An app, which will promptly give the flood updates of the state, is set to take the state’s flood management system to a new high. The state irrigation and waterways department has developed the smart phone application and it is all set to be inaugurated.

Earlier, the department had developed a system – Soft Requirement Specification (SRS) which enables the administration to instantly take a stock of flood situations in districts on a real time basis. The system, which has been incorporated in the department’s website, is now transferred to a mobile app.

With the use of new app, the dissemination of flood related information will be easier. It will just take some minutes of update the flood information from the spot.

উচ্চ পর্যায়ের বন্যা ম্যানেজমেন্ট সিস্টেম তৈরি করার জন্য একটি অ্যাপ্লিকেশন চালু করছে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ রাজ্য সরকার, যা অবিলম্বে রাজ্যের সব জায়গার বন্যা সংক্রান্ত সব আপডেট দেবে। রাজ্য সেচ ও জলপথ বিভাগ এই স্মার্ট ফোন অ্যাপ্লিকেশন চালু করতে চলেছে এবং এটি শীঘ্রই উদ্বোধন করা হবে।

আগেও এই দপ্তর একটি প্রক্রিয়া তৈরি করেছিল – সেটি হল SRS (Soft Requirement Specification)। এর মাধ্যমে অবিলম্বে বন্যা পরিস্থিতি সম্পর্কিত সব তথ্য পাওয়া যেত। এই প্রক্রিয়াটি দপ্তরের ওয়েবসাইটে আগেই সংযোজিত ছিল, বর্তমানে সেটিকেই অ্যাপে পরিবর্তন করা হল।

এই অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে এখন বন্যা সংক্রান্ত সব রকম তথ্য খুব সহজেই পাওয়া যাবে। নির্দিষ্ট এলাকা থেকে খুব সহজেই কিছু মিনিটের মধ্যেই মানুষের কাছে আপডেট পৌঁছে যাবে।

Accusing the central government of trying to disrupt smooth functioning of the state government, Trinamool alleged that the BSF was providing “training” to ‘Narayani Sena’, a private army of the erstwhile Maharaja of Cooch Behar.

“It is a deep-rooted conspiracy against the state government. How come BSF is giving training to Narayani Sena and other elements who are involved in smuggling?” senior TMC leader and state parliamentary affairs minister Partha Chatterjee said.

He said, “We have officially expressed our grievances and lodged a complaint with the highest quarters of the central government.” He also added that this was being done by keeping the state government in the “dark”.

Leader of the party in Lok Sabha, Sudip Bandyopadhyay accused the Centre of interfering in the law and order of the State. He accused the BJP of trying to disturb the peace in Bengal. A delegation of Trinamool MPs met the President and apprised him of the incident.

কেন্দ্রের বিরুদ্ধে রাজ্যের কাজে হস্তক্ষেপ করার অভিযোগ করল তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস। উত্তরবঙ্গে নারায়ণী সেনাকে বিএসএফের প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া নিয়েও সরব হয়েছে তৃণমূল কংগ্রেস৷ রাষ্ট্রপতির কাছেও বিষয়টি নিয়ে অভিযোগ জানিয়েছেন তারা৷

বর্ষীয়ান তৃণমূল নেতা পার্থ চট্টোপাধ্যায় বলেন, “এটা রাজ্য সরকারের বিরুদ্ধে এক গভীর ষড়যন্ত্র। বিএসএফ কেন্দ্রীয় সংস্থা।  বি এস এফ কিভাবে নারায়ণী সেনাদের প্রশিক্ষণ দিতে পারে। তাঁর কথায়, ‘‘রাজ্যের উন্নয়নে ব্যাঘাত ঘটাতে এবং প্রশাসনিক কাজে বিঘ্ন ঘটাতে এই চক্রান্ত চলছে।’’

“আমরা অফিসিয়ালি আমাদের প্রতিবাদ জানিয়েছি এবং কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের হেড কোয়ার্টারে অভিযোগও জানিয়েছি”। তিনি আরও বলেন, মুখ্যমন্ত্রী তথা রাজ্য প্রশাসনকে অন্ধকারে রেখেই এসব কাজ করা হচ্ছে”।

রাজ্যের যুক্তরাষ্ট্রীয় পরিকাঠামোয় হস্তক্ষেপ করার জন্য লোকসভার দলনেতা সুদীপ বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় এদিন কেন্দ্রকেই দায়ী করেন। বাংলার শান্তি বিঘ্নিত করার জন্য তিনি বিজেপিকেই দায়ী করেন। তৃণমূলের এক সংসদীয় প্রতিনিধি দল এদিন রাষ্ট্রপতির সঙ্গে সাক্ষাৎ করে।

West Bengal Chief Minister today accused the Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) of releasing water as per its own wishes, thus causing ‘man-made’ floods in parts of Bengal. She said, DVC should not release water without consulting the State or else the government would have to look for legal recourse.

