A new series of advertisements to promote tourism in Bengal will be unveiled at the 2017 edition of Bengal Global Business Summit, to be held in January. The advertisement campaign is being overseen by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee herself.

The advertisements would be created around the theme of ‘Experience Bengal’, which is the new tagline of Bengal Tourism. The State’s brand ambassador, actor Shah Rukh Khan has been roped in for this campaign.

The Tourism Department has brought out pamphlets focusing on 20 tourist spots, with details of accommodation, booking and other required information. It has been planned to promote each of these tourist spots with the brand ambassador as part of the campaign.

The Tourism Department has been going all out to promote the tourism centres of the State through its website and mobile app, even the off-beat ones. It is also taking advantage of social networking to increase its reach.

বাংলার পর্যটনের নতুন ট্যাগ লাইন ‘এক্সপিরিয়েন্স বেঙ্গল’। ‘বিউটিফুল বেঙ্গল’-কে ‘এক্সপিরিয়েন্স বেঙ্গল’ ট্যাগ লাইনে দেশ-বিদেশের পর্যটকদের কাছে তুলে ধরবেন রাজ্যের ব্র্যান্ড অ্যাম্বাসাডর শাহরুখ খান৷ আরও ব্যাপকভাবে বাংলার পর্যটনকে বিশ্বের দরবারে তুলে ধরতেই বলিউডের বাদশাকে দিয়ে বিজ্ঞাপন করাচ্ছে রাজ্য সরকার৷

আগামী বছরের জানুয়ারি মাস থেকেই এই বিজ্ঞাপন প্রচারিত হবে৷ পর্যটন নিয়ে রাজ্যের এই বিজ্ঞাপনের বিষয়টি একেবারে নিজে তদারকি করছেন স্বয়ং মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়৷ বিশ্ববাংলা গ্লোবাল সামিটে এই বিজ্ঞাপন প্রকাশ করা হবে৷

ইতিমধ্যে বাংলার পর্যটন বিকাশে ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে প্রচারকেও তুঙ্গে তুলেছে রাজ্য৷ বেঙ্গল টুরিজম নামে একটি অ্যাপও চালু করেছে৷ সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া-সহ বিভিন্ন মাধ্যমে বাংলার অফবিট পর্যটন কেন্দ্রগুলিকেও সামনে আনা হচ্ছে৷

রাজ্যের ২০টি  টুরিস্ট স্পটকে পৃথক-পৃথকভাবে প্রচার পুস্তিকার মাধ্যমে হাতের নাগালে পৌঁছে দিচ্ছে পর্যটন বিভাগ৷ ব্র্যান্ড অ্যাম্বাসাডর কে দিয়ে প্রতিটি স্পটকে তুলে ধরা হবে৷ পর্যটন রূপসী বাংলাকে বিদেশের কাছে আরও ভালভাবে তুলে ধরতেই রাজ্য সরকারের এই পদক্ষেপ।

The state Agriculture Marketing department has taken up a program to train youth from families of farmers to ensure sufficient supply of fresh fruits and vegetables to Sufal Bangla outlets.

The youth are being trained in sorting, grading and preservation of their produce. They are also being trained in ways to supply the vegetables at the earliest and fresh condition to the outlets of Sufal Bangla. The training is helping the youth to develop their shills in retail marketing, maintaining proper accounts and managing businesses.

The agri marketing department has also introduced the ‘ Amar Fasal Amar Gari’ scheme for farmers, allowing a subsidy of Rs 10,000 to buy hand-pulled vans and perforated poly-crates to take their agricultural produce, mainly vegetables, to markets.

The department has a target of setting up around 80 Sufal Bangla stores across the state by the end of March 2017 and steps have also been taken to introduce app-based online home delivery of vegetables and fruits.

