Derek O’Brien speaks in RS on the reported killing of Indians in Iraq

Trinamool MP Derek O’Brien today spoke about the issue of Indians missing in Iraq, who have been reportedly killed. During Zero Hour Trinamool joined other parties in expressing concern over the issue.
Full transcript of his speech:
Sir, Far away from the magical mystery lights in Madison Square Garden and the papaya and toast bread in Brisbane is the reality of Iraq.
I have lost my voice but I hope the Indians in Iraq have not lost their lives. I hope what we afraid in media is only reported and not the truth and I hope there are still a hope.
The bigger issue here is what we heard in June and that is the concern. In June certain statement was made which caused short term gain but the reality is that of long term pain.
I would request and urge this Government, enough has been done on short term gain before they came to power. Do not give this nation any more long term pain. Come clean with the facts. We are all concerned here and we are all united in this cause.