WB CM was addressing the press after an administrative review meeting for the districts in north Bengal. West Bengal is the only State to regularly conduct administrative review meetings at block level, she said. Review meetings for only four districts are pending, of which the one in Hooghly will be held in September.

The Chief Minister inaugurated several projects today and took stock of the progress of various schemes and programmes. She announced that a court of the Labour Department in Siliguri and Malda. She added that beginning 29 August, 2016, a week-long cleanliness drive will be undertaken in every block.

Accusing the Centre of discriminating against States on financial matters, the Chief Minister said that her government had created a special fund of Rs 100 Crore for the welfare of tea garden workers and set up a separate directorate for tea gardens in north Bengal. She also registered her protest against the attempts to shift Tea Board HQ outside Bengal.

 

ডিভিসি খুশিমতো জল ছাড়ছে বলে বাংলায় ম্যান-মেড বন্যাঃ মুখ্যমন্ত্রী 

নিজেদের খুশিমতো জল ছাড়া নিয়ে আজ দামোদর ভ্যালি কর্পোরেশনকে দুষলেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়। ডিভিসি খুশিমতো জল ছাড়ছে বলেই বাংলার বিভিন্ন অংশে ম্যান-মেড বন্যা হয়েছে। তিনি বলেন, রাজ্যের সঙ্গে কথা না বলে ডিভিসির জল ছাড়া উচিত নয়।

উত্তরবঙ্গে প্রশাসনিক বৈঠকের পর সাংবাদিকদের মুখোমুখি হন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী। তিনি বলেন, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ একমাত্র রাজ্য যারা নিয়মিত ব্লক স্তরে প্রশাসনিক বৈঠক করে। আর ৪টি জেলার প্রশাসনিক বৈঠক বাকি রয়েছে, সেপ্টেম্বর মাসে হুগলিতে প্রশাসনিক বৈঠক হবে।

আজ বিভিন্ন প্রকল্পের উদ্বোধন করার পাশাপাশি চলতি প্রকল্পগুলির অগ্রগতি নিয়েও খবর নেনে তিনি। শিলিগুড়ি ও মালদায় জন্য শ্রম দপ্তরের আলাদা কোর্ট গঠন করার কথা ঘোষণা করেন। তিনি আরও বলেন, ২৯ অগাস্ট থেকে এক সপ্তাহব্যাপী ‘ক্লিনলিনেস ড্রাইভ’ হবে ব্লকে ব্লকে।

রাজ্যের কাজে কেন্দ্র হস্তক্ষেপ করছে বলেও তিনি অভিযোগ করেন। তিনি বলেন, “চা বাগানের শ্রমিকদের জন্য আমরা ১০০ কোটি টাকার একটি তহবিল গঠন করেছি। চা বাগানগুলির জন্য উত্তরবঙ্গে আমরা আলাদা ডিরেক্টোরেট গঠন করেছি। টি বোর্ডের হেডকোয়ার্টার কলকাতা থেকে সরিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়ার চক্রান্ত চলছে। আমরা এর তীব্র প্রতিবাদ করছি”।

A rigorous campaign conducted by the West Bengal Labour Department at various factories throughout West Bengal has reduced the number of fatal accidents by 1/3 in last three years.

As per the data available with the Labour department, in 2015 around 38 people met with fatal accidents at factories, while in 2014 the number stood at 63 which is much lower than its previous year when the figure was 96. The records show that in last three years the figure has gone down nearly three times following the campaign carried out by the department.

Around 142 accident training camps have been done by the department in 2015-16 and those have resulted in reducing the rate of accidents. Even in 2011-12 there were 101 camps conducted in the state. In 2014 also there were nearly 80 such camps in the factories.

