Modi is ‘master of corruption’: Mamata Banerjee

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today addressed a press conference at Eco Park, Newtown.

She said, the Prime Minister is:

Master of Rafale

Master of Demonetisation

Master of Corruption

Master of Arrogance

He Doesn’t Know India

Reached this Position only after Godhra

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE PRESS CONFERENCE

Journalist: PM claimed CIrcuit Bench has been constructed at BJP’s initiative

Didi: I feel ashamed to even speak about this man. Empty vessels sound much. Was anyone from Calcutta High Court present at the inauguration? About Rs 300 crore was spent for Jalpaiguri Circuit Bench by the State Government. We had given the land for the same.

Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court had given the date for inauguration four months ago. Only a notification was pending from Centre. Sadly, we could not inaugurate the Circuit Bench in August. And now suddenly, the Centre decided to inaugurate the bench overnight.

Neither State Government nor the High Court were invited. The bride and groom were absent, the band party was present there. Who will do the maintenance? Where is the manpower? Who will implement? How will the bench function?

He only comes to Bengal for politics. In 2016, they had said they will take over 7 tea gardens. They gave false promises about pension. Even we have a scheme called Samajik Suraksha for unorganised sector workers.

The PM indulges in half truths and lies. Before elections he is a chai-wallah and after elections, he is Rafale-wallah.

Journalist: PM said the State Government has done nothing for the development of north Bengal

Didi: Either he is blind or deaf. During our time, we set up a mini secretariat at north Bengal. We have created a separate department for north Bengal development. Two new districts – Alipurduar and Kalimpong – were created. We have taken several initiatives like the Bengal Safari Park and Bhorer Aalo. There is a high tide of development in north Bengal. The road that he inaugurated today, I myself had conducted meetings to clear the project.

Journalist: PM took a dig at your dharna

Didi: My satyagraha was not political. He is scared. India is united now. Twenty three political parties are working together. Our one point programme is ‘Modi Hatao, Desh Bachao’. We have to protect the Constitution and the federal structure. He has lost his sleep. He is having nightmares. He is very scared.

He claims to be a chai-wallah. He has become Rafale-wallah.

Journalist: He called the grand alliance a ‘maha-milavat

Didi: Empty vessels sound much. I have never seen a more corrupt man. From Rafale to Paytm to Jan Dhan – everything will be exposed. From RBI to CBI, every institution is saying ‘bye bye’ to Modi. He has destroyed every institution.

Journalist: PM called for ousting Jagai-Madhai of Trinamool

Didi: Jagai-Madhai-Bidaai were my slogans. He is even copying my slogans now. Why did he leave Bidaai out? He is the bidaai. His expiry date is over. Entire country is fed-up with his lies. He will receive a resounding defeat in the elections. Why will the country suffer for him? People are angry.

Journalist: PM referred to Trinamool as Communist Party Part-2

Didi: He is an opportunist. Have you ever seen him take action against Communist leaders? Show me a single case. He is a great friend of communists. I will not taken lessons in politics from him. There are many Panchayats where they worked together.

Journalist: PM has said Didi does not work for the tea industry

Didi: Is it so? Ask him why he has not yet opened the seven tea gardens of the Duncan group. We provide 35 kg rice to tea garden workers. We provide free healthcare. He is doing drama before elections.

The State and Centre have their respective jurisdictions. They take away our revenues and give back a meagre share. He is not giving us any daan from the RSS or BJP coffers. He has not given us our dues.

It is not easy to intimidate Didi. As long as I am alive, people will always be with Trinamool. We will work for Maa, Mati, Manush. In Tripura they used money power. People of Bengal cannot be bought with votes. They are driving Bengalis -both Hindus and Muslims – away from Assam. I have struggled all my life. I have been an MP, union minister. I know the country well. If you take ‘panga’ with me, I become ‘changa’ (rejuvenated).

He doesn’t know India. He reached here only after Godhra & other conflicts.

Journalist: PM has said Didi went on dharna to protect those accused in scams

Didi: He is a master of Rafale. He is a master of demonetisation… He is a master of corruption. He is matter of arrogance. We respect the chair of the Prime Minister, not the Maddy Babu. He only speaks a bunch of lies. He is a shame for the country.

Journalist: In 2022, there will be no more kachcha houses

Didi: He says a lot of things. Most of them are lies. Nobody should believe him. The promises made in the Budget are eyewash. A new government will come and prepare a new Budget. He was supposed to present a vote-on-account.

