Madam, my question is related to a piece of news from PTI that cockroach was served yesterday among the first class passengers of Air India. This has been tweeted by the renowned journalist Harinder Baweja who was travelling on the place.

My question is the skill oriented, rather the shortage of it in the airline sector. Is the shortage of skill affecting the civil aviation sector, or posing any danger to the passengers?