রাজ্য শ্রম দপ্তরের প্রচেষ্টায় কমল কারখানায় দুর্ঘটনায় শ্রমিক মৃত্যুর ঘটনা

পশ্চিমবঙ্গে বিভিন্ন কারখানায় পশ্চিমবঙ্গ শ্রম দপ্তর কর্তৃক পরিচালিত একটি সচেতনতামূলক প্রচার অভিযানের ফলে গত তিন বছরে মারাত্মক দুর্ঘটনা এক তৃতীয়াংশ কমে গেছে।

শ্রম দপ্তরের পরিসংখ্যান অনুযায়ী, ২০১৫ সালে ৩৮ জন দুর্ঘটনার সম্মুখীন হয়েছে, ২০১৪ সালে সংখ্যা ছিল ৬৩। ২০১৩ সালে এই সংখ্যা ছিল ৯৬। রেকর্ড অনুযায়ী, দপ্তরের এই প্রচারাভিযানের হাত ধরে গত তিন বছরে এই সংখ্যা তিন গুন কমে গেছে।

দুর্ঘটনার পরিমাণ কমানোর জন্য ২০১৫-১৬ সালে এই দপ্তর প্রায় ১৪২টি দুর্ঘটনা প্রশিক্ষণ ক্যাম্প তৈরি করেছে। ২০১১-১২ সালে ১০১টি ক্যাম্প করা হয়েছিল রাজ্যে। ২০১৪ সালে এরকম ৮০টি ক্যাম্প করা হয়েছে কারখানাগুলিতে।

A delegation of 10 Trinamool MPs led by Leader of the party in Lok Sabha, Sudip Bandyopadhyay, met the President of India at Raj Bhavan, Kolkata.

“Our main purpose to meet the President was to show how the Centre is breaking the barriers of the federal structure,” Sudip Bandyopadhyay said.

“They are dictating the terms to States on how schemes are to be implemented and how money is to be spent on such schemes or what should their names be,” he added.

“Earlier there was Planning Commission where the States had the chance to interact with the Deputy Chairman. Now the Planning Commission has been dissolved and Niti Ayog has been set up,” the veteran MP said.

“We raised the issue of monitoring of State Treasury. This is unbelievable. There is also the other issue of unilateral deputation of officers at under-secretary level. Then there is the issue of 100 Days’ Work. Centre owes Rs 1700 crore to the State,” Sudip Bandyopadhyay added.

Centre is making an attempt to unilaterally rule over the States.
Decisions about developmental projects are being taken without consulting States at any level, the senior parliamentarian alleged. He said that Trinamool will raise these issues in the Parliament.

লোকসভায় তৃণমূলের দলনেতা সুদীপ বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের নেতৃত্বে আজ এক প্রতিনিধি দল দেখা করে রাষ্ট্রপতি প্রণব মুখোপাধ্যায়ের সঙ্গে। কেন্দ্র যুক্তরাষ্ট্রীয় পরিকাঠামোয় হস্তক্ষেপ করছে সেটাই রাষ্ট্রপতিকে কাছে আমরা জানিয়েছি, বলেন সুদীপ বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়।কেন্দ্র রাজ্যের কাজে হস্তক্ষেপ করছে। কোন প্রকল্পে কত টাকা কি ভাবে খরচ হবে, সেটাও কেন্দ্র বলে দিচ্ছে, অভিযোগ সুদীপের। আগে প্ল্যানিং কমিশনে রাজ্য নিজের দাবিদাওয়া রাখতে পারতো। কিন্তু এখন কমিশন উঠিয়ে তৈরী হয়েছে নীতি আয়োগ, বলেন সুদীপ।

“রাজ্যের ট্রেজারির ওপর নজরদারির চেষ্টার কথা মারা রাষ্ট্রপতিকে জানিয়েছি। বলেছি আন্ডার সেক্রেটারি লেভেলের অফিসারদের ডেপুটেশনের প্রসঙ্গ। এছাড়াও ১০০ দিনের কাজে রাজ্যের পাওনা ১৭০০ কোটি টাকার বিষয়টিও জানানো হয়েছে,” বলেন বর্ষীয়ান এই সাংসদ।

উনি আরও বলেন যে কেন্দ্র চাইছে রাজ্যের সব ক্ষমতা কেড়ে নিতে। রাজ্যকে না জানিয়ে উন্নয়নমূলক কাজের সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হচ্ছে। সুদীপ বলেন যে এই বিষয়গুলি সংসদে উত্থাপন করবে তৃণমূল।

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee inaugurated India’s first 10 MW Canal Bank Solar PV Plant today during an administrative review meeting at Chopra, North Dinajpur. The project, which has been successfully implemented by WBSEDCL, incurred a cost of Rs 65.88 lakh.