Journalist: PM has suggested action will be taken in Narada case

Didi: How can he speak about sub-judice matters? He should respect the judiciary. This is contempt of court.

The news of action against police officers is a rumours. The police force is under State Government. They cannot take any action against the police officials. This is a blatant lie which he is saying.

Journalist: Centre is going to take action against the police officials

Didi: This is a fake news. A fake campaign is going on. Sometimes the media carries news which they receive on WhatsApp.

Journalist: A note by a former Defence official has surfaced regarding Rafale deal

Didi: The PMO interferes in every sector. He doesn’t allow any minister to work. When it comes to giving bhashan or to counter someone, he puts his ministers forward. They even appointed an official to audit our State Government finances. He is interfering in everything.

Even in the crop insurance scheme, we are giving all the money, but they are sending letters claiming credit for the scheme. We have opted out of Ayushman Bharat, yet they are sending health cards. This cannot continue.

You can fool some people some of the time, you cannot fool all the people all the time.

Journalist: Trinamool stand on Rafale deal

Didi: There has been a scam in the Rafale Deal. We support Congress on this matter.

Journalist: Triple Talaq Bill

Didi: I am in favour of women but there is a system for everything. My parliamentary party will deal with the issue.

Journalist: Is the constant tussle between State and Centre good for democracy?

Didi: They cannot stop our political voice. After the 19th January Brigade rally, the agencies have become active to take action against our party. Five years have passed. Just before elections they have become active.

Journalist: He called the mahagathbandhan as maha-milavat

Didi: Does he think everyone in the country is a thieve and he is the only saint? Is this the manner in which a PM speaks? Whoever is corrupt joins the BJP and becomes ‘honest’. They force leaders of other parties to join BJP by threatening to use the agencies against them.

Journalist: PM mentioned about action in chit fund scams

Didi: Chit funds started in the 1980s during the Left regime. We have arrested the man. We formed a SIT and also set up a Shyamal Sen Commission to return Rs 300 crore to depositors.

What about PCPL? What about Sahara? Where is the money? What action has been taken against BJP leaders?

After the investigation went to the CBI, it is not in our hands. And now the term of the commission is over. CBI has not returned any money.

We want poor people’s money to be returned immediately.

Journalist: You said industrialists have left the country

Didi: About 80,000 entrepreneurs have left the country due to BJP’s atrocities. We will bring them back by working together. Even the media is being terrorised by the BJP. We will bring a new industry policy.

Journalist: Action taken in Singur

Didi: We have returned all land in Singur. They receive rice at Rs 2/kg. They get a monthly pension of Rs 2,000. We even gave a one-time grant of Rs 10,000 when we handed over land deeds. We have fulfilled our commitment.

Saugata Roy speaks in Lok Sabha on Rafale Deal

FULL TRANSCRIPT

A newspaper reported that the Defence Ministry has objected to the Prime Minister’s office undermining the Rafale negotiation. It seems that while there is a negotiating committee consisting of the deputy chief of the Indian Air force, the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) and particularly the national security advisor, Mr Doval were conducting a parallel negotiation in Paris with the French people.

The Defence Ministry had objected to this parallel negotiation by the Prime Minister’s Office and his well-known and notorious national security advisor, Ajit Doval, which  was undermining the bargaining capacity of the government.

The Defence Ministry is concerned with national security. The defence sector had said said, “It is desirable that some discussion be avoided by the PMO as it diminishes our negotiating position seriously.”

So because of this undermining, the 36 Rafales were ultimately bought for Rs 59,000 crore each. The price were so high because the offset was given to Anil Ambani who is the head of Reliance Aviation, in order for the prime minister to help him. They are destroying the backbone of the country.

Now after such things happened I just saw the Defence Minister leave because she does not want to face the House. Please come and face the House, don’t leave.

‘Chowkidar chor hain’ is resounding in all over the country.

The Indian Air force is negotiating the whole thing at that time. Why should the Prime Minister’s Office interfere about the price? It diminishes, undermines the negotiating capacity of the defence negotiating team headed by the deputy chief of the Indian Air Force because Rafale is stands out as the biggest scandal of India.

Kalyan Banerjee speaks on Motion of the thanks on President’s address

FULL TRANSCRIPT

Respected Madam, I’m grateful that you have given me the chance to deliver a speech on the address by the President of India to the Parliament.

Madam, I pay my respect to His Excellency the President of India. But with great respect, I disagree with the content of the speech, since the speech has no foundational value facts, therefore I can’t support the contents of the speech.