 

কৃষক পরিবারের যুবকদের প্রশিক্ষণ দেবে কৃষি বিপণন দপ্তর

কৃষক পরিবারের যুবকদের প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়ার উদ্যোগ নিয়েছে রাজ্য কৃষি বিপণন বিভাগ। এর ফলে কৃষকরা সুফল বাংলার দোকানগুলিতে আরও তাজা ও উন্নতমানের শাক সবজি সরবরাহ করতে পারবে।

উৎপাদিত পণ্য কিভাবে সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে এবং তা কিভাবে বাজারজাত করতে হবে সেই প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া হচ্ছে যুবকদের। কিভাবে তাজা ও উন্নত মানের সবজি সুফল বাংলা স্তলে সরবরাহ করা যায় সে বিশয়েও প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া হচ্ছে তাদের। এই প্রশিক্ষণ তাদের ব্যবসা সংক্রান্ত অন্যান্য কাজ যেমন সঠিক হিসাব রক্ষণ ও ব্যবসা পরিচালনায়ও অনেক সাহায্য করছ।

কৃষি বিপণন বিভাগ ইতিমধ্যেই কৃষকদের জন্য ‘আমার ফসল আমার গাড়ি’ প্রকল্প চালু করেছে। এই প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে কৃষকদের কেনার জন্য ১০০০ টাকা দেওয়া হচ্ছে। এর ফলে তারা হাতে টানা ভ্যান এবং সচ্ছিদ্র পলি-crates কিনতে পারবে যার মাধ্যমে তাদের শাক সবজি বাজারে নিয়ে যেতে অনেক সুবিধা হবে।

২০১৭ সালের মার্চ মাসের মধ্যে ৮০ টি সুফল বাংলা স্টল স্থাপনের লক্ষ্যমাত্রা নিয়েছে এই দপ্তর। অনলাইনে অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে যাতে শাক সবজি ফল হোম ডেলিভারি দেওয়া যায় সে ব্যাপারেও প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া হচ্ছে।

The state Public Health Engineering department has submitted a proposal worth Rs. 5,000 crore for supplying piped water in Arsenic-affected areas.

The Centre is examining the proposal and is likely to give its nod in the near future. Steps have also been taken to supply piped water in Fluoride-affected areas.

According to a survey conducted by the state government in 2005, water in nine districts is severely affected by Arsenic, another fiver are mildly affected and give other are safe from Arsenic.

Water would be taken from rivers and purified. Subsequently, the purified water will be supplied to households through pipeline.

The PHE has installed 200 water ATMs in the affected areas and work is on to install more. Most of the ATMs are in schools. A senior government official has stated that elaborate plans have been made to tackle the problem of Arsenic and Fluoride contamination. It may be mentioned that the PHE has chalked out a scheme to supply filtered water in all villages in the state by 2020 at an estimate Rs 8,000 crore.

 

আর্সেনিক কবলিত এলাকায় পানীয় জল সরবরাহ করবে রাজ্য সরকার

আর্সেনিক প্রবন এলাকায় পানীয় জল সরবরাহ করবে রাজ্য সরকার। রাজ্য জনস্বাস্থ্য ও কারিগরি বিভাগ এই পাইপ লাইনের জন্য ৫০০০ কোটি টাকা বরাদ্দ করেছে।

কেন্দ্রের কাছে এই প্রস্তাব পেশ করা হয়েছে। এছাড়াও ফ্লোরাইড affected  এলাকায়ও পানীয় জল সরবরাহ করার উদ্যোগ নেওয়া হয়েছে।

২০০৫ সালের সমীক্ষা অনুযায়ী, রাজ্যের ৯ টি জেলা ভীষণভাবে আর্সেনিক কবলিত। বাকি ৫ টি জেলাতে আর্সেনিকের প্রভাব অল্প রয়েছে। বাকি জেলাগুলি আর্সেনিক মুক্ত।

নদী থেকে জল নিয়ে তা পরিশোধন করা হবে। এরপর সেই জল পাইপলাইনের মাধ্যমে বাড়ি বাড়ি সরবরাহ করা হবে।

জনস্বাস্থ্য ও কারিগরি বিভাগ অইসব এলাকায় মোট ২০০ টি জলের এ টি এম বসিয়েছে এবং আরও এ টি এম বসানোর কাজ চলছে। অধিকাংশ এ টি এম বসানো হয়েছে স্কুলগুলিতে।

সরকারের একজন ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্মকর্তা জানিয়েছেন যে আর্সেনিক এবং ফ্লোরাইড দূষণ সমস্যা মোকাবেলা করার জন্য বিশদ পরিকল্পনা তৈরি করা হয়েছে।উল্লেখ করা যেতে পারে যে গ্রামে গ্রামে পরিশোধিত পানীয় জল সরবরাহ করার জন্য আগামী ২০২০ সালের মধ্যে ৮০০০ কোটি টাকা ব্যয়ে একটি প্রকল্প চালু করবে জনস্বাস্থ্য ও কারিগরি বিভাগ।

Secretary General of Trinamool Congress Partha Chatterjee today announced the names of candidates for the by-elections to be held on 19 November.

