Madam, the topic of discussion here today is making me happy. National Sports Academy for the specially-abled would bring them to the forefront. I want to ask the minister one thing. Our sportspersons get financial reward when they win Gold or Silver medals. Sports Stars are not made in a day. One cannot become a world champion by surviving on roti-sabzi. SO, these players who work hard, we should encourage them, and make arrangements for their sustenance. Giving financial rewards after winning world championships is fine. But take care of them before that also. That way, the sports sector will see a lot of improvement in the country.