Madam, yes, the country is running under uncertainty which is because of demonetization. Immediately after the demonetization and announcement of GST, the country is running in uncertainty. It is an undecided stand on regulation around the crypto-currency eco-system. India’s security competition with other countries like China, USA etc, rising unemployment and crisis of farmers which have proved social inequality through this NDA government.

Madam, the Nobel Prize winner economist Amartya Sen, conceded that the act of demonetization as a deprivation of the freedom of Indian people. I quote Professor Sen, ”Demonetization is despotic action that struck at the root of our economy based on trust.”

Madam, it has been said in this speech that the goal of this government is to improve the life of every Indian. My question is – what actually has improved the life of every Indian during the last five years and how?

Madam, when the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana was launched, it aimed to provide 50 crores free gas connection by 2019. But now they have achieved only 26% of their target. Comptroller and Auditor General’s report notes that in 2015-16, households with LPG connection using an average of 6.27 crore cylinder in a year but after the scheme was launched the number of users of cylinder came down by 5.6%. While in many places BPL households have transferred the LPG connection under the LPG scheme that has not been counted in the scheme. As on April 1, 2018, there were an estimated 27.72 crores household connections in the country and 25.68 crores households have a LPG connection which is almost 96% coverage. But only 80% households have an active LPG connection as on April 1, 2018. In simple words 3.25 crores or nearly 13% domestic LPG consumers are ineffective.

The West Bengal State Government under the guidance of Hon. Mamata Banerjee has started low-cost fair price medicine shops in 2011 when she came into power. Swasthya Sathi health insurance scheme which started in 2016 covering all the districts of West Bengal and nearly 65 lakh families of the self-help group members, ICDS workers and helpers and etc.

Nearly 65 lakh families of the Self Help group members, ICDS workers and helpers etc categories are covered.Almost 3 crore are beneficiaries of this scheme. In 2014 Honourable Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said that all patients will get free treatment in all government hospitals and help centres across the state including all medical colleges and 2.5 crore patients have already covered under this scheme. While Pradhanmantri Janarogya Yojana is started by the central government on 21st September, 2018 only. There has been a 2.1 percent decline in the allocation for the National Health Mission- a National Health program that funds infrastructure for primary healthcare from Rs. 31 thousand 292 crores in 2017-18 to 30 thousand 638 crores budget estimate.

Madam, Gokhale, Maharashtrian saint said ,”What Bengal Thinks Today, India thinks tomorrow”. Aj nara change ho gaya hai.In Indian politics nara hai aj “What Mamataji Thinks Today, Modiji Thinks Tomorrow’, it is a nara abhi aj ka desh ka hai.

As per available central data to alleviate this challenge to malnutrition and proper immunisation West Bengal performs than National average.Coverage of food supplementation in first 10 years has improved considerably for all the beneficiary groups. From 23.1 percent to 56.6 percent for pregnant women, from 19.3 percent to 46.5 percent for lactate women, and from 33.3 percent to 71.9 percent for children. I want to inform this house that West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has already adopted a multi sectional strategy to Zero tolerance under nutrition and anaemia among the women and children at targeted manner by 2020.
The National Statistics on undernourished children below 5 years is 38.4 percent.

Madam, despite several financial burden our Chief Minister and our beloved Didi Mamata Banerjee has started two new schemes in West Bengal, just now our senior leader, our Ex- Prime Minister has referred to that is the by waiving tax on agricultural land and Krishak Bandhu scheme to route out the basic problems of the farmers and some labours in the state to gate the private landed. Madam, this house do are seen that over to twelve thousand suicide reporting the agriculture sector. Every year since 2013 farmer suicide background of approx 10% of all suicide in India. NCRB data point out that two thousand four hundred seventy-four suicide out of the so study. Three thousand farmer suicide in 2015. The victims had an unpaid loan for local banks. Maharashtra had 1,293 suicides. Karnataka had 946 both this state so one of the highest suicide in farmer suicide. As well as in death ness and during the BJP government that Karnataka was suicide has committed that BJP was the running the government. As per recent record of crime record bureau ‘two thousand three hundred seventy-two women farmers have committed suicide. Suicide list is very high.

