Will the hon minister let this august House know the details of the recommendations by the Parliamentary Standing Committee – regarding clinical trials to be conducted only in the 330 medical colleges which have emergency services. Has the ministry noted and considered these suggestions by the Parliamentary standing committee? If not, the reasons thereof.