Dibyendu Adhikary will be the candidate from Tamluk Lok Sabha constituency while Saikat Panja will be fighting from Monteswar Vidhan Sabha constituency. The name of the candidate for Coochbehar Lok Sabha seat will be announced soon, Partha Chatterjee said adding that Mamata Banerjee had given her approval to the names of the candidates.

Tamluk Lok Sabha seat fell vacant after sitting MP Suvendu Adhikari contested and won the Vidhan Sabha polls from Nandigram. Cooch Behar Lok Sabha seat fell vacant due to the passing of MP Renuka Sinha. The death of Sajal Panja, MLA of Monteswar, necessitated bypoll to the Assembly constituency.

 

১৯ নভেম্বরের উপনির্বাচনের প্রার্থী ঘোষণা তৃণমূলের

আজ ১৯ নভেম্বরের উপনির্বাচনের প্রার্থী তালিকা ঘোষণা করলেন পার্থ চট্টোপাধ্যায়।  সাংবাদিকদের মুখোমুখি হয়ে তিনি জানান, আসন্ন উপনির্বাচনের প্রার্থীদের নামে অনুমোদন  দিয়েছেন তৃণমূলনেত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়।

২টি লোকসভা কেন্দ্রে এবং ১টি বিধানসভা কেন্দ্রে উপনির্বাচন হবে আগামী ১৯ নভেম্বর। ভোট গণনা হবে ২২ নভেম্বর।

তমলুক লোকসভা কেন্দ্রের প্রার্থী হবেন দিব্যেন্দু অধিকারী। মন্তেশ্বর বিধানসভা কেন্দ্রের প্রার্থী হবেন সৈকত পাঁজা। কোচবিহার লোকসভা কেন্দ্রের প্রার্থীর নাম কয়েক দিনের মধ্যে ঘোষণা করা হবে।

তমলুক লোকসভা আসনের সাংসদ শুভেন্দু অধিকারী বিধানসভা নির্বাচনে নন্দীগ্রাম থেকে প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বিতা করেন এবং  জয়ী হওয়ার পর ওই আসনটি খালি হয়ে যায়। কোচবিহারের সাংসদ রেণুকা চৌধুরী এবং মন্তেশ্বরের বিধায়ক সজল পাঁজার মৃত্যুর কারণে এই লোকসভা ও বিধানসভা কেন্দ্রে উপনির্বাচন হবে।

On Sunday, Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee greeted all on the occasion of the World Food Day.

Bengal, under the able leadership of Mamata Banerjee, has been instrumental in providing food security to the people of the State, especially in Jangalmahal, tea gardens of north Bengal and Aila-affected areas of Sunderbans, people residing in the Hills, and tribal people.

Over 8 crore people in the State have been brought under food security scheme. Rice is made available at Rs 2/kg.

Thanks to the Khadya Sathi scheme, around 80 percent of the state’s nine crore people are benefiting. The scheme aims to ensure that people would receive 5 kg of food grain every month at Rs 2 per kg.

Storage capacity has increased from 62 lakhs metric tonnes to 5 crore 62 lakh metric tonnes in the last 5 years.

The government has ensured that children suffering from malnutrition, and their mothers, receive 5 kg rice, 1 kg masoor dal, 2.5 kg wheat (or flour) and 1 kg grams regularly.