Madamji, today constitutional institutions have been destroyed by this government. This CBI, all we are having, all throughout the people of India. The post is confident on the Central Bureau of Investigation because of today of prime minister Narendra Modiji interference. This CBI has become a circus. We are seeing the circus for the last two years. We are seeing the circus when two CBI officer was one war divesting criminal case by log in FIR against another CBI officer. What is this fun? This is because mishandling CBI had to be they wanted to be used as a handmade of condemn. CBI has to be dictated. We have seen RBI how the Reserve Bank of India. Madam now in India emergency there was an interruption, there was interference in the independence of the judiciary and we are taken 30-40 years time to repair this judiciary. Sir, last two or three years the Indian judiciary have been interfere by the present ruling government itself. We don’t know of 75 superstation of the case. Once superstation of this case have been interfere. The tragedy of these things is madam I tell you Justice Khanna was the second. Who was second in this Supreme Court. Who was superseded and he resigned. But today’s mystery is this, pathetic condition is this, he is with you after superseding 33 persons from all over India, and three persons from the Delhi high court for becoming chief justice or becoming a judge in the Indian judiciary. That is the biggest tragedy in the Indian judicial system.

Now, the freedom of speech has gone. Not I am speaking only all big actress all celebrity are saying. Freedom of speech had interfered and we are running under this system. Indira Gandhi declared Emergency in written But Today Narendra Modiji has a declared an emergency without any writing. Undeclared emergency is going on in entire country. CBI has to be used to throttle the voice of the opposition. This is the situation has come. All ED has to be sent. Opposition’s voice cannot be stalled. People is looking after this things.

People are understood what is going on in this country. Our respected senior leader and ex. Honorable prime minister just now said how the coalition government has run on the basis of the mutual discussion itself. We have to be learnt it. Tomorrow the days are coming this type of coalition government of course will run this country. Will not take the revenge. But revenge has been taken by Narendra Modi. They will not throttle the speech of the opposition leader. They will not shorten the speech of everyone.

I have seen in the 15th Lok Sabha when the BJP was sitting here. I respect to them. How they think, how they oppose, how they are delivering the speech. And Today when Modiji comes and delivers his speech, they will shout “ModiJi, ModiJi, ModiJi!” – a big circus. What the the comparison between the 15th Loksabha BJP Bengal doing circus. “ Kuch nehi hoga, jana hay, jayega up lok. Ghar ghar me, har state mey nara hay, BJP tumko jana hay. Har ghar pe nara hay, Modiji tumko jana hay.

Here are the highlights:

West Bengal’s investment in local governance is second to none in India. Any State that invests in its girls is worth investing in, and Kanyashree has played a transformative role in the lives of many girls of the State.

We would like to have a World Bank-West Bengal State partnership, which will enable us to invest much more in the Chief Minister’s vision of a West Bengal that’s going to lead the region. By June this year, we will cross the billion dollar-mark in investment in West Bengal, and with a State partnership, that amount will continue to increase.

In terms of bilateral assistance, Japan is the largest donor country to West Bengal. I would like to congratulate the Chief Minister for her continued support to Japanese companies, including small and medium-sized companies, by providing them with incentives and better infrastructure. I hope the State of West Bengal continues to be good partner of Japanese companies by providing incentives and infrastructure.

West Bengal is among the top 10 States in India that the Australian Government has identified for our topline priority for engagement. Bengal means business and Australia stands ready to help Bengal fulfill its vision and aspirations.

Takeaway: Australia is opening a consulate in Kolkata soon.

You can count on French collaboration with Bengal in all sectors.

Nisha Biswal, President, US India Business Council – Importance of West Bengal as a connecting nodal point in the Indo-Pacific cannot be overstated. We are proud to have a strong delegation from North Carolina. We see incredible opportunities ahead.

Dinesh Trivedi speaks on Motion of the thanks on President’s address

FULL TRANSCRIPT

Aap ka mein bahut abhari hoon, mein Party ka abhari hoon, hamari netri Mamata Banerjee ka abhari hoon ke mujhe aapne is mahatwapurna mowke aur vishay par bolne diya. Sir, before I start, I will be speaking for 25 minutes, so I will request a little bit of patience from you all.

