Derek O’Brien’s Point of Order on SS Ray not in nominees’ list of Committee on Public Undertakings
Sir, I have a point of order on the Bulletin. This is on Rule 223. It is just to bring to your notice so that we can sit and solve it later with the Minister and the Secretariat. Sir, yesterday, in the Parliamentary Bulletin Part-II, seven names were there in the Committee on Public Undertakings. The notice said that there were only seven nominations, so that is why there is no election. It is confirmed by the Table Office that one sitting Member, my colleague, Shri
Sukhendu Sekhar Ray, his nomination was also given at the right time. Due to, maybe, some overlooking by the
