kafi mashoor hain ghumne ke liye. Inke barein mein aap log kya soch rahein hain, ek app ke barein mein kya soch rahein hain aap, taki usmein se hum log link karke ,kahin bhi hotels, jo bhi aap log provide kar rahein hain jo bhi home stay ho ya kahin jana hain, jaise hum log Make My Trip ya Trivago aise mil jaate hai waise koi Government of India ke taraf se aise koi app ke aane ki soch hai? Yeh toh humare liye bahut behtar hai, particularly jab hum ghumne jaate hai.

Thank you very much.

Manish Gupta speaks on the dignity of the railway system getting affected by random advertisements

FULL TRANSCRIPT

Sir, the Hon. Railway Minister has spoken in his reply about a new advertising policy, meaning thereby advertising internally and externally in trains. But we have seen from past experience that if public space is taken up for advertising, it clutters up the eyeline. The entire environment, the proximate environment is affected.

Now, in the name of earning revenue, whether that revenue will have a direct effect on passenger fares or not, is an issue which has not being focused here. The issue is, is the Railways going to bring in safeguards to see that the beauty and the dignity of the railway system is not jeopardised by random advertisements?

Thank you Madam.

Pregnancy is the most exciting period in the life of a woman. Tapas Mandal asks a Supplementary Question on poor quality of food served in trains

FULL TRANSCRIPT

Madam, an incident happened yesterday on board the Rajdhani Express bound for Sealdah. Many passengers started vomiting after consuming the food served on the train for dinner. They became unwell.

Passengers travelling in B-8, B-9, B-10 compartments demonstrated at Asansol station regarding the poor quality of food served on train. One passenger lodged a complaint at Sealdah station. One official of Eastern Railways said incidents like this happen very often.

I want to ask the Hon. Minister for how long will incidents like this happen? For how long will passengers have to bear the brunt? If this is the condition of Rajdhani Express, I wonder what is the situation in other trains.

Now Supreme Court has declared the Bill as ultra-vires I am not at all saying that the Hon. Prime Minister or Hon. Chief Minister or Hon. Law Minister should not have anything to say about that. But today this is the country’s problem, this have to be resolved.

You have appointed 126 persons. I agree with that. But at the same time you tell me how many retirements have happened during this year? It is more than 150 or 180. In our High Court there is 50% vacancy. Therefore, I want to ask the Hon. Law Minister what is the recourse you have now taken to resolve the problem and to fill up the all vacancies of the High Courts?

Kalyan Banerjee asks a Supplementary Question on skill development of women

FULL TRANSCRIPT

Madam, through you, I want to say that this job (skill development) is very laudable one and you are also putting in a lot of effort. I must appreciate that. Very recently, two weeks back, in my constituency at Dankuni, you have launched one project and I was invited there. I was very happy to see that.

While delivering his speech, the representative of the National Skill Development Corporation who was there made a categorical statement to the effect that those who will get the training and get the certificate, everyone will be given employment.

My question, through you, is whether this statement is correct? All those who get certificates from skill centres, will they be given employment? If that is so, how many persons have got these certificates and how many persons got employment?