Sir, having said that mein mahamayi Rashtrapati ka abhari hoon ke unhone kasht liya ke dono sadano ke samne baat apni nahin rakkhi, kyonki yeh bahut purana tradition chala aa raha hai, British ka tradition hai jisko bolte hain “Monarch reads the speech, the speech of the Queen”. Aur hamare samvidhan ke Article 87 ke taher, baat hoti hai sarkar ki, magar para jata hai Rashtrapati ji ka. Mein yeh kyo keh raha hoon – mein isi liye kehe raha hoon ke hamare jo constructive aur truthful criticism hai, jo hamari baate hogi woh Rashtrapati ke prati nahin hain, sarkar ke prati hai. To yeh baat mein bohat hi spasht karna chahata hoon. Aur yeh bhi mein kehna chahata hoon ke Pradhan Mantri hamesha kehete hai ke humko kasauti de rakkho, sadan ko chunne do, humare jitne bhi buraiyan hai unko samne rakkho. To aaj usi spirit ke sehes me bolna chahata hoon…

Magar Kharge ji ne hamari mushkil badha bhi di aur aasan bhi kar di. Badha isi liye di ke jo unhone kaha tha rubaru woh sacchai hamare shamaks bhi thi, and I also wanted to talk about the same points. Aur hamare dwoovidha isiliye kam kar di ke Kharge ji ne jo kahaa, mein samajta hoon us taraf ki baat alag hai, magar is taraf ki jo log hai sabhi unke baat se sehemat hai. To mein us baat ko dourana nahin chahata hoon.

Sir, aisa hai ki sachhai hamesha sachhai hoti hai – na to Congress ki hoti hai, na to TMC ki hoti hai, woh aam janta ki hoti hai. I was very happy that the honourable President talked about 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. He talked about the Constitution Day, he talked about Guru Nanak ji, Ram Manohar Lohia… Mein samajta hoon Sir ki jab unhone kaha prior to 2014, honourable President ne jab kaha ki prior to 2014 general election, the country was passing through uncertainty. Mujhe aal bhi samaj nahin ata hai ki kounsi aise uncertainty thi. Kya sarkar nahin thi? Kya ye Parliament nahin tha, kya yeh samvidhan nahin tha? Han, abh sanvidhan par chot zaroor aa rahi hai. Magar yeh phrase hamare samaj ke bilkul bahar hai ki what was the uncertainty?

Mahamayi Rashtrapati ji ne New India ki baat ki. Us par mein lamba bolna chahunga thori der ke baad. Sir, yeh desh B.R. Ambedkar, Sardar Patel, Pandit Nehru, Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan, Subhas Chandra Bose, Rajendra Prasad, Govind Ballav, Govind Malviya – kitne hi mahapurush… Yeh desh in mahapurusho ka desh hai. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan ne ek baat kaha thi, aur woh baat thi the Spirit of India. Unhone kaha tha committing suicide is a crime. But the bigger crime is getting away from the Spirit of India. Mujhe lagta hai ki hum woh Spirit of India se kuch alag hat rahen hai. Sir, mei yeh bhi kahna chahunga ki Kharge ji ne ek sher aur shaiyri se shurwad ki thi, aur yeh desh hamare bahut bare poet ka hai. Kaviguru Rabindranath Tagore ka yeh desh hai. Yeh desh hai hamari Rishi Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay ka – is desh mein bahut sare philosophy hai.

Ab us picture me kya tha jo aitihasik hai, ki Angrez zamane me Angrez kya karte the? Apko darate the, dhamkate the. Apke gharme ghus jate the aur kahte the ap humara sath do. Warna hum apka akraman karenge. Aj wohi dasha hay.
Jhansi ki Rani ki yaad ati hay, keuki e picture jo aitihasik hay, Jhansi ki Rani ki hay. Aur humne kuch dino pahle Jhansi ki rani kaun thi? Sadharan mahila thi. Jinko logo ne chuna tha, Jhansi ki rakhwale kijiye. Apne kya kiya? Apne akromon karte rahe, CBI lagayenge, upke pichhe ED lagayenge. Aap apka matha niche kar ligiye, humhare sath chale aiye. Barna hum akromon karenge, aur aap ne ae kiya. Bangal mey avi jo hua, chindino pahle e british government kartithe aam janta ke sath. Aur fir kya hua! Bangal mey aur ek Jhansi ki Rani hay. Jinka nam hay Mamata Banerjee. Mamata Banerjee ne kaha ki sar kata sakte hay, lekin sar jhuka nehi sakte. Yehi hay aj ki Jhansi ki Rani. Jo ek sadharan mahila hay, rani nehi hay. Unhone dikhaa diya ki aap jitna bhi hum par prohar kare hume kuchh farak nehi parta, keuki janta humhare sath hay.

