FULL TRANSCRIPT

What happened this morning between 11 o’clock and 2 minutes past 11, did not happen in the chamber. It happened here, in full public view. Why should we go to the chamber?

Sir, we have full respect for the Chairman. What happened today has never happened since 1950.

You can check the records. Let me put on record what happened this morning. There were 12 Zero Hour Notices and three Notices under Rule 267. There is a parampara (tradition) in the House that the person who gives a Notice under Rule 267 is allowed to speak… But the House was adjourned…

(interruptions)

Sir, please hear me out. The Leader of the Opposition has spoken, two other political parties have spoken. There are eight or nine other political parties that want to speak now.
