Sir, I have a small clarification. Sir, I have only one constitutional point because according to my Party, this Bill suffers from unreasonableness and arbitrariness. Why I am saying so? It is because there is no reasonable nexus between the objects and the provisions of the Bill in as much as nothing is spelt out in the Bill as to why the Chief Justice has been replaced by a Minister although the norm set up by the Supreme Court continued for eight long years and continues to hold good. So, why is this replacement? There is no clarification from the Minister.