Sir, apke suruyat huye thi acche din. Bahut dino ne humne ehi acche dino ki charcha suni nehi hay. Ae slogan pata nehin kaya gayeb ho gaye. Aj janta akrosh hay. Char chise hay jo apko chunab me jaha se ap aye the wahan vez degi. Aur e char chise kya hay? Ek to apne demonetization kiya. Kyaha gaya rat ko 8.15 me apne aylan kiya tha, jayse mughalbadsah eylan kiya karte the. Aj se apke currency 86% raad aur apke payse lene ke liye apko bhikhari bana diya. Apko line mey khara kar diya. Apko peyse se rasan laga diya. Aur bahut sare gorib mare gaye. Uske jo khun ka responsibility kaun lene bala hay?

Sir usi din mamta banerjee ne mujhe kaha, acche din ko baat chhoro. Inke buredin ap chalu ho gaye. Keuke aam janta, ko kya parisani hone bali thi! Wo mamta ji ko bahut achchhi tara pata hay.

Sir, dusri baat jo apko kha jaye gi, wo unemployment. Agriculture crisis and ruining the economy of this country. Yaadi apko janna hay na, kis prokar sarkar chalani hay, kis prokar jojonay chalani hay, to ap bangle ki screen dekhiye. Chahe wo kanyasree ho, rupasree ho, yubasree ho, shikshasree ho, krishaksree ho, aur hamara jo sabse bara accha jo health scheme hay swastha saathi, jo humhare bangle mey banaya giya hay, wo aj kohibhi ja ke muft elach kara sakte hay.

Sir, Hum uski bat age nehi kahunga aur apki baat age rakhte huyen e kahunga ke jo apne unemployment ki baat kahin, unemployment aj sar par chara huya hai. Sir, today unemployment rate jo 40 saal se jaada. It is much more for 4 decades to put together 6.1% unemployment rate. World Employment and Social Outlook – Trends, wo batata hay aap ko ki 77 of the Indian workers would be vulnerable and 18.9 million people are unemployed by this year.

This year 2019.The micro, small scale MSME and traders have registered a huge decline. According to CMIA survey 3.5 million jobs were lost due to demonetisation. The impact of the labour force was even much more significant. While the job losses could have been at least 3.5 million, the reduction in the labour force was to the tune of 15 million.
Sir, main ab demonetisation mein ayunga, sansed mein kahunga kyuki Rashtrapatiji ne unka ullekh kiya hai.

One of the aim of demonetisation was to fight fake currency. Problem according to RBI, ye main RBI ka data keh raha hu. 522.783 pieces of currency, matlab 5 lakh 22 thousand se zyada currency fake note jo pahle thae usse zyada ho gya. RBI also highlighted in his annual report of 2017-18 the value of bank notes circulations increased by 37.77 percent.Sir, main iske detail mein jana nehi chahta hu yehi kehna chahta hu ki aap ka jo hai wo pura ka pura jo demonetisation pura fail ho gaya hai.
Sir, more than 25 million people a number greater than Australia’s population have applied for about 90 thousand positions in the railway. Uska matlab kya dikhata hai? Aap GDP ki jitni bhi fake aakre kijiye apka unemployment charam seema pe pouich chuka hai.25 thousand application for 90 thousand jobs.Sir, char hazar graduates hai abhi, 14 sweeper ke jobs ke liye apply kiya hai 4hazar graduates hai.

Sir, apka economic survey jo batata hai ki In the last four years the level of real agriculture GDP and real agriculture revenue has remained constant, matlab 1.9. ap jo double baat kar rahe hai ki apki income double hogi, Swaminathan report ko apne lagu nhi kiya hai. Mamata Banerjee ne triple income already hamare krishi ki bangal mein kar di hai. wo ayegi delhi tab pata chalega ki asli kishan ka dekh rekh kaun kar raha hai.

Sir, main apko yeh kahunga- Today the democracy is in danger, institutions of democracy has been compromised. Parliament ko le lijiye Sir. Why did you bulldozed all all the legislations?yaha gatividhi hoti hai. Rail se admi kyu jata hai?hum sabko pasand bilkul nehi hai hai rail pe jakar gatirodh kare. Ye constitution jo hamare liye jeeta hai, sabkuch hai. Iss constitution ko jab ap amend karte hai 7 tarikh ki raat ko januaryapki cabinet ki meeting hoti hai 10 percent arakshan dene ke liye .Doosre subhe 8 tarikh ko Question Hour ke turant baad Constitution Amendment Bill hamare samne rakha jata hai, yeh kaunsi insaafi hai aur yeh kahaka loktantra hai? Apne iss ko mandir mana, hum issko mandur mante hai. Ap jab aaye toh matha naman kiya magar haqueqat kya hai ki apne hume mauka toh nehi diya magar aam janta ko bhi mauka nehi diya toh apne parliament bill kohi bhang kardiya.