Chief minister Mamata Banerjee arrived at Bagdogra airport Monday afternoon for a three-day tour of north Bengal. She proceeded straight towards Sukuna Guest House.

Today’s meeting was a crucial one as she will take stock of three districts at a time.

Like all other administrative review meetings, the Chief Minister will be discussing on the present status of progress of different projects and at the same time the projects those will be taken up for an overall development of the districts will also be discussed.

উত্তর দিনাজপুরের চোপরায় ভারতের প্রথম ১০ মেগাওয়াট ক্ষমতাসম্পন্ন ক্যানাল ব্যাঙ্ক সোলার পিভি পাওয়ার প্ল্যান্ট-এর আজ শুভ উদ্বোধন করেন মাননীয়া মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়। WBSEDCL এর এই প্রকল্পের রূপায়ক। প্রকল্পটির জন্য বরাদ্দ খরচের পরিমাণ ৬৫ কোটি ৮৮ লক্ষ টাকা।

আজ চোপড়ার সোনাপুর মহাত্মা গান্ধী হাইস্কুল প্রাঙ্গণে তিন জেলার প্রশাসনিক পর্যালোচনা সভা করেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী।

সোমবার দুপুরে বাগডোগরা বিমানবন্দরে নেমে সেখান থেকে শুকনা গেস্ট হাউসে যান মুখ্যমন্ত্রী। আজ প্রশাসনিক বৈঠক শেষে তিনি ইসলামপুর থেকে শিলিগুড়ি ফিরবেন। আগামীকাল মুখ্যমন্ত্রী কলকাতায় ফিরছেন।

যেহেতু তিনটি জেলার অধিকর্তাদের নিয়ে একসঙ্গে এই বৈঠক তাই আজকের এই বৈঠক খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

অন্যান্য প্রশাসনিক পর্যালোচনা সভার মতো মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বিভিন্ন প্রকল্পের অগ্রগতি, বর্তমান অবস্থা এবং ঐ জেলাগুলির  সামগ্রিক উন্নয়ন নিয়ে আলোচনা করবেন। বৈঠকে বিভিন্ন কাজের খতিয়ান পর্যালোচনার পাশাপাশি উত্তরের উন্নয়নে বেশ কিছু নয়া প্রকল্পেরও উদ্বোধন করার কথা মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর।

The Zilla Parishads in Maldah and Jalpaiguri came under the control of Trinamool on Monday.

In Maldah Zilla Parishad, eight Left Front members, along with six Congress and two Samajwadi Party members joined TMC at a function at the party’s headquarters at Trinamool Bhavan. Current strength of Trinamool in the Zilla Parishad thus became 22 out of a total 37.

In Jalpaiguri , six Left Front members joined Trinamool thus taking the party’s tally to 10 in the 19 member Zilla Parishad.

Opposition leaders in the State are joining Trinamool to become a part of the surge of development initiated by Mamata Banerjee in the Bengal.

 

মালদা ও জলপাইগুড়ি জেলা পরিষদ এল তৃণমূলের দখলে

সোমবার মালদা ও জলপাইগুড়ি জেলা পরিষদ এল তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসের দখলে।

সোমবার তৃণমূল ভবনে একসঙ্গে বামেদের আটজন, কংগ্রেসের ছয়জন এবং সমাজবাদী পার্টির দু’জন মিলিয়ে মোট ১৬ জন মালদা জেলা পরিষদ সদস্য তৃণমূল কংগ্রেসে যোগ দিলেন৷ এর ফলে সেখানে মোট ৩৭টি সদস্যের জেলা পরিষদের মধ্যে ২২ জন সদস্য তৃণমূলের।

জলপাইগুড়ি জেলা পরিষদে ৬ জন বাম সদস্য তৃণমূলে যোগদান করলেন। এর ফলে ১৯ জন জেলা পরিষদ সদস্যের মধ্যে তৃণমূলের সদস্য সংখ্যা হল ১০।

বিরোধী দলের নেতারাও এখন মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের নেতৃত্বে বাংলার উন্নয়নের শরিক হতে চলেছেন।

Expressing her annoyance over the release of water by Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) that may lead to a flood-like situation, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has taken a stock on the present situation of the South Bengal districts including Kolkata.

