Derek O’Brien makes a Point of Order on the passing of Bills

Sir, we are all about time and the importance of time. This Bill, even if it is passed today, is not fully passed as it has to go back to the Lok Sabha, because the Minister will move two Amendment. We all are here to cooperate. Sir, we the Opposition, for the last 33 days, have been very constructive and have cooperated fully. The Minister is asking if it is a sin to pass a Bill and I am saying, yes it is a sin to pass a Bill if it has not been scrutinised.