Judiciary Sir, Democracy is in danger- yeh hum nahi keh rahe hai. 12 January 2018, 4 senior most judges keh rahe hai the way the courts are being run if it is run like this Democracy would be in danger. aur ye bhi keh rahe hai during the press conference- Justice Gogoi told journalists that their move is partly because of the death of the Justice Loya, this has been reported.

Sir, kya hota hai raat ko 1.30 baje on Wednesday midnight 25th October Delhi Police kya karti hai? Delhi Police jakar to save the Delhi police cordoned off the Lodhi road building escorted by the Delhi Police. Ap adhi raat raat ko jakar pura apka CBI ka complex Delhi Police jakar gher leti haI aur kyu gher leti hai? CBI ka number one usko aap hatane jate hai aur it is reported ap unko kyu hatana chahte hai. apki aisi koi constitutional validity nehi hai jiske tehet ap usko hata sakte hai.
Magar jo report me aa raha hai ki shayad wo Rafale deal ki bare me kuch kadi si kadi karvai karna chahte the lekin adhi raat me aapne usko hata diya. Ye kaha ki democracy hai? Ye zara hame baataiye. Media par aapko jo dabao hai wo sab janta hai. Aur kya hota hai? CBI officer on Chanda Kochar case transfer a day after filing FIR. Wo transfer kue hota hai? Kuiki hamare dost jo Mr. Arun Jaitly 22 tarikh ko tweet karte hai. Aur kaihte hai ki a galat kiya. Aap isko itni jaldi janch mat kijiye. Professional investigation targets the guilty and protects the innocent. It secures conviction and further public interest. One of the reasons why our conviction rates are poor is adventurism and megalomania overtakes our investigators and professionalism takes a back seat. Yehi Bangal me hua ki professionalism took a back seat. Aur aapka maksad bahut hi galat tha.

Sir, Jo bhi aapke samne aata hai achhe ankre rakhne chahta hai, sabko aap ghar bhej dete hai, aap kaihte hai my way or no way or high way. Raghuram Rajan ki bat ki, Urjit Patel ki baat ki, Arvind Subhraminium, Arvind Panagariya sabki baat thi. Toh mai usko report karna nehi chahta hu.

Sir, aap hamesha Sree Ramchandra jee ki baat karta hai. Mahabharat, Ramayan, Ramchandra jee aap ek drishyo kijiye ki kekei Raja Dasrath. Ke bhai aapne jo wada kiya hai wo wada ka palan kijiye. Ek wada yeh hai ke aap Ramchandra jee ko banbas kijiye aur Bharat ko aap gadda me bichayye. Toh unhone kya kaha? “Ragu ko ri sada chali aaye pran jaye par bachan na jaye.” Magar aapne bachanto diya 15 lakh ka, wo bachan ka kya hua? Toh Ramchandra jee ki baat karne se baat banti nehi hai. Aapke liye Ramchandra jee sirf ayodha me honge. Hamare liye Ramchandra jee kankad me hai. Haar hawa ki jhoke mei hai. Haar pani ki boond me hai. Mei toh samajhti hu haar byakti ki andar me hai.

Sir, aap mei sidha ayunga kya aap naya Bharat ki baat karte hai na aur mei aapko baat ka khatam karunga. Your concept about new India is destroying democracy. Your new India is about destroying institutions. Your new India is about destroying the Constitution of India. Your new India is about sabotaging new generation. Your new India is about creating fear. Your new India is about finishing federal structure. Your new India is about my way or no way. Your new India is about me and not us. This is your concept of new India. Your new India is about unemployment. Your new India is about agriculture crises. Your new India is the largest NPAs. Your new India is about destroying RBI to CBI, institutions to Constitution. Your new India is about destroying, not recognising the norms of Parliament.