The Chief Minister on Saturday spoke to the State irrigation minister Rajib Banerjee and asked him to ensure round-the-clock vigil in all the districts and to take necessary steps immediately as and when required. She has also enquired about each and every district. All the District Magistrates have been alerted.

The State Irrigation Department has set up round-the-clock control room in every district and phone numbers of control rooms have also been circulated so that maximum numbers of people get it.

The Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) is also prepared to fight with any odd situation so that the city dwellers do not face any trouble.

রাজ্যে বন্যা পরিস্থিতির মোকাবিলায় সমস্ত জেলাকে তৈরি থাকার নির্দেশ দেওয়ার পাশাপাশি দামোদর ভ্যালি কর্পোরেশন (ডিভিসির) জল ছাড়লে রাজ্যের বেশ কিছু জেলায় বন্যার পরিস্থিতি তৈরি হয়ে পারে  তাই নিয়ে বিরক্ত প্রকাশ করেছেন মাননীয়া মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়।

শনিবার মুখ্যমন্ত্রী রাজ্য সেচ মন্ত্রী রাজিব বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়কে সব জেলায় সার্বক্ষণিক নজরদারি নিশ্চিত করার প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ নেওয়ার নির্দেশ দেন। তিনি প্রতিটি জেলার সম্পর্কে খোঁজ করেছেন ও সকল জেলা শাসকদের এব্যাপারে সতর্ক থাকতে বলেছেন। সেচ দফতরকে ২৪ ঘণ্টা নজরদারির নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী৷ একইসঙ্গে মশাবাহিত রোগ নিয়েও প্রশাসনকে সতর্ক থাকতে বলেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী৷

রাজ্য সেচ বিভাগ প্রতিটি জেলায় একটি কন্ট্রোল রুম খোলার ব্যবস্থা করেছে। এই ফোন নম্বরগুলি মানুষকে দেওয়া হচ্ছে যাতে তারা তাদের প্রয়োজনে সাহায্যের জন্য যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন।

নগরবাসী যাতে কোনো সমস্যার সম্মুখীন না হয় সেজন্য পরিস্থিতির সঙ্গে লড়াই করার জন্য প্রস্তুত কলকাতা পুরসভা।

The West Bengal Government is all set to introduce community radios in different rural areas to let farmers get all sort of updated “area specific” information related to agriculture.

The project will initiate with the setting up of community radio stations after demarking certain areas into four to five zones and it will be implemented all across the state including the hills with the success of the initial phase.

In first run, two community radios of different frequencies will be aired in two different areas in Bardhaman and Birbhum. Each of the community radios will be covering a radius of around 20 to 30 km radius.

The areas where there is the maximum yield compared to that of other places have been chosen for the initial phase of the project.

The state government had taken several steps after the change of guard in the state to educate farmers about the updated and modern technology.

Programmes including regular workshop for farmers where they get lessons from experts and scientists and also get information about various schemes are being organised in Mati Tirtha, in Bardhaman.

At the same time the State Agriculture Department has decided to set up automated weather stations in each and every block of the state so that farmers get weather updates without any loss of time.

 

কৃষকদের জন্য গ্রামাঞ্চলে কমিউনিটি রেডিও চালু করছে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার

বিভিন্ন গ্রামীণ এলাকায় কৃষকরা যাতে কৃষি সম্পর্কিত সমস্ত তথ্য পেতে পারেন সেজন্য নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় কমিউনিটি রেডিও চালু করছে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার।

চার থেকে পাঁচটি অঞ্চলের মধ্যে নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় কমিউনিটি রেডিও স্টেশন তৈরি করে এই প্রকল্পের সূচনা করা হবে এবং পরবর্তী পর্যায়ে সাফল্যের সঙ্গে সঙ্গে পাহাড় সহ সমস্ত রাজ্য জুড়ে বাস্তবায়িত হবে এই পরিষেবা।

প্রথম পর্যায়ে দুটি কমিউনিটি রেডিও বর্ধমান ও বীরভূম জেলার দুটি ভিন্ন অঞ্চলে প্রচারিত হবে। কমিউনিটি রেডিও’র প্রত্যেকটিকে প্রায় ২০ থেকে ৩০ কিমি ব্যাসার্ধের মাধ্যমে আচ্ছাদিত করা হবে।

