Sukhendu Sekhar Ray’s Point of Order on expunging references to personal charges against others
Sir, I respectfully submit that Rule 238 (2) says that a Member while speaking shall not make a personal charge against a Member. Here, while speaking, the hon. Member has not only made a personal charge against a particular Member but against all the Members, who are here, by saying and I quote, * And not once, twice he repeated. I heard That must be expunged.Expunge it.
