SS Roy raises a Point of Order on extending the duration of the proceedings in a day

Sir, I have a point of order on Rule 30. According to the Business Advisory Committee, as you have told in this House, that they have decided to extend the duration of the proceedings of a day. They do not have such powers. The rule says that the Business Advisory Committee does not have that power and this is my submission.
