Sukhendu Sekhar Roy makes a Point of Order in Rajya Sabha on disruption by treasury benches

FULL TRANSCRIPT

Rule 235, sub-rule 2, says that Whilst the Council is sitting, a Member shall not interrupt any Member while speaking by disorderly expression or noises or in any other disorderly manner.

This House has a tradition that when a new Member speaks, nobody should disrupt their speech. But the way the treasury benches interrupted him, that should be condemned by each and every Member of this House.
