Ratna De Nag asks a Question regarding pension benefits of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya teachers

Thank you, Madam. As per the reply was given, employees of the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya should opt for the new pension scheme of contributory Provident Fund. But there are many employees who have joined on deputation from the pensionable department and have been absorbed subsequently. They had opted for 1972 Government of India Pension in their parent department much before 1986. Such employees deserve their old pension scheme and the same could be sanctioned by the Honourable Minister.
Where will these employees go? They are affected and their genuine demand should be taken care of. Madam, would the Honourable Minister respond to the specific question which affect considerable number of employees who have joined on deputation from the pensionable department and were later absorbed by the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya?
I would like to know from the Hon’ble Minister what is the sanctioned strength and actual strength of the Principal and vice Principal of the schools?