 

বাংলায় খাদ্য সুরক্ষা নিশ্চিত করেছে রাজ্য সরকার

রবিবার, বিশ্ব খাদ্য দিবস উপলক্ষে সকলকে শুভেচ্ছা জানান মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়।

মাননীয়া মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর নেতৃত্বে বাংলায় খাদ্য নিরাপত্তা এখন সুনিশ্চিত করা সম্ভব হয়েছে। বিশেষত জঙ্গলমহল, উত্তরবঙ্গের চা বাগান এবং সুন্দরবনের আয়লা অধ্যুষিত এলাকাগুলিতে ও পাহাড়ে বসবাসকারী মানুষ এবং আদিবাসী জনজাতিভুক্ত পরিবারের খাদ্য নিরাপত্তা সুনিশ্চিত করেছে বর্তমান সরকার।

বর্তমানে রাজ্যের প্রায় ৮ কোটি মানুষকে খাদ্য সাথী প্রকল্পের আওতায় আনা হয়েছে, তারা সকলে ২ টাকা কেজি দরে চাল পাচ্ছেন।

খাদ্য সাথী প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে রাজ্যের প্রায় ৮০ শতাংশ মানুষ উপকৃত হয়েছেন। এর মাধ্যমে তাদের প্রতি মাসে ২ টাকা কেজি দরে ৫ কেজি খাদ্যশস্য দেওয়া হচ্ছে।

গত ৫ বছরে মজুত ভাণ্ডারের ধারণ ক্ষমতা ৬২ লক্ষ মেট্রিক টন থেকে বাড়িয়ে ৫ কোটি ৬২ লক্ষ মেট্রিক টন করা হয়েছে।

যে সকল শিশুরা অপুষ্টিতে ভুগছে তাদের মায়েদের ৫ কেজি চাল, ১ কেজি মুসুর ডাল, ২.৫ কেজি গম এবং ১ কেজি ছোলা নিয়মিত দিচ্ছে রাজ্য সরকার।

Bengal Finance and Industry Minister Dr Amit Mitra on Sunday chaired a meeting with a Chinese business delegation at Nabanna.

A Chinese delegation had earlier surveyed the State’s industry infrastructure and had expressed desire to invest in Bengal.

In September 2016, a 21- member business delegation had visited Kolkata. That China is looking at Bengal as an investment destination and the country feels that business environment in the State has improved over time,  was expressed by the chairman of Worldwide Business Culture Exchange Centre, who was from Beijing.

রবিবার নবান্নে চীনের প্রতিনিধিদলের সঙ্গে বৈঠক করলেন রাজ্যের অর্থ ও শিল্পমন্ত্রী অমিত মিত্র।

আগেও সেখানকার বণিকসভার প্রতিনিধিরা এসেছিলেন রাজ্যে। রাজ্যের পরিস্থিতি ঘুরে দেখে তারা লগ্নি নিয়ে আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করেছেন।

এই বছর সেপ্টেম্বর মাসে ২১ জন সদস্যের একটি চীনা ব্যবসায়ী প্রতিনিধিদল কলকাতা সফর করেন। চীনের সঙ্গে রাজ্যের বাণিজ্যিক সম্পর্ক আরও সুদৃঢ় হচ্ছে। উজ্জ্বল হচ্ছে বিভিন্ন ক্ষেত্রে লগ্নির সম্ভাবনা। বিনিয়োগের গন্তব্য স্থল হিসেবে চীন বাংলাকেই বেছে নিয়েছে। ওয়ার্ল্ড ওয়াইড কালচার এক্সচেঞ্জ সেন্টারের চেয়ারম্যান জানান, রাজ্যে এখন বিনিয়োগের ভাল পরিবেশ।

Bengal is now all set to claim patents over their sweet dishes Sarpuria and Sarbhaja, asserting that these humble delicacies originated in the state’s Krishnanagar.

They also want to secure the state’s rights over another famous sweet delicacy ‘Sandesh’, made of molasses (called Nalen Gur in Bengali).

Bengal government is likely to apply for the GI (Geographical Indication) of these delicacies. GI tag is like a brand name granted to a product because of its geographical uniqueness.

Bengal will also claim Muslin clothes as its own. Similarly, the govt wants to claim patent for Ghurni clay dolls of Krishnanagar.

