Mamata Banerjee pens poem on surveillance – ‘Unki Online’
Mamata Banerjee published a poem today on the surveillance culture that the BJP-led Central Government is bringing about.
It is titled ‘Unki Online’ and is written in Bengali. ‘Unki’ means ‘to peep’, referring to Aadhaar and its potential to create a country-wide reign of terror through knowing the intimate details of one’s life at the click of a mouse.
