Main sena ko koi controversy mein nahin lena chahta hoon, kabhi nahin launga. Hamari sena ke upar desh ko naaz hain. Jis tarah woh sarhad par shaheed ho rahe hain. Hum parso yahan mudda uthaye they, yeh sarkar unko support nahin karte. Agar hote toh yahan shok prastav hota. Sarkar ne khamosh rah gaya jab maine uthaye they yeh mudda parso. Sena par hamara naaz hain, hum abhari hain ki unke chalet desh ki nagarik surakshit hain.
Lekin jis tarah kal 19 jagah, sirf Howrah mein nahin, Nabanna mein nahin, Bangal ki 19 jagah mein sena tainat kiya giya aur Bangal ki prasashan ko, police adhikari ko bina bataye, kis karan ho raha hain – haan, hum maante hain kabhi security ke karan sena ko kuch kadam uthane parte hain, woh secret rakhne parte hain – lekin State administration ko bina bataye, local administration ko bina bataye sena kadam uthaya. Samvidhan mein kaha giya hain administrative relation kiya hoga Centre aur State mein, bataya giya iss samvidhan mein. Sarkar jawab de ki samvidhan ki kis pravdhan pe yeh karwaiyan kiya giya hain.
My point and question – under which provision of law, under which provisions of the Constitution has this Government adopted such sinister design to stop the main Opposition voice Mamata Banerjee, who has protested all along and protesting all along the demonetisation scheme announced by the Government. Iska matlab hain woh iss tarah gair kanuni way se yeh sena tainat kar ke woh fear psychosis paida karne chahte hain. Bangal ki janata British se lade hain aur Modi Ji ke tanashahi ke khilaf bhi ladenge. Koi tarah ka fear psychosis humein nahin chahiye.
Point of Order in reply to Minister’s statement
I want to make a Point of Order under Rule 258. In reply to the statements made by the LoP, myself and Kumari Mayawati, the Hon’ble Minister of State for Defence has made a statement which is far from the truth and is misleading the House. This issue which we discussed in the morning was related to the incidents on the December 1, 2016.
The Minister did not say a single word as to whether the permission of the State Government was obtained for the deployment of the Army on the December 1, 2016; rather he compared with the situation with national emergency. He must apologise to the House because he has tainted the image of the House by comparing the situation with national emergency. He has no right or authority to say all these things. That is why I have raised this Point of Order. The Minister should clarify. Why is this term used in the context of demonetisation?
