Derek O’Brien makes a Point of Order on FRDI Bill

My Point of Order concerns Rule 72 (Select Committee). Sir, a Select Committee was set up for the anti-people FRDI Bill. It was a joint committee comprising MPs from both the Houses. The committee was supposed to submit their report this week. But now we are hearing in the media that it has been delayed to the Budget Session; actually the Bill should be Sent to the cold storage. The issue here, Sir, is that there has been no communication from the Lok Sabha. This Bill is a dangerous Bill, Sir; it should be sent to cold storage.