Sir, your new India is about bulldozing the bills in parliament without discussion. Your new India is about farji deta. Your new India is about should of patriotism. Your new India is not to follow Rajdharam. Your new India is to divide and miss route. Your new India is to destroy the secular all you of Vivekananda, Gandhiji, Patel, Ambedkar, Netaji, Moulana Azad, Kabir, Tulsi Das. Your new India is against the ethos of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. Your new India means destroying our Ganga Jamuna Kaijib. Jahan Dalit bhi hain, Mera bhi hai, Md. Rafi bhi hai aur Lata Mangeshkar bhi hai. Your new India means destroying the youth. Your new India means lowest farmers income 1.9%. Your new India means about farmers suicide. Your new India means 77% of Indian workers out of the workforce. Your new India means MSME and all down. Your new India means not achieving the object of demonetisation. Your new India is biggest jumla of 2019 election. Your jumla for 2014 was achhedin. Please understand. You can fool all people sometimes, some people all the time, but not all people all times. Aapki expiry date khatam hue. Aapki baat khatam hue. Log aap se naraz hai. Aur hamare liye sarfarosi ki tamanna aab hamare dil me hai, dekhna hai jor kitna baju a katil me hai. 2019 BJP finish!

I had said last year that under Mamata Banerjee’s leadership, West Bengal is becoming ‘Best Bengal’. This has indeed come true. The GDP in Bengal is growing at the fastest rate among all the States in India.

Today our investment stands at Rs 28,000 crore in West Bengal alone, which is one-tenth of our investment in India. We have planned a further investment of Rs 10,000 crore.

West Bengal is poised to become the logistics hub of the east. It will employ 50,000 people with an investment of Rs 5,000 crore. Reliance provides employment to 1,00,000 people in West Bengal.

Under your leadership, Mamata Didi, Bengal has become a rising glory.

Sajjan Jindal: I have not seen elsewhere the kind of love and excitement that people of Bengal have. Mamata Banerjee is passionate about development. She has enthused the whole State to bring in more investment, more industry. West Bengal can become a trillion dollar economy by 2032.

Rajan Bharti Mittal: The change that I have seen in this city is remarkable. This State is leading the resurgence in GDP growth, agriculture, education. West Bengal is the destination for investment within India. I can endorse the fact that when the chief minister says ‘Bengal means business’, it truly is ready for business, with a very decisive leadership, a leadership which listens, which is open-minded, which welcomes investors. Not only is Bengal ready for business, the chief minister is ready for business.

Niranjan Hiranandani, MD, Hiranandani Group: The people of Bengal are lucky and fortunate to have a chief minister who is loving and daring, who is a visionary and has multiple qualities to take the State forward. This chief minister is the best of all. She is not only the best but ‘super se upar’.

H-Energy has completed the land acquisition, and has recently received permission to build a pipeline. The company aims to deliver gas to Haldia by 2022. This will bring down the cost of manufacturing in the State and also provide gas to the cities

There is a vision which the CM has brought about. This vision brings energy and gas into this State. Gas energy will be a differentiator. A great market will be created for not only Bengal but entire north-east and Bangladesh.

YK Modi, GEECL: We have invested upto Rs 2,000 crore till now. We will invest Rs 15,000 crore over the next five years. We will provide clean gas not only to the region of Asansol-Durgapur but also Kolkata and other cities. Even when we face any problems, with the intervention of the chief minister and Dr Mitra, it does not take more than 24 hours to solve them.

‘No law and order in Bengal’ is a thing of the past. The Naxalite problem in Purulia is now over. Ease of doing business is there at grassroots level. This is a remarkable change in West Bengal.

The top political leadership is easily accessible, which helps us in doing our business. There is no need to run around to different offices, everything can be done online due to the ease of doing business reforms in the State. All my businesses are in Bengal. All my investment is in West Bengal. Mamata Didi is efficient and humane, and always offers a personal touch.

Investments worth Rs 4,000 crore in various sectors were announced in earlier edition of BGBS and they have fructified in a short span of time. It shows the ease of doing business in Bengal. It is not a helicopter view but you can see it on the ground.

We are taking our total investment in Bengal to Rs 5,500 crore.

Bengal has great potential in tourism, health, education as well as women empowerment

The social welfare projects carried out by us are unmatched. We are always for the downtrodden.

I believe that Bengal is for all. We want to see our country gain, and grow.

The general elections are due shortly. My industry friends, who have left India, I request you to come back and invest here. I know you are facing some problems and difficulties. I can assure you that after the government changes at Centre, we will have a better policy.

We want Bengal to prosper. We want India to grow. We want EVERY State to grow.

Bengal is the land of Rabindranath Tagore, Swami Vivekananda, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, Ramakrishna Paramhansa.

I want to quote Rabindranath Tagore, who had said, ‘Give me the strength, never to disown the poor, or to bend knees before an insolent mind’.

If you have the vision, you can conquer the world. Never say no. Always be positive.
