I am not opposing this initiative of the Government of India, but the reality is that in the health sector, our own citizens are struggling for affordable healthcare and access to healthcare. Constitution, where Health is a State subject, मुझेदुख हैिक इस consultation मेंिकसी भी �देश को नहीं बुलाया गया। उन्होंनेपूरी िलस्ट दी है, MEA, नीित आयोग आिद, but without the State machinery, this is nothing but a jumla. Sir, my question is: how many States have been consulted and when do you plan to consult them on this plan?