 

বাঙালি মিষ্টি ও হস্তশিল্পের জন্য জিআই ট্যাগ পেতে উদ্যোগ রাজ্যের

বাংলা এখন কৃষ্ণনগরের বিখ্যাত মিষ্টি সরপুরিয়া ও সরভাজার ওপর জি আই ট্যাগের দাবি পেশ করতে চলেছে – যা পেটেন্টের সমতুল্য।

এছাড়া বাংলার বিখ্যাত মিষ্টি নলেন গুড়ের সন্দেশের জন্য জি আই ট্যাগের জন্য আবেদন করবে।

বাংলার সরকার এই সুস্বাদু খাবার গুলির জন্য জি আই ট্যাগের আবেদন করবে। কোন জিনিসের অনন্যতার পরিচয় এই জি আই ট্যাগ।

এছাড়া বাংলা তাঁর নিজস্ব মসলিনের কাপড় এবং তাঁর  সঙ্গে কৃষ্ণনগরের হস্তশিল্প মাটির পুতুলের জন্য জি আই ট্যাগের দাবি করবে বাংলা।

Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today announced that the process of giving physical possession of land in Singur will begin on October 20 and will be completed in 15-20 days. The CM will be present in Singur on October 20, 2016 to launch the process.

She chaired a meeting in Nabanna earlier in the day to decide the date from when the process of giving “physical possession” of land to farmers can begin. She was briefed on the progress of work in Singur.

The State Government has left no stone unturned to abide by the order of the Supreme Court Division Bench. Terming the acquisition of 997 acres of land for the Tata’s Nano car project in Singur unjustified, the Division Bench had directed the present State Government on August 30 to return the land in cultivable form within 12 weeks.

প্রস্তুত সিঙ্গুর! ৮০ শতাংশ জমি চাষযোগ্য করার কাজ শেষ৷ ৯০ শতাংশ মানুষকে জমির চেক ও পরচা দেওয়া হয়েছে৷ মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের নির্দেশে আগামী ২০শে অক্টোবর জমি ফেরতের প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে।

আজ সিঙ্গুরে জমি চাষযোগ্য করে তোলার কাজের অগ্রগতি জানতে একটি বৈঠক করেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী। সেই বৈঠকের পর তিনি সাংবাদিকদের জানান সিঙ্গুরে ৮০% জমিই চাষযোগ্য করে তোলা হয়েছে।

জমি হস্তান্ততের প্রক্রিয়ার সূচনা করতে ২০শে অক্টোবর মুখ্যমন্ত্রী নিজে সিঙ্গুরে উপস্থিত থাকবেন।

The West Bengal Housing and Infrastructure Development Corporation is setting up a Japanese garden that will come up on 3.5 acres of land and will be situated next to the central lake at Eco Park.

Two months would be required to complete the project. The Japanese forest will be the first of its kind in the State. The project has been taken up to commemorate the centenary of Rabindranath Tagore’s first visit to Japan over 100 years ago.

There would be a large gate with ticketing kiosks and a huge rain shelter canopy. The walkway will be decorated with numerous garden elements of Shinto, lanterns and small and large Buddha sculptures, walking stone and many others. Various types of bamboo plants will be planted in an organic manner to replicate the forests.

Lanterns in stone and weathered sculptures will be arranged to give the area a natural and aesthetic look. Small smiling Buddha sculptures will welcome the visitors at the entrance. A monastery with a centrally located Pagoda, an inspiration from Ryonji monastery will be made which is a space for meditation.

The monastery will have a three-layer Pagoda. It is the replica of an original Pagoda. A central pond will be created with Japanese semi circular bridge across it. A wish fountain will also be set up. There will be 15 covered Japanese food outlet where specially cooked Japanese food will be served.

Once completed the garden would be a wonderful place to visit. The place and the ambience will woo visitors, he said. It may be mentioned that Eco Park has become the most popular tourist destination and over 50 lakh people have visited the place since its inception.