যে এলাকায় ফলন সবচেয়ে বেশি হয় সেটিকেই প্রকল্পের প্রাথমিক পর্যায়ে জন্য মনোনীত করা হয়েছে।

কৃষকদের আধুনিক প্রযুক্তি সম্পর্কে প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়ার জন্য বিভিন্ন পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করেছে রাজ্য সরকার।

এছাড়া কৃষকরা যাতে বিশেষজ্ঞ এবং বিজ্ঞানীদের কাছ থেকে পাঠ পেতে পারে এবং বিভিন্ন প্রকল্প সম্পর্কে তথ্য পেতে পারে সেইজন্য নিয়মিত কর্মশালা সহ কর্মসূচির আয়োজন করা হচ্ছে বর্ধমানের মাটি তীর্থে।

কৃষকরা যাতে সময়মতো আবহাওয়ার আপডেট পেতে পারে সেজন্য রাজ্য কৃষি বিভাগ রাজ্যের প্রতিটি ব্লকে স্বয়ংক্রিয় আবহাওয়া স্টেশন তৈরি করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে।

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will start for north Bengal to hold the administrative review meeting of three districts – Malda, North and South Dinajpur.

The administrative review meeting of the three districts will be held at Islampur in North Dinajpur on Tuesday.

The West Bengal Chief Minister will leave the city on Monday evening for Bagdogra from where she will go to Sukana and the next day she would head towards the venue of the administrative review meeting.

After the meeting, she would be returning to Siliguri from Islampur. The Chief Minister will return to the city on August 24. The meeting is a crucial one as she will take stock of three districts at a time.

Like all other administrative review meetings, the Chief Minister will be discussing on the present status of progress of different projects and at the same time the projects those will be taken up for an overall development of the districts will also be discussed.

The Chief Minister will be inaugurating several projects and lay stone of some after the administrative review meeting on Tuesday. An elaborate security arrangement has been made to ensure that no untoward incident takes place in the area in the next two days.

 

আজ উত্তরবঙ্গ সফরে যাবেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী

উন্নয়নে আরও গতি আনতে আজ উত্তরবঙ্গ সফরে যাচ্ছেন মাননীয়া মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়। উত্তরবঙ্গের তিন জেলায় – মালদা, উত্তর ও দক্ষিণ দিনাজপুর জেলায় প্রশাসনিক বৈঠক করবেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী।

মঙ্গলবার উত্তর দিনাজপুরের ইসলামপুরে চোপড়ার সোনাপুর মহাত্মা গান্ধী হাইস্কুল প্রাঙ্গণে তিন জেলার প্রশাসনিক পর্যালোচনা সভা হবে। সময় বিকেল তিনটে।

পশ্চিমবঙ্গের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী থেকে যেখানে তিনি শুকনা যেতে হবে এবং পরের দিন তিনি প্রশাসনিক পর্যালোচনা সভার ভেন্যু দিকে আগাইয়া হবে বাগডোগরা জন্য সোমবার সন্ধ্যায় শহর ছেড়ে চলে যেতে হবে.

এদিন দুপুরে বাগডোগরা বিমানবন্দরে নামবেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী সেখান থেকে তিনি যাবেন শুকনায় এবং পরের দিন তিনি প্রশাসনিক বৈঠক করবেন। বৈঠক শেষে তিনি ইসলামপুর থেকে শিলিগুড়ি ফিরবেন। আগামী ২৪ আগস্ট মুখ্যমন্ত্রী কলকাতায় ফিরছেন।

সব অন্যান্য প্রশাসনিক পর্যালোচনা সভা মতো মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বিভিন্ন প্রকল্পের অগ্রগতি, বর্তমান অবস্থা এবং ঐ জেলার  সামগ্রিক উন্নয়ন নিয়ে আলোচনা করবেন। বৈঠকে বিভিন্ন কাজের খতিয়ান পর্যালোচনার পাশাপাশি উত্তরের উন্নয়নে বেশ কিছু নয়া প্রকল্পের সূচনা ও উদ্বোধন করার কথা মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর। বৈঠক শেষে বেশ কিছু ভিত্তিপ্রস্তর স্থাপন করা হবে।