 

নিউটাউনে তৈরী হচ্ছে জাপানী গার্ডেন

WBHIDCOর উদ্যোগে নিউটাউনের ইকোপার্কে ৩.৫ একর জমির ওপর গড়ে উঠতে চলেছে জাপানী গার্ডেন। এই গার্ডেনটি তৈরী করতে দু মাস লাগবে। রাজ্যে এই প্রথম জাপানীস গার্ডেন গড়ে উঠবে। মূলত রবীন্দ্রনাথ ঠাকুরের জাপান সফরের স্মৃতিতে নেওয়া হয়েছে এই উদ্যোগ।

এই পার্কে একটি বিশাল দরজা তৈরী করা হবে যাতে সয়ংক্রিয় টিকেটের মেশিন থাকবে ও একটি বিশাল শামিয়ানা থাকবে বৃষ্টি থেকে বাঁচতে। যাতায়াতের রাস্তাটিকে প্রচুর পরিমানে শিন্তো, লণ্ঠন ও বুদ্ধমূর্তি, পাথর ও নানারকম জিনিস দ্বারা সাজানো হবে। জৈব পদ্ধতিতে বাঁশগাছ দিয়ে জায়গাটি সাজানো হবে অরণ্যের আবহ তৈরী করতে।

এই জাপানী গার্ডেন এর নান্দনিক শোভা বাড়াতে থাকবে নানা মূর্তি। প্রবেশদ্বারে থাকবে লাফিং বুদ্ধ মূর্তি, দর্শকদের স্বাগত জানাতে। ধ্যান করার জন্য এই উদ্যানের কেন্দ্রস্থলে একটি প্যাগোডা বিশিষ্ট বৌদ্ধমঠ থাকবে রায়ণজি মঠের অনুকরণে। এর মাঝে একটি পুকুর তৈরী করা হবে ও সঙ্গে জাপানি অর্ধবৃত্তাকার সেতু দিয়ে ঘেরা থাকবে। ওখানে ১৫টি জাপানি খাবারের দোকানও থাকবে।

স্বভাবতই এই জাপানী গার্ডেন ভবিষ্যতে একটি জনপ্রিয় গন্তব্য হয়ে উঠবে পর্যটকদের কাছে

In order to promote various products, including engineering and textile products in the international market, the Bengal government is drafting a comprehensive export strategy for the micro and small scale enterprises in the textile sector.

The main purpose of the move is to create a demand for Bengal’s myriad products in markets abroad. This will not only restore the past glory of Bengal’s textile and other industries, but also help in reviving the economy of medium and small sectors in the state.

A memorandum of understanding has already been signed between the state government and the Export Import Bank of India (Exim Bank).

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) department has been working towards building infrastructure so that the products could be exported to various countries, boosting sustainable growth in various sectors.

The Bengal MSME department had taken up a series of new projects to contribute to the development of the socio-economic condition of artisans across the state by giving them a platform to showcase their handicrafts. The state government had set up ‘Rural Craft hub Project’ at 11 different locations for this purpose.

The hubs, which are also recognised by UNESCO, have turned into tourist hotspots.

 

আন্তর্জাতিক বাজারে রাজ্যের হস্তশিল্পের প্রসারের উদ্যোগ রাজ্যের

আন্তর্জাতিক বাজারে রাজ্যের হস্তশিল্প সামগ্রীর আরও প্রসার ঘটাতে রাজ্য ক্ষুদ্র ও মাঝারি শিল্প বিষয়ক দপ্তর একটি রপ্তানি নীতি বা এক্সপোর্ট পলিসি আনার কথা ভাবছে।

এর ফলে বাংলার হৃৎ গৌরব তো ফিরবেই, সাথে ক্ষুদ্র ও মাঝারি শিল্পর বিরাট লাভ হবে। ইতিমধ্যেই Export Import Bank of India (Exim Bank) এর সাথে রাজ্য সরকারের একটি মৌ স্বাক্ষরিত হয়েছে।

ক্ষুদ্র ও মাঝারি শিল্প বিষয়ক দপ্তর এখন রাজ্যে রপ্তানি করার মতো পরিকাঠামো তৈরী করবে যাতে বিদেশে রাজ্যের হস্তশিল্প সামগ্রী পাঠানো যায়।

ইতিমধ্যেই রাজ্যের হস্তশিল্পীদের সামাজিক কল্যাণের জন্য রাজ্য সরকার নানা পদক্ষেপ নিয়েছে। তৈরী হয়েছে ১১টি রুরাল ক্র্যাফট হাব। এই হাবগুলি ইউনেস্কোর প্রশংসাও কুড়িয়েছে।
